Replacing heating and cooling units is not something that I really look forward to doing. But when the need is apparent it is great to fill like you are working with a good team. From the technician (Seth) who explained my issues and needs, and then Specialist (Dennis) who presented my options and choices. And finally (Jeremy and Terry) who in a clean, quiet and extremely efficient way removed the old equipment and installed the new. Each person doing their job in a very professional manner.....Thanks guys.

Dylan was a great help as are all of the reps who have serviced our home heat pumps, etc.

I just had a new water heater installed and drain snaked . I was very pleased by the service technicians sent to do the Job . They went right to work . Answered and explained any questions I had . Samuel P and Justine M did a great job on the install and Will B took care of the drain problem . They were all professional and knowledgeable . I am very pleased with the job they did and this company .

Chris assisted with estimate for new water heater purchase/install - courteous, knowledgeable and professional - offered all options and recommended the best solution (vs. simply 'pushing' for the most expensive one. This company has taken care of our families for years and always do a great job.

Thank you Michael! Michael left nothing unchecked during our spring inspection. He went above and beyond by bringing to our attention a possible future problem in our attic that had nothing to do with the Morris Jenkins inspection. I really appreciated the video and photos that showed what was needed to keep our air conditioner running as it should. He was very professional, courteous, and our lab just LOVED him too!!!!

Chris N was our Technician today....He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly! He completed his work, took the time to sit with us to explain everything he did to our system today. He drew diagrams to help explain things in an easier way for the consumer to understand! He left options with pricing for us to consider for our systems....explaining each to us. Chris is an OUTSTANDING TECHNICIAN! He truly is the best we have ever had...and we have had some very good ones through the years! We will be requesting him for our future visits!! Chris is to be commended for his superb workmanship!!

Rik W performed our spring maintenance today. He serviced our A/C, changed our filters installed six new smoke alarms. This was not the first time Rik has worked on our system. Pete was great even starting with his initial call letting me know he was expecting to be on time and asked, up front, where he should park. Parking is always an issue here and it's not clear where visitors (or work vehicles) should park. He greeted me with a very good disposition and thanked me for letting Morris Jenkins provide services and then he made sure he was parking correctly.
He then explained what he'd do and where and estimated how long he expected it would take him. Pete always used shoe covers when inside even though my floors aren't too clean.
He finished about when he estimated, explained what he did and found which this visit found things in good shape. As he was wrapping up, he thanked me again for using Morris Jenkins.
This was a good bi-annual visit and Pete's customer service made it that much better.
