WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE. THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE ARE SO POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT . THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO A CALL, AND THEIR RATES ARE REASONABLE.

I have been dealing wit Mr. Rooter plumbing from out of state. Thier reponse time and and services provided have been outstanding. Very professional organization beginning with thier customer service staff throughh the service technicians

[redacted] was prompt, courteous, efficient, clean and absolutely knew what he was doing. He was a pleasure to do business with, and was a credit to Mr Rooter.

Called on Sunday for clogged toilet and they were quick to respond. They explained all the options and detailed costs thoroughly. They were providing me updates during the entire process. They cleaned up and provided services beyond what they quoted. Very good service and will continue to use in the future.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. College Works Painting has contacted me directly regarding a settlement and we are finalizing details. I will consider the matter concluded when I have received and successfully deposited a settlement check.

Excellent service, reasonable pricing, prompt service! I would highly recommend this organization, Scott B, as the technician was extremely considerate of my situation and patient with explaining his repairs.

Dear Revdex.com Iam in receipt of you most recent email in which you requested certain items and Iam in the process of gathering ASAP
Additionally, Please be advised that I & my Family gave Mr Rooter every opportunity to respond to our complaint and we were told that we Needed to speak with the
Owner. Our Complaint is simply that, We were told that "A Billing Adjustment would be done on the Invoice to reflect the work performed and that the Home Office would honor this
Arrangement the following work day since the techs were unable to reach the Office on this particular day (Fathers Day 2015) Nevertheless. Our Account was billed in the amount totaling some $4,000 +
For a (1) foot hole in my floor, (Which this work was not required) since the damaged pipe was actually in the Wall. and (2) Bags of Quikcrete.

Thank you for your assistance,

Called Friday afternoon expecting to make an appointment for Monday or Tuesday and was surprised to find they could book a regular appointment on Saturday. Made an appointment for a window from 2pm to 4pm because my morning was busy, and the service guy showed up right at 2pm. Was impressed that they were so prompt and called to let me know 5 minutes before the plumber showed up.

If you want prompt service, this is certainly the place to go. Unlike many businesses in this area, they seemed eager to provide service ASAP and to do so in the most professional way.

For two years now I experienced plumbing problems in my home, which was built in 1958. The staff of Mr. Plumber guided me through the repair process. They showed me where the clay pipes had been invaded by roots or had partially collapsed. They also showed me that the metal pipes underneath the home has rust defect allowing sewer to seep out and threaten my foundations. Using minimally invasive techniques they cleaned the pipes and then installed liners. The two technicians, [redacted] and Jade conducted themselves professionally and courteously. They informed me about the work progress continuously. In the not so far future I am planning to sell my home and can now add plumbing work with long years of guarantee to the buying incentive. Overall a positive experience. This also includes the supervisor [redacted]

To whom it may concern,In response to the complaint:1.  it was too late in the day  to do on the 22, and we came back to finish the next day, 5/23. There was no time promised on the job other than it would be done by the next day.  2.  It clearly states on the invoice that the homeowner was responsible for drywall repairs. Each home is plumbed differently, and cutting into the drywall is necessary to find the pipes.. Looking at the pictures, they could have cut the drywall in a neater way. At the time of the service, the customer complained about the drywall, and we had offered to fix it. They refused.  3. Mr. [redacted] had called the following week stating that his tenant had "heard one of our technicians making a sighing sound ""aaaahhhh"" " in the hallway. Not that the technician was seen urinating nor that there was a sound of urination. He was heard sighing. It could have been due to a number of reasons, the least of which would have been urination. I had 2 techs out that day that will go to court to fight this accusation.  Now the story has changed, with Mrs. [redacted] stating that she saw him with her own eyes. It is our word against theirs. We will go to court over this if we have to.We cannot give back time to anyone. Nor will we discount our service. We still deny any allegation of the urination complaint.  We will however reinstate our offer to repair the drywall holes that were cut into the walls to paint ready state, even though it was clearly stated that we were not responsible for drywall repairs. Thank you,Mr. Rooter Plumbing

Had great drain clearing service by Channel Leader [redacted] and Service Technician [redacted] They were responsive and professional. They offered advice which should prevent recurrence of this issue. Thanks

Hello, [redacted] will try reaching out again, she is willing to discus a resolution, if you have any questions you can reach our corporate office at [redacted]. We look forward to resolving this as soon as possible.  Regards, College Works Painting

