Awesome company! They always go the extra mile!

Our AC unit stopped working around 1:on Saturday afternoonI contacted our home warranty company who chose to go with Morgan AC after the original company they contacted didn't respond to their requestMorgan AC said that they could do it the following day between 9:and noonBy the time the technician showed up the next day, we thought we had actually figured out the problemI decided to go ahead and have the technician come out to investigate, since we had already filed the claim and they were going to be able to come out the following morningThe service call was going to be $100, and I figured that they would go ahead and inspect the system for any other possible problemsI received a call at 9:on Sunday morning saying the tech was on the wayIt must have been a long trip because he showed up at 11:Still within the window, but if we had know it was going to be that late we could have left for a couple of hours to get some errands doneI spoke to the tech when he got there and told him what I thought the problem wasHe confirmed that there was a blockage in the moisture drainHe unblocked it and called it goodNo other diagnostic tests or inspection of the unit to make sure there wasn't anther problem or we were going to have another problem with something soonInstead, he recommended that I buy their maintenance program, which of course is an addition cost
Overall, the tech was nice and came out on Sunday morning to do a jobI was just hoping for a little more thorough inspection to make sure everything was going to be ok and that we wouldn't be calling him back out soon

Jason was on time and completed the service on two HVAC units in a very professional manner He was especially concerned with not tracking insulation from the attic unit into the house and insisted he vacuum the area before leaving Very professional

Great service, fast, and efficient Installed and advised on a new AC and got the job completed in a timely and efficient manner

We purchased a brand-new air conditioning system from Morgan AirIt cost $ We were told that we had a year all parts and all labor full warranty along with free maintenance for the unit The first time a tech came out to perform routine maintenance he made all kinds of suggestions regarding additional things that I should purchase or replace in order to keep the system at its prime I declined as these were not things that were needed and I had just spent $The next time my maintenance was due I was told that I needed all kinds of items replaced and if I didn't do so the unit would start to failI was horrified and said that the unit was at this point a year old The next time I had maintenance I had the most aggressive tempermental technician telling me that my system had million things wrong with it and I needed to make numerous replacements and repairsHe quoted everything from new ductwork to saying that I didn't have sufficient UV lighting he even made a comment that the original technicians who installed my unit "didn't know what they were doing and had been fired" This man told me that I needed to spend almost additional dollars to keep my AC running and if I didn't do so my warranty would be null and void!!!! He then showed me all kinds of pictures on his cell phone that he said were of the inside of my unit and it was filled with moldKeep in mind I had purchased the special UV lighting system to begin with and had that installed the day that the new air-conditioner was put inWhen I asked why the UV light wasn't working he shrugged his shoulders and said I needed an additional lighting system as I was confused as to how this could happen he would make rude comments and say that he was glad it wasn't his air conditionerWhen I told him that there was no way I was going to spend that kind of money on a new unit he then got angry and started telling me how awful my air-conditioner was We were breathing mold in the system was only going to last a few months!! I said so basically your company sold me garbage and I pointed out the pattern that I was seeing that every single time "maintenance" was being done the whole goal was to sell me all kinds of additional services and partsPlease keep in mind that the entire time the air-conditioner had been working beautifullyAnd I live in Florida so of course that's important When I asked this gentleman to leave as I was very uncomfortable he gathered up the estimate with all the services that he wanted to perform stuffed it in his clipboard half out slamming the door behind him! The system is now two years old and I've had to have another company come perform maintenance because I cannot allow them to come hereThe new company which came highly recommended showed me something that looked deliberately bent and a few other suspicious concernsPlease bear in mind that they are unaware of any of my problems with this companyPlease avoid this company at all costs this has been a nightmare

They sent a technician to fix my AC, the technician did not fix my AC and charged me $
The date of the incident is 8/18/Technician name is Jason S., amount paid $credit card, this was for a hard starter kit, deposit for a new AC compressor and laborI did not receive the started kit nor the compressor and the AC unit was never fixedI contacted Morgan Air and asked for a refund, they denied me the refund on 8/21/

Jason, from Morgan Air, was here to do routine maintenance He is very good He showed me when there were problems and made sure I knew the cost and what would/could happen if not replaced
I would recommend him, for any work that needs to be done

Patrick was easily the most informative technician we've ever had at our home, since we moved to Florida years ago He took time and really expressed patience with all our concerns
Our repair ended up costing half of another company's estimate, who recently visited us but quickly became too pushy for our liking I can't complain too much though If they hadn't been so bad that we had to ask them to leave, we wouldn't of found Morgan Air! Life is great!

Poor customer service and filing service reports to home warranty company
On May 7th, I filed my 1st claim with First American Home WarrantyClaim #***-Service ID#*** regarding my AC unitFirst American sent out Red Carpeit Air to fix the motor on my ton AC unit ($service fees)On May 17th I left a message in the message center because no one got back to me about the initial service report being filedThe motor finally made it in and was installed but it only work for a few daysI called Red Carpeit Air to let them knowI called First American again on June 24th as this did not fix our AC issueThe house reached degreesRed Carpeit Air was sent out again to install a new compressor ($-disposal fees.) The AC worked for a few days and the problem continuedThe air in my home reached to degrees causing an *** flare and I had to immediately seek medical attentionI purchased window units to cool my bedroom after($250.00) On Jun

Outstanding service and installation of my new AC unit Morgan Air put a new AC unit in my attic when *** said it couldn't be done without major construction I highly recommend Morgan Air!!!
