Mr. Duct Heating & Air Conditioning

As always, the servicemen from Mr. Duct were polite, professional, on time and reasonable. My AC wasn't working and I was happy they immediately worked me into the schedule. Mr. Duct always follows up tomake sure customers are happy!

Such a great business to work with. They are extremely professional and informative. I was very impressed with both of the men that came to do the duct cleaning. They had to work around other contractors and they did it without complaining. They spent time showing me the before and after videos. They were very clean and took great care of protecting my new floors and paint.

Good customer service. They called a half hour before they were going to arrive which gave me plenty of time to gate up my dogs. They explained the problem with my vent before they did any work.

Mr Duct's assigned Mario as the service tech to clean and inspect my A/C unit in a new condo for me. I was very pleased with his service. He showed me what he was doing and gave me a lot of good tips to do my part to keep the A/C system in good condition.

The two gentlemen who came to clean the vents were not only professional and on time, they went out of their way to make sure the service was delivered at 100%. Before they left they also changed my furnace filter which was totall unnecessary but greatly appreciated. We just moved into a new house and the vents had not been cleaned in over 15+ years and now they look brand new. VERY SATISFIED with the outcome!

The technicians were prompt, clean, polite, and very professional. All work was done as requested in a very timely manner. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The two men who cleaned out my dryer vent did a nice job and were very courteous. I especially liked that they put on their shoe covers every time they came into my living space. I've never had any workers do that before. I really appreciated that.
