My experience with Morgan Air was the greatest Jon Bwas my Technician and he was fantasticHe showed me my problem instead of talking my problem I knew what I had to fix because I saw it with my own eyes This is how you take care of a customerLet them know you are being truthful with them I am quite pleasedThank you Jon

I had my ac replaced by moragan air and after completion they left my house in disarray.Two weeks later situation still not resolved
I had my ac replaced by morgan air over two weeks agoAfter completing the job they left my house in complete disarry(marked walls,debris left on carpets in all rooms,rust stains on walkway)After several times of contacting the company still getting the run aroundThis is poor costumer service to one that paid alot of money for a professional job

This company replaced my AC unit and it hasn't worked properly ever since.I was overcharged for the unit and was given info about home warranty
In August of I had an issue with A/C unit (the air was not cooling our home and my electric bill was $500) and I called my home warranty company and they recommended Morgan AirA technician came to my home and stated that the air unit was a "dinosaur and needed to be replaced" as well as the duct work in the homeHe then told me that this would not be covered at all by my home warranty and said they could give me a "credit" toward the unitWell basically they did not have any communication with my warranty company about this "replacement" and instead wrote it up as an "upgrade"Knowing good and well that they were going to overcharge me and take the "credit" off the topSo the system was installed and I have had issues with it ever sinceI keep calling and they send out a technician and things keep getting done to temporarily

Great service visit by a really competent, nice guy Brett B We discovered a problem yesterday on a Sunday afternoon (AC not running), arranged for a service ticket Got an automated confirmation that Morgan would be here late this afternoon Received a confirmation folllive call first thing this morning pulling back the timeframe earlier to 12- Pleasantly surprised that we got another call that due to a cancellation we could have a technician here within an hour Brett was punctual, polite, friendly and competent He quickly solved our issue and we are up and running before noon Great experience, best we have had of the several HVAC companies we've used since moving to Sarasota / Bradenton Very happy with Brett and Morgan A/C

Excellent experience from start to finish Rob and his team were and are amazing The customer service my family received from everyone at Morgan Air was outstanding They accommodated us by coming out to our house to give us a quote on Sunday morning and gave us the best price The a/c unit was installed by a pair of technicians that were friendly and did not leave until everything was perfect I would highly recommend Morgan Air

Had my six months chefor the A/C system today Morgan Air sent Jake E(Technician) to do the work Jake was very thorough in going over our system and explained in detail all he found and all he didn't find Jake discussed some upgrades to our system and left estimates with us I found Jake to be very professional and well groomed I would certainly recommend him as a technician and Morgan Air as a company

Office staff is not very nice and seem to lack communication within their computer system They are also not very good at returning phone calls for regular maintenance since I called them times with no return phone calls Where they lack, Rich Mmakes up for in service! He is very knowledgeable and just amazing! He was the one who helped us get our new A/C unit and since has provided excellent service and quality products!! Even if the office staff seem clueless and rude, the quality of products and service you receive is good, especially for the price!

After installing the wiring outside of the ac unit so the unit could receive water damage they refused to fix the damage and instead were trying to get my grandmother to but a whole new unit

Our home warranty company chose Morgan Air to address an issue with our air handler which suddenly stopped functioning The tech that came out spent the first hour looking around the home at everything but the air handler He told us if we didn't get a surge protector, lightning would definitely destroy the compressor He said we needed carbon fiber filters When he finally got to he unit, he said he said "organic growth" and later he specifically used the term mold He said he could sell us UV lights and a full cleaning for approximately $ We said we wanted to get a second opinion on the mold before proceeding but he could do a general cleaning of the unit If it turns out to be mold, we could go ahead and see what remediation was required He said that his company offers financing and we could apply for that now so its ready, assu

We had a new AC unit installed by Morgan Air a few months agoThe system installer was not as professional as his helper and, after a few months, a technician recommended that I complainI called the company and the installation manager Jim was kind to come over personally to fix problems that the original installer had not wanted to bother with
