I had my ac replaced by moragan air and after completion they left my house in disarray.Two weeks later situation still not resolved I had my ac replaced by morgan air over two weeks agoAfter completing the job they left my house in complete disarry(marked walls,debris left on carpets in all rooms,rust stains on walkway)After several times of contacting the company still getting the run aroundThis is poor costumer service to one that paid alot of money for a professional job

They sent a technician to fix my AC, the technician did not fix my AC and charged me $ The date of the incident is 8/18/Technician name is Jason S., amount paid $credit card, this was for a hard starter kit, deposit for a new AC compressor and laborI did not receive the started kit nor the compressor and the AC unit was never fixedI contacted Morgan Air and asked for a refund, they denied me the refund on 8/21/

Outstanding service and installation of my new AC unit Morgan Air put a new AC unit in my attic when [redacted] said it couldn't be done without major construction I highly recommend Morgan Air!!!

I feel as though they took my money and ran They have rescheduled my maintenance times They have rescheduled my maintenance times! I then had an issue They sent a tech and he never got back to me to fix the problem I had a routine check done today (after reschedules)Only to tell me the brain is not working and my air has been running at high speed which doubled my electric bill The tech came on June and I called back on the 13th and here it is July and never heard back from him I expressed my concerns to Hunter who came today and he said I would hear by five today Well guess what it's 5:and I can't get any response! I have requested on several occasions to speak with a manager and have not heard from anyone We paid 10,for anew unit in October plus we paid for some us light system in the air handler I know we were severely over charged This company was referred to us through our home warranty co..I believe there is something fishy

My HVAC unit is a year old and was running great After getting a routine maintenance I started having problems with the unitTwo weeks no AC I have a detailed and a half page report detailing everything from day one, dates and what happened and who I spoke to to rectify the problem Is there a way of inserting it or dropping it off at the office? After visits from Morgan AC Techs and a Morgan Electrician I am now in my second week of no ACI had my new AC Unit Model 707E Package system installed on 9/26/Serial number [redacted] by Morgan Air Conditioning LCC for $8,After being told by Morgan that my current yr old had to be replaced As I stated above my AC unit was working fine and after having it serviced by a New Morgan Tech after about a couple of weeks no AC and my house was about degreesAfter calling Morgan they said they could not send a tech out till the next dayNow the house was about The same Tech came out after checking the unit he said I

They have not finished my install and have not had a final inspection after more than two months When I purchased and finaced my new air conditioner I was not told the company financing would open a credit card in my name for the balanceThis lead to me filing a fraud complaint that had now tied up my account [redacted] ac charged me for a electrician and wiring fee when none was done this also effects my balance by $I have had my ac for more than two months and they have not finished and have not had a final code inspection I could not find where a polk county permit was pulled for my address either and of course im billed for cost of permits

Not installing correct equipment I recently mailed you my complaint, you should get it today(Aug.30)However, since mailing it, I have since found out, the changes that needed to be done to the breaker box was not done to accommodate the new system I am now at risk of the unit exploding because the breaker box , as is, wasnt changed Why wasnt this done?????? They were suppose to put the unit in according to CODEWas this purposely not done , so the new unit could break down and they get even more money from me???????

Poor customer service and filing service reports to home warranty company On May 7th, I filed my 1st claim with First American Home WarrantyClaim # [redacted] -Service ID# [redacted] regarding my AC unitFirst American sent out Red Carpeit Air to fix the motor on my ton AC unit ($service fees)On May 17th I left a message in the message center because no one got back to me about the initial service report being filedThe motor finally made it in and was installed but it only work for a few daysI called Red Carpeit Air to let them knowI called First American again on June 24th as this did not fix our AC issueThe house reached degreesRed Carpeit Air was sent out again to install a new compressor ($-disposal fees.) The AC worked for a few days and the problem continuedThe air in my home reached to degrees causing an [redacted] flare and I had to immediately seek medical attentionI purchased window units to cool my bedroom after($250.00) On Jun

Jon,my tech was informative and carried out the work extremely well I sighned for 1year service package because the service was so goodI will ask for Jon at my next service

Patrick was easily the most informative technician we've ever had at our home, since we moved to Florida 20 years ago. He took time and really expressed patience with all our concerns. Our repair ended up costing half of another company's estimate, who recently visited us but quickly became too pushy for our liking. I can't complain too much though. If they hadn't been so bad that we had to ask them to leave, we wouldn't of found Morgan Air! Life is great!

Very professional company

We have a yearly maintenance contract with Morgan Air Jon, the technician, who performed our 1st maintenance service (for this year) did an outstanding job He was prompt, personable, and preciseAt each checkpoint, he explained the procedure and process needed to access the current maintenance status, while readily answering any questions we had He also made recommendations for more efficient service We look forward to his visit for the 2nd maintenance check

I had two gentlemen Mason & Jason come out to service my air condition & both of them were very professional & nice I want to tell Morgan air what great employees they have working for them & I would highly recommend Morgan air to anyone that has air condition needs

Jon B came to see what was wrong with my air conditioner He was timely in arriving and diagnosed the problem and got the unit running again Unfortunately I had to o to work and he came back the next business day He completely explained what caused the problem and gave me choices on how to remedy it I could not afford a new unit and he then offered other options He explained everything completely and at no time applied pressure He is an extremely competent and knowledgeable technician It was a pleasure doing business with him

Both Jon and Jake were very professional and went the extra mile to be helpful providing us with the needed information so we could make a sound decision regarding the HVAC unit being serviced Seems like a reliable company with great feedback onllne So far they have demonstrated the type of integrity a consumer should expect from every company but sadly is hard to find today Will definitely consider them as my go to air conditioning company for future needs

Finally a company with employees who know the definition of integrity and ethics and practices both Jon was an excellent representative for his company He was completely professional and thorough Thank you Morgan Air for being the go to company I am confident the great personable service will continue

Morgan Air has been a very satisfactory company to deal with They have inspected my AC system for years and have always provided objective advice, and have not tried to "sell" me any special services, or units
Based on their inspections and review with me I plan to obtain a new system from them in the near future

I purchased an central air conditioner unit from Morgan on 07/20/and it have not work properly sinceto day it still not working 10/03/
On 07/19/ I purchased the following product and installation from Morgan aira central air conditioner serial # *** made by Bryant with ton straight cool seer Bryant condenser invoice # ***, sales reptechnician Brett BI paid $6,via synchrony credit card unfortunately I am dissatisfied with Morgan air product and services, it has not work properly since installationdates not working, 07/26/2017,08/20/2017,09/24/2017,10/2017, 04/2018,05/27/2018, 06/19/2018, 07/24/2018,08/18/2018,09/12/the unit went down on 09/08/I called on the 9th

Great service great technicianI received an email message advising me of the date and time of my appointment and the day of the appointment I received a phone call to let me know Bryon, the technician, was on the wayHe was on time and the problem was taken care of in a very short timeBryon explained all that he had done and asked if I had any questionI will definitely recommend Morgan Air when the occasion arises

The Tech came out on time, very efficient and corrected the problem Very goodI would use them again
