Dear Revdex.com of Connecticut,
*** *** (Monica LLC) has not addressed the issues in my complaint
in their reply They merely resent to you the email that they sent me
back in April I had already forwarded to the Revdex.com these emails
that *** *** had sent me earlier this year
The facts remain: *** *** sent me a bad product,
a defective product: a dead battery
They have refused to accept responsibility for this'
and to pay for the shipping costs for me to return the battery
(at least $45), to repair or replace it, and to ship either
the repaired battery or a working new one back to me
And they demand me to send back BOTH batteries, incurring
twice the shipping costs, with no promise of paying for that
additional shipping cost, either Or to refund my money instead
Since I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com on August 17,
the original battery for my electric tricycle has died
after reaching the end of its natural lifetime: years
So, now, I have no means of transportation at all
even to get out to a *** store in order to ship the
second battery I specifically bought this second battery
in preparation for the first battery dying, which it now has
I am handicapped (severe rheumatoid arthritis) and the electric tricycle
is my only means of transportation and has been since I bought it
in
Again, I understand that a company wants and deserves
its defective product sent back as proof that it is defective, otherwise, customers
could be secretly making use of it Well, I now have dead
34-pound batteries sitting safely in my house that I would love
to ship back to *** ***, as I have no use and little room
for dead batteries, or to recycle (if *** ***/Monica
prefers instead to refund my money instead of trying to repair the second
battery)

Unfortunately, we cannot
give you money back to keep your trike because the item was delivered
clear of damage according to the delivery document
However, if you send us the rear fenders with your check, we can replace them for you

COMPANY COULD BE ACCEPTABLE IN THE EYES OF THEIR CUSTOMERS IF ONLY THEY HAD A GOOD RESPONSIVE TECH SUPPORT SYSTEM THAT WOULD ACT IMMEDIATELY UPON REQUESTS......AS OF NOW IT STINKS!.......AFTER READING ALL THE NEGATIVE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM ON THE INERNET AND MY INQUIRIES ON CERTAIN MALFUNCTIONS OR MISSING CATALOGS FOR REPAIR PURPOSES, THEY ARE INEPT!.........( NO RESPONSE BY EMAIL OR PHONE).........I HAVE READ TOO MANY COMPLAINTS OF CUSTOMERS WHO SENT PARTS INTO THEM AND HAD TO WAIT MANY WEEKS, IF NOT MONTHS, AND THEN CHARGED THEM EXORBITANT FEES FOR SHIPPING AND PARTS THAT WERE WARRANTIED!.........I AM AT A QUANDRY TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Sorry, I have read your message, seams to me that you are unable to help me, or not interestedI hoped you would pressure the business I,m trying to communicate with I returned the front wheel
of this product, and no indication that they have received it I requested they inspect the wheel and do what ever they can to respect the one year warrantee They will not answer my emails and so far

I am rejecting this response because: the delivery company asked us to sign that we received the crate, he said nothing about checking for damage, and was gone before we even opened the box.  we realize that we made this mistake in signing for the bike though, and will accept the body damage caused by shipping. however, the motor on the bike (the whole reason we purchased this bike) does not function and we want it replaced. We will happily mail it back to you and pay for the new motor to be shipped, but we should not have to pay for a new motor when you sent us a defective one.

We did call...

you a couple of times but no avail.
If you have checked all the connections, then you can either take the trike to your local bike/scooter shop for repair, request a Service Authorization form from us, or send us the wheel for testing.
