Mr. Duct is a great company! I filled out their form online to set up a time for a dryer vent cleaning. A rep called me quickly, set up a time and emailed me a confirmation. The guys showed up on time and got right to work. They were very courteous and friendly. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up when they were done. I will call them again in the future.

The technicians were prompt and very efficient. There two associates and they explained the process and showed me before and after pictures of my ducts. I would definitely recommend this service.

We recently moved into our new home. The previous owner had two or three cats. The first thing we did was have our vents cleaned. This was the first time we went thru this process. Choosing Mr. Duct proved to be a great experience. From initial contact thru completion and follow-up everything was professional and first rate. Communication was thorough and everything went as I expected. Their tech was on time, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. Very respectful and went above and beyond. The price held true to the estimate and we even got before and after photos. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to other family members.

Had the guys out to clean my dryer duct and they were on time, courteous and cleaned up the dryer area when they completed the duct cleaning. they explained everything to me and my wife and tested the flow after they were done. I would highly recommend Mr. Duct for any HVAC and or Dryer Duct problems you may have.

This was our first experience with this process. When I called to get a price, Tom was great at providing me with details on just what to expect and educating me on what would take place. I called 4-5 other places, but no other company followed up with an email with the price quoted and exactly what would be done. I went with Mr. Duct for that reason. The two men that came out were polite and most efficient. We were very happy with the work that was done and the lack of mess after.

Mr. Duct was wonderful! We had service on our dryer vent and they cleaned it and fixed it so our dryer worked like new. The two men who came out to our house were very polite and respectful. They even put on those paper booties so our carpet didn't get dirty. I can't remember the last time we had service from any company who made sure they didn't track mud and dirt in my house. I highly recommend Mr. Duct! We will be using them in the future for all our service needs!!
