Mr. Duct Heating & Air Conditioning

I have called on Mr. Duct to repair my furnace and to clean my dryer vents several times over the last five years. They are always fast, professional, and courteous. I love them!

The two guys from Mr Duct did an OUTSTANDING job yesterday. They took their time to do the job right and ensure we were satisfied with the work they were performing including showing us before and after pictures / videos of the ducts.

I wanted to recognize them for the professionalism and hard work and recommend them to others.

I was most impressed today by the professionalism, service, and meticulous work of 2 technicians (Ruben & Justin). They were prompt, and setup quickly to clean my vents. They kept me informed of the entire process and walked me through the various steps (before & after pictures inside the vents). After a thorough cleaning of the vents, they did a meticulous cleaning of the area. I was so impressed that before they finished I called their office and I asked if they could also clean my dryer vent. Mr Duct gave me a remarkable price. Needless to say I was a very happy and satisfied customer. This is the only company I will use for the services they provide and the only one I will recommend to others. Mr. Duct was on time and did an excellent job inspecting my air conditioner.

We were very happy with Mr Duct. They were very professional from start to finish and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This was probably the most positive service experience I have ever had. A phone call was made thirty minutes before the two hour window to let me know when the men would arrive.
They arrived promptly and were extremely courteous. They explained the procedures throughout.
I have never had a repair/service man shake my hand and thank me for my business.

The young men were here and we found easy access to the pipe through our crawl space. I guess by the time the dryer repair guy was here last week to replace the coils and noticed that it wasn't performing with full-lit flames, he suggested that we have the vent pipe cleaned out. If my husband started the dryer this morning, the clothes were still wet when I got home to meet their crew. They told me that it was totally clogged, so I guess we timed that pretty well.

I have had Mr. Duct come and clean my dryer vent out twice now. It is not as simple as most dryers as the vent goes up into a vaulted attic and takes turn so it has 3 elbows where lint has to be cleaned out. Both times the gentlemen were very nice, prompt, efficient, did their job well and left my home as clean as when they came! I would recommend their service to my friends and will use them again in the future.
