I called Morris-Jenkins for a water issue in my crawl space. Larry, the plumber they sent, did a remarkable job. He took his time to find the cause of the problem and then showed me several other things that had been done improperly by a previous contractor and what could be done to remedy them. He then worked late in order for everything to be done that day so that we would not be inconvenienced with another visit. Just great service and great customer care. Thanks Larry.

I always feel like I'm in good hands when Rik W is working on our units. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he's so personable. By the time he was done today, my children were giving him high fives and my dog wouldn't leave his side. He always does a thorough job and I never worry about my units after he leaves.

Daniel is a fantastic tech. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, took photos to show me the before and after so I can see the work being performed. He also had a great personality and was good with my dog lol. Overall he did a great job and once again Morris Jenkins will remain my go to company!

Evan did a great job with the spring cleaning and check-up of both my heat pump systems. He arrived right on time, and, after a quick orientation by me, got to work doing a comprehensive job on both systems.
