We understand that transporting a vehicle is not a common occurrence for most folks, which is why we do our best to educate our
customersWe are very transparent and honest with all of our terms and conditions, our estimated dates and cancellation policies in particularThey are published online, in the customer agreement, discussed in all phone conversations and throughout all written communication
It is not our intent to inconvenience our customers; our goal is to find our customers a transport solutionThis is why we go above and beyond to help customers understand the terms and conditions that come along with our services
Our role was to secure a transport solution for the customerThe first trucker assigned did unfortunately cancel so there was no penalty to the customer for that occurrenceHowever, the second trucker, although suffering a breakdown initially, was ready and able to load these vehiclesWe are truly sorry for the second trucker's mechanical issues, just one example of why transport dates can only be estimatedThe customer declined the second carrier and did not follow the cancellation policy agreed upon at booking
A tremendous amount of time and resources go into locating and securing a carrier to transport a vehicle on a particular routeWe did in fact complete this work by providing the customer with a viable transport solution, thus services were rendered
We did not violate our service agreement in any way; therefore a refund is not warrantedAs part of accepting our services, we do expect that our terms and conditions are understood and that we are appropriately held accountable to those terms and conditions
As a courtesy, we will be happy to apply the deposit on their next order if the customer is still looking to transport

Although we sympathize with the situation, all dates within the transport industry are estimated and subject to change as dictated in our terms and conditions to which the customer agreed upon at bookingAs we do care for our customers and want to assure that we are here to stand by our brandAn offer of compensation in good faith was made to specifically address Mr***'s inconveniences in the matter The offer was made because Montway was attempting to genuinely address our customer's dissatisfaction Our offer was declined, stating that the offered resolution would not satisfy the complaint We absolutely respect Mr***'s decision to decline our goodwill offer, but we continue to receive demands and threats to "go public."We are more than happy to issue an apology statement:

An honest companyThey said what they could do and did it...No added costs no excusesMy transporter called in three days, and two days later car was picked up

I got the car on the very next day as promised and that was great

Montway contracted with a carrier to move a car from Phoenix AZ, to Tremont PA The carrier picked up and delivered the car on time with no problems Montway maintained communication with me throughout the process No Problems

At first I was skeptical about transporting my car from RI to LouisianaMy car isn't all that, but I couldn't afford buying a new car or have a car paymentAnd as a college student I needed my car! At first I went to this website called UshipIt gave me a list of auto transportersMontway happened to be the cheapest offer with door to door service which was a must for meSo instead of booking right away I called Montways phone number to make sure it was a legit company, and they offerered me an even lower price! It was a win-winI even received my car two days early! So I'd definitely recommend them!

Great rates and better service - It all happen as they said, from car pickup, and getting up here to Rhode Island on time damage free, and great communication too!

All good, picked up delivered my car as expected

This company over promises and under delivers (In my case, they couldn't seem to deliver AT ALL within their promised "time frame" stated on the *** website I used I had to cancel and go with a shipper who picked up and delivered my mile order in one day I could go on and on.....just suffice it to say "Never Again"!!!!!

Montway provided great and responsive customer service from before they received the contract until even after I received my car and paid them

I hope I can save someone from making the wrong decision in choosing this company to ship their vehicleI am a college student and needed my car shipped to my Universityi was referred to this company by a friend, but was still very skepticalThey were terrible at communicating to me when my car would be picked up and deliveredand then when they finally delivered it,the door handle to the drivers side had been broken off during transit by the driver (you literally have to be extremely careless for that to happen)When I filed the claim, my claims agent (Carmina) was awful at communicating with me during the processAnd to top it off, the company washed there hands of all responsibility of the damage, ( stating that it broke off due to wear and tear)Not sure how thats possibly being that before the car was picked up, there was no problems with the handleAfter paying this company 900$ to ship my car, I feel like if there not going to deliver my car in the same condition they picked it up in, they should at least cover all the damages that the driver caused! Pleaseeeee dont go through Montway...or any 3rd party for that matterIve been harrased by their driver, I have a broken door handle that I have to pay to get fixed, and I paid this company 900$ to just be put through ***Find a company to go through directly

I did business with them several times and they always communicated to me that they had insurance, but did not give me much detail on the front end how everything workedMy last encounter with them my car got damaged, I notified them immediately, then they wanted to start giving me info on what they are not responsible for and all of the hoops you have to jump throughTheir communication was terrible they lost the information I sent and then just quoted policy, which was they were not responsibleAlso the driver made me pay extra money at pick upI would think they would value their customers more, I guess they do if you give good reviews and have no issues
