Had another ac company out to check my systemRich came over afterwards for a second opinion and I was highly impressedThe other company was trying to put in a basic unit and promised me it was going to save me moneyRich actually explained to me why I don't want to have a 14seer unit and why the seer was a much better optionEven though Morgan air price was higher I know that I will see a better return on my electric bill than the lesser quality unitI am so grateful that Morgan air took the time to explain the benefits of the 18seer unitI recommend everyone to consault with these professionals before you make a bad choice.THANK YOU RICH!!!!!

Not installing correct equipment
I recently mailed you my complaint, you should get it today(Aug.30)However, since mailing it, I have since found out, the changes that needed to be done to the breaker box was not done to accommodate the new system I am now at risk of the unit exploding because the breaker box , as is, wasnt changed
Why wasnt this done?????? They were suppose to put the unit in according to CODEWas this purposely not done , so the new unit could break down and they get even more money from me???????

Stained living room carpet
On July 29, a service man from Morgan Air worked on my Central air Unit on a routine visitTo clean the coils he used my garden hose in both the ouside unit and the air handler in the garageWhile cleaning the garage Air handler the water overflowed into the small condinsation pump unitSince this small pump could not handle the volume of water it overflowed and ran under the wall between the living room and the garage and severly stained the carpetI've called three times to Morgan Air and sent emails, plus pictures, during the past week and have had no response from themI feel it is the responsibilty of Morgan Air to restore the condition of my carpet

We have a yearly maintenance contract with Morgan Air Jon, the technician, who performed our 1st maintenance service (for this year) did an outstanding job He was prompt, personable, and preciseAt each checkpoint, he explained the procedure and process needed to access the current maintenance status, while readily answering any questions we had He also made recommendations for more efficient service
We look forward to his visit for the 2nd maintenance check

Came Home last night(8PM, Sat evening) no A/CHave a wife with Ashma/Broncitus and a Daughter in a Coma, must have A/CCalled Morgan Air and "Jake E." came out and got us squared awayAm very grateful and appreciate thier quick response! By 11PM we are cool and comfyThank You Jake & Morgan AirFrom now on I will always ask for :"Jake E"...Best A/C Tech I have ever seen...Outstanding!!!!

Morgan Air was send out to me by my warranty company we have had very bad duck work and old insufficient AC unitsThe service Tech who was out Rich has been nothing but amazingHe send the crew out the same day to start the jobWe had one crew for two days and then another the third day (4500sqft.)The guys were very polite, respectful did amazing work, were quick and hard workingThey made everything work for us and been on our site since the startThe project manager came out to check on things and they are always there when we had questionsThese guys have been amazing, everything was done quick, efficent, respectfully and professionallyBest contractor I have used!

Jason from Morgan AC was very thorough, upfront about the condition of the AC and the problems it presented, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and did everything he could to secure suitable financing

I am concerned after reading the last reviewI paid over to have a unit replaced because my wife and son were alone in Florida and I was finishing up selling my old home so that I could move hereMy wife called and said that the warranty company would not cover anything on the repair and Morgan air wanted almost to repair my unit and said it would only be a temporary fixThey recommended I replace the unit because the old one wouldn't lastI have two units and they told me the one unit was fine no issues at allI had the unit replaced and put it on my cardI just had my month check and the tech told me I had mold issues in the old unit and it will fail soon without the lights yes lights two of them and a duct cleaningthe cost this time was just short of $and I was also told at the next check up I would need to replace the bulb in the new unitIt looks like Morgan Air is making their people replace parts to make moneycommission checks would be my guess, if they want to keep workingBe careful when dealing with these people they want to replace it all and they make sure the warranty company doesn't pay anythingThis is a scam, I will use someone elseI have paid them for the two years worth of checkups but I think I need to cut my losses and maybe get some legal help

I was very happy with Morgan Air's service Their tech came out the next day, looked over our system, cleaned it, and presented what he found in a clear manner He showed us pictures of the problem areas and suggested what he felt needed to be addressed He answered all of our questions, gave us three options, and didn't push anything on us The installers were there the next day, on time, and installed everything without issue They were clean and professional I highly recommend them

The service I received was prompt and preciseRichard new his job well and performed in a timely manner Thank you for your service

Morgan Air quoted us one price for a system check-up, then gave a different price when the technician finished his work
We were contacted by Morgan Air by phone repeatedly to offer a special $system checkWe agreed to the system check-up, which took place on 01/12/I was out of the office when the technician arrived (he was late), and my partner was billed $I phoned Morgan Air when I found out about the overcharge, and they assured me that we would receive a $refundDespite two additional phone calls made after the refund failed to arrive, we never received our refund check

Morgan Air put a seer unit in for me in my condo (Tight fit!)They went above and beyondThe pricing was awesome in comparison to other quotes I receivedThey weren't the lowest but they offered the most bang for my buckThe installers were so nice and they took such good care of my home! They put down drop cloths, they vacuumed when they finished, they tested everythingIt's been a few months now and still NO issuesThey are coming out to do the first free cleaning I got with the systemI will recommend them to ANYONE who needs service or a new ac
The best part about this whole thing is I AM SAVING OVER $ON MY ELECTRIC BILL!!!!!

The company has significantly improved since our first contact a few years ago They now show up on time or call if there is a delay We have had a running problem with humidity in our condo and they have tried many things to fix the problem Technicians are polite and try to explain things A little pricier than some other companies, but we continue with them and they keep records of our service

Customer Service is the worst I have ever expirenced
In May our Air condition in our home was not working properlyWe contacted our home warranty company and they set us up with *** AirSince then we have been faced with struggles and even with our ONE month old unit not cooling our homeWhen the unit was sold to us by Jon B., he sold us a duct sanitizing serviceThe installer came the very next day (Saturday May 13, 2017)He was very friendly and worked hard to get the job doneHe installed both the inside and outside unit in our homeHe was not able to install the new ducts because the ones he had on the truck were not the correct sizeHe informed us he would be back on Monday with the correct sized ductsHe came on Monday and completed the duct installationThis is the THIRD day that either my husband or myself had to miss work for the completion of our Air conditioningWhen I asked about the duct sanitizing he then told us that when the pre-inspection was preformed

I had a very favorable experience with Morgan Air Conditioning They called prior to arriving and they arrived on time.....a big plus Jake, the technician, was very friendly and listened to what we had to say He explained in detail what he saw and took several pictures so we could actually see what he was talking about and what had to be replaced The repair was more than what we had expected but Jake did have different financial options which helped We received excellent service and would recommend them to others

On behalf my ** yr father*** Air has taken advantage of a Senior by up sailing unnecessary service to cost of $1,and more
They serviced his air conditioner charged him $1,and then came back mth later charged him another $1,
I have filed a complaint with Senior vs crime
