Tankless Water Heater Installation
We had Morris Jenkins replace our electric water heater with a new natural gas tankless water heater. I usually hate when we have to hire someone to complete work at our house...I have had some bad experiences with other companies. Installers Javier and Malik were exactly what I was hoping for. They were on- time, kind and very respectful of my home. They greeted me when they arrived and took a few minutes to be sure their instructions matched my expectations for the installation. Before they started they made sure I felt comfortable asking any questions and throughout the installation I was kept informed when necessary. They also kept a very tidy workspace (which can be difficult when working in both the crawlspace and inside the house). Each time they came inside, they put on shoe covers to make sure they didn't track mud inside. I felt very comfortable during their visit because I could tell they were taking the time to do the job well.
I also want to mention*** the electrician, who went the extra mile to be sure we had adequate lighting in the crawl space adjacent to the new water heater but also above our heating equipment. Overall, every single employee that we interacted with from Morris Jenkins seemed to have the goal of providing a positive customer service experience. We are very happy that we chose Morris Jenkins to complete the job. Thank you Javier, Malik and ***!

Eric and Zach just finished installing my new unit! They are the best! They arrived on time and were professional and personable! Where do I start? I called Morris-Jenkins on Thursday to get someone to come out and look at my old ac unit. Turns out it would be cheaper to get a new one. Jeff came out and gave me a quote and when I told him I would have to wait to save for a down payment, Jeff's manager told him to go ahead and he'll honor what I was approved for. I was installed with a brand new HVAC system the next day. When I say everyone I mean everyone I spoke with, from my original first call to the installers are super nice and they treat you like family and talk to you like you've known them for years. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

We have been happy with Morris Jenkins' services as a whole, but especially want to share how impressed we are with HVAC technician Tousont S. We have opted to have him service our HVAC equipment since his very first visit to our home. He is professional yet friendly and personable, as well as super thorough and knowledgeable. He recently performed yearly inspection/maintenance on our A/C units and we were faced with some big decisions regarding repair vs replacement. I felt like the advice he gave was genuine and what he would do for his own home and family. Grateful for a go-to company who hires stellar employees like Tousant!

Larry R did an excellent job of adjusting my tankless water heater so the three showers and tubs in our house now have hot water for as long as I want. Since the water heater was not installed by Morris-Jenkins (Larry knew it was not the kind they install ) and I couldn't find a receipt for the installation I also decided to have Larry clean the water heater the next day. My husband recently passed away; so I am having to handle many house-related decisions for the first time. Larry was wonderful about explaining the details, answering my questions, and did a great job of getting my plumbing running the way it should. He was very professional, punctual, and friendly. I am happy to recommend Larry and Morris-Jenkins to anyone who needs a great plumbing specialist.

I had Dalton B. and Scott S. out this afternoon to replace one of my HVAC units and I could not have been more impressed by their service. From the time they arrived until they left, they did everything they could to make the process as painless as possible. Before they arrived, we had a downpour that left the ground wet and muddy, which despiite that, it looked like they were never in the house, let alone pulling out an old HVAC unit and installing a new one. The entire job was done in less than four hours, including clean up and hauling away the old equipment. Both made sure that the work was done with perfection and gave me a walk through to show me how to work the new system before leaving. I can't imagine that there are better technicians than these two guys and if I ever needed work done again, they are who I would want to do the work, hands down!

Pete performed the service for 3 houses for us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He is the type of MJ rep that I have come to expect and why I stay with MJ.

Alan A and John P replaced my attic A/C this week. They were professional, friendly, and very efficient. They were very careful to leave their work areas clean upon completion. Very grateful for the top quality work and friendly interaction.

The service is what got this score. I feel Sadie was honest and upfront and tried everything she could to fix it using the most effective and affordable options. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me as best she could.

Russ H was phenomenal! Our daughter and son in law experienced extensive plumbing issues in their home. Complete re-plumbing of the entire house was required. Russ communicated and explained everything. He worked long hours and on the weekend to get the job done! Excellent work and a caring person that was wonderful to work with in a stressful situation.

We had a horrible plumbing leak this past weekend and called Morris Jenkins. Russ H was lead on the crew and did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable and thorough! Even went overtime as he knew this was a stressful situation for us in which we couldn't use our home. He explained everything done and was a trusted advisor.

Prompt response to my issue w my hot water heater. Always receive kind and courteous service. I have been a priority advantage customer and always had excellent service. My questions are answered with respect.

Excellent service for an unusual job. I had a bird trapped in the three inch diameter ventilation (exhaust) tube located directly above our tankless water heater. I called Morris Jenkins and they sent William B to help. William quickly assessed the situation and was able to lift the tube away from the water heater unit, thus freeing a juvenile blue bird. Awesome job! Once again, Morris Jenkins shows they take pride in a job well done!

Chris is a great example of how to treat a customer right! He was courteous and efficient. Y'all have won me as a customer for life! Thank you!

What can I say about Morris Jenkins. We have yet to have a bad experience with the service, call support or anything. Yes, I will admit that they are a little bit higher on their products, but you do get a wealth of knowledge and experience with them. Our recent tech Damon, was very professional courteous and a pleasure to work with. He was well received by our 2 Shepards, so that speaks volumes. If you really want a high quality product, service & a company that stands behind their work, look no further. And, the way they treat their techs & associates should be an example for all. Thank you Mr. Jenkins for all you do & for having a great company.
