Top notch staff! They were prompt to the scene of the emergency and were so kind throughout the whole entire process. I had all kinds of questions; each were answered efficiently and professionally. Dealing with Morris-Jenkins is always a pleasure. My old water heater failed, and Shane took the time to explain in understandable detail what all of my options were for replacing it. He made sure that I understood the options and didn't just assume that I did. I really appreciated this. After deciding on a replacement, he quickly made arrangements to have the work done on the same day. Responsibility then shifted to Shawn for the replacement work and several other technicians whose name I unfortunately do not remember. Everyone was so courteous, friendly, and helpful. This is one of the things that I like so much about dealing with Morris-Jenkins. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians are some of the best people that I have ever dealt with. The work was completed promptly and the new tankless heater's functions were explained to me along with related changes that were needed to install it. The work was performed flawlessly, which is another reason I like Morris-Jenkins. I have never had a bad experience with them in the six years that I have lived here. All in all, an extremely nice experience.