To whom it may concern,We came out on 5/21 for emergency response service in the evening of that day for a leaking water line in the home where the homeowner had tried to do the repair themselves. We sent a technician that night to take care of the copper water line so it wouldn't keep leaking, and...

due to the lateness of the hour, had to schedule a second visit for the following day to give an estimate to fix the PVC line for the bathroom combination drain.  The next day,5/22, a second technician came out to give an estimate on the repair to the  drain line. We gave Mr. [redacted] a price to do the repair, and the repair work was approved. before our technician left, he capped the line the homeowner was working on, so the homeowner could have use of the bathroom upstairs. We scheduled the work to be completed on Saturday 5/23.  This is a large project, that we had to acquire material to do the work. We came out on 5/23, completed the work, and received payment for the work performed. As far as the holes that had to be made to gain access to the line in the walls, the homeowners were aware that we were not responsible for repairing any drywall that had to be cut to complete the work, as stated in writing on the estimate. As for the accusation for the technician urinating in the hallway, we will not tolerate this slander. Our technicians are professionals, and the two that came out to this service have been with the company for years, without any complaint of lack of professionalism. One of the techs did lock their keys in the van, that had delayed  the tech to be able to get an invoice signed by the homeowner. But we are human, and accidents do happen. For this delay, I do apologize. We have been nothing but straightforward with the customer from the beginning. Each step of the process was discussed, approved, signed for, scheduled, and completed . We charge by the job, not by the hour. There was never any additional fees charged above the estimated price given.  Nor a promise of time other than the job would be completed on 5/23.We do not feel that we owe the customer a refund at this time.Sincerely,[redacted]

Good job

to give the customer the cost in advance of the job and if the job takes a longer or shorter amount of time, the price will remain the same. Occasionally upon doing a job the technician may run across another issue that needs attention, at that time the technician brings it to the customers attention and gives them a price to proceed with the new issue.Mr. [redacted] requested that this tenent sign the invoice to proceed with the work. When the venting posed a problem, Mr. [redacted] was called and advised of the situation and the cost to correct the problem. This he agreed to per a phone conversation. When our professional service technician arrives at the customers door, many costs have already been incurred just to get him and our truck there, ready and able to complete the job.Our pricing menu is set up by the franchise. Enclosing two pages detailing prices used in price quote to Mr. [redacted].Mr. [redacted] was told when he called in for a labor and material breakdown that our jobs were charged by the job and not by the hour.In order to come up with a menu set price for each job the cost of doing business (overhead) must be added to the technicians salary.Cost of materialProfessional technician and tax burden and benefits package Truck/fuel/specialized equipment/insuranceOffice employees and tax burden and benefit package Overhead, insurance, licenses, bonding and permit fee Small percentage for profitAs you can see it would be next to impossible to breakdown job costs when using the menu system.I have enclosed a copy of Mr. [redacted]'s invoice showing the work done and also two pages from our menu guide showing our cost that is shown to our customers.Mr. [redacted] agreed to the price before the work was done.Chris C[redacted]P.O. This issue has been resolved.  We did indeed make a call to the complainant Friday late afternoon and left a voicemail for her.  We did not hear back from her until we received the Revdex.com complaint.  The customer declined the more expensive service that was required to fix...

her problem on the original call.  She was offered the discounted option but she felt it was too steep and sent us on our way.  After receiving this complaint we made the same offer but added a bit of a discount and she accepted it.  Her problem is taken care of, she paid us with a credit card and it appears both parties are happy at this time.

My Mr. Rooter HVAC tech was Nate. Professional and easy to work with, he quickly identified the problem and provided an estimate for repair. Having OK'd it, Nate rapidly procured the needed parts (water heater and hot water recirc pump) and went about the repair. Left the work area clean just as you would expect of a true professional. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any HVAC work you might need.

Dave Harvey performed a repair on the sewer line at my rental. He phoned me during the process keeping me informed of his progress and charges. He was professional and informative the entire time he was working. Would recommend this company and this man.

Mr Rooter's specialist (Bob) came out to diagnose our septic and came to the conclusion that we needed some problems addressed. We appreciated the professional advice he offered and we gave the go ahead on the project.

We moved here 10 years ago from WA and had never experienced a septic situation.

We now know that routine maintenance will avoid future problems.
