We had issues with our furnace not working when the temperature drops to degrees or lower The serviceman diagnosed the problem was very thorough and spent time helping us to understand our system Having purchased a preowned home we were not familiar with the heater and air conditioner He was very knowlegable and honest I have great confidence and will use this company again

My HVAC unit is a year old and was running great
After getting a routine maintenance I started having problems with the unitTwo weeks no AC

Worst follow up in the businessThey cancel scheduled appointments last min with out a care about the customers time or troubleI wouldn't do business with these lying POS clowns again

Trying to get the problem resolved, but don't get returned call back, the service tech wrote the complaint on the service form nothing has been done
When we tried to make an appointment for the first service check, we were told Morgan Air was to busy and call back in a few monthsWhen we did get an appointment, we waited all day only to get a call around 3PM to cancel as they were to busy againThe next appointment they showed up, by this time we had already replaced the one year UV lights they installedIn doing so we found the Morgan Air installer for the UV lights had stripped the right screw on the case and failed to install the second nut holding the UV light inWe have been trying to get this taken care of with no luckThe next service appointment we made which was not easy again, the service tech looked at the problem and said he had no parts to fix it but would write on the info on service form and the office would see it and take care if itThat has been a month ago and

Rich M, the technician took time to explain every step to me regarding the issues and repairs for my HVAC system I could tell that he takes his job duties very seriously I felt comfortable having him in my home The entire experience was positive I would definitely recommend Morgan Air Conditioning to EVERYONE who needs HVAC repairs

Morgan Air Called me to clean my Air ConditionerThey charged me little over 16,when they finished with me
Started with a cold call from them offering to clean my air conditioner for 39.99...There was noting wrong with my air conditioning until they worked on itAll of a sudden it stopped working and I was forced to pay around 4,to fix it or 8,to replace itNext year claimed I needed vents cleaned for another 7,dollarsthat same year tried to tell me I needed vents cleaned because they found mold in themthey also wanted to charge me for a light bulb that is suppose to prevent mold from growingThey removed my Trane took it with them and replaced mine with a BryantI was told they did not make Trane which is top of the line anymoreMy neighbor just got there air conditioner replaced with a Trane

Issue with the UV lights systems for my two unitsPaid $1796, only to find that this "repair" caused my unit to work less efficiently
In January 2018, I purchased a service plan with this company, after my warranty company sent them here to repair my AC unit after it was struck by lighteningAfter the first inspection, they found "some form of growth in the handler," and recommended Platinum UV lights to sterilize the mold and other microbesThe repair cost me $
On August 13,2018, Morgan Air returned for a routine, 43-point inspectionThe technician found "puddles" of water and a very high level of static pressure and recommended a duct work analysisThe following day, the analysis was complete and a $repair to replace my entire duct work system was suggested.At first I agreed to the repair, but after further consideration, I decided a second opinion was in order and I canceled the workThe company charged my credit card, but, let it be noted, that they eventuall

The first appointment was cancelled at the last minute and then when the rescheduled appointment came due, they tried to reschedule a second time We said no because our A/C was making strange noises and we wanted it checked before a major problem occurred My husband is on oxygen 24/and I was worried the A/C would go out which would cause us a major problem They reconsidered and kept the appointment Jason came out on Saturday and found that our filter was causing the problem While he was here, he showed us another potential problem with our ducts He suggested duct cleaning After we discussed the reasons for the additional work, we agreed with his observation He was polite, courteous and knowledgeableWe've been with Morgan Air for several years and have found them to be honest and reasonable in their prices I would recommend them to friends and neighbors

My previous experience was not good, but the manager said the right things, so I am back with them
I have now a maintenance contract with themThere were minor issues with the flaws they left, but they were quick to acknowledge those, and corrected the issues free of charge
The Tech I had today, Brian, was on time, courteous and efficientI will continue with Morgan

Morgan Air was professional and knowledgeable and I would do business with them in the future

My air system quit working around 7:30pm - Morgan Air was excellent and timely Jon was not only a very competent technician, but very comfortable working with the public - his respect of our home (ie shoes covered) to detailing out our issueI purchased our home a little over a year ago, so did not know how the system was maintained, although being years old, Jon had it repaired in less that mins Thanks Morgan Air and Jon for your excellence!!!

Misrepresented the date of my air handler
I have Choice home warrentyMy ac was frezzing uo , so I called themThey dispatched *** AirBrett came out, he told me the coils were leaking insideHe said the air handler was years old and we were talking about $to fix itHe also left the closet door propped up, so I can hardly get into the officeI told him I couldn't afford thatThen Choice called me and had run the serial # and said the unit is years ols and I have a year warrantyMorgan told me they would charge almost $to fix itI said NO THANKS I'LL GET SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT!! I hung up!!I paid them $I just had a heart attack and I have nobody to put the door back

I then had an issue They sent a tech and he never got back to me to fix the problem I had a routine check done today (after reschedules)Only to tell me the brain is not working and my air has been running at high speed which doubled my electric bill The tech came on June and I called back on the 13th and here it is July and never heard back from him I expressed my concerns to Hunter who came today and he said I would hear by five today Well guess what it's 5:and I can't get any response! I have requested on several occasions to speak with a manager and have not heard from anyone We paid 10,for anew unit in October plus we paid for some us light system in the air handler I know we were severely over charged This company was referred to us through our home warranty co..I believe there is something fishy

Thanks for coming the same day to fix my dryer! It was an easy transaction and my bill came out to less than expected when I didn't need an additional partHow many companies these days are honest enough to charge you less for a part they didn't need to use? Morgan Air is!

We have been dealing with Morgan Air for about five years now Fred came out this weekend to look at our system since it was running all the time and found that the Freon was low due to another tech bleeding the system Fred took the time to explain the system and found that there was also growth on the coil and suggested that the blue light be moved to the bottom of the air handler He did this and replaced the light Love him as a tech, and will be requesting him in the future

All Morgan Air team members were polite, professional, and answered all questions that I asked while explaining my options as well as installing the unit
