Excellent service

We contacted MrRooter on a Sunday when our kitchen faucet sprung a leak The technician arrived earlier than promised and was very professional Although the new faucet we had purchased wasn't going to work for our situation, he made suggestions on where we could get a faucet that would work We purchased the new faucet and our technician arrived the next day to install it We are completely pleased with our experience

I have settled with the Mr.Rooter company for a reasonable amount for the "work" he did, as I CLEARLY stated in the original complaint that I was willing to doThey cashed the check that clearly stated "paid in full" The matter/unpleasantness is resolvedThank you *** ***

Devon from MrRooter was communicative and transparent with all the plumbing issues and how the whole process was going to play out
No time was wasted and they knew the problem and fixed it

Back in May 2015, our building lateral collapsed We hired MrRooter Plumbing on 6/17/to repair the line
Initially the company recommended excavation of a relatively small area of the sidewalk in front of our building
After performing the excavation, they said that they needed to do more excavation, changing the order to a much costlier one on 3/30/
After performing more excavation, they came back again saying they needed to excavate up to two lanes of Wilshire blvd in order to do a complete lateral replacement at an exponentially greater cost, which we again agreed to
To date, our lateral remains collapsed and we have been without water and bathroom facilities
Despite repeated assurances that they will complete the job, they have failed to show up to perform the work week after week
In addition to all this, they?ve left piles of dirt in front of our building for months now and broke an entire glass panel as a result of piling dirt against it, which

We have another technician scheduled to go out tomorrow and take a look at the issue to get this matter resolved

We had a clogged mainline due to rootsWe thought this was very complex problem and my husband and I were really stressed outI called MrRooter Plumbing and in less than days they were able to get our plumbing system working againThanks to our technician Larry Zwho made the whole process easier for us??

The MrRooter team was very responsive to our plumbing emergency at midnight late last week The team solved the immediate problem and returned several times this week to complete the work Each time they notified us they were coming, they were always respectful, continued to provide updates, what we should expect and left the work area as neat as possible
The plumbing portion of the work has been completed to our complete satisfaction

Asked for itemized cost invoice of work and supplies used and photos of work completed, that I was promised for the last monthsWith no response
Back in June had drain backups in my bathroom and kitchenSo I called MrRooter Plumbing to unstop the drainsHe tried snaking the problem, but was having a problem getting the snake in the drainSo he went under the house and saw there was a damaged pipe, which was leaking under the houseNext he recommended that I should have a camera run through the pipes to see the condition of the drainage systemI asked him how much, he said it was freeSo I agreed to have it doneDuring the camera procedure he show the condition of the drain and the pipes where very oldI inquired about the cost of this because I had no money and could not pay out of pocketHe then informed me of a program called Ygrene(Energy Program) to help people with the cost of energy improvementsSo he checked to see if I qualified and I didWork was complet

Mr *** called on the 20th regarding a busted water lineTwo techs were sent to the locationThey diagnosed the issue and determined the leak was coming from a split water line from an outside faucetWith agreement from the home owner they capped the lineMr *** called again on the 23rd
stating that the cap had popped offOne of the techs (***) called Mr *** to set up a time to come back to look at the issueHe was informed that Mr *** had re-cut and capped the line himself and did not want him to come back outHe stated he wanted his money backDuring this time we were receiving an abundance of calls for for busted water lines ectthat we used the same exact materials to fixThe parts were not faulty or incorrectIf the cap was put on improperly it would have popped off right away when the tech had tested it, not days laterThe issue could have been from the pipes refreezing or frozen water lines due to the 0-degree evenings we had that weekMr *** to let us come diagnosis what had happened The cap popping off was not our errorAs far as contacting a manager, Mr *** Spoke with *** (owner) on the 24th and he informed him that freezing pipes are not guaranteed due to the possibility of them refreezingWhich Mr *** was informed of this before the service was preformed. We use MrRooter for all of our plumbing problemsArrive quickly & do a great job

Fast response and then cleared the problem very quickly and professionally Good company

Mr*** charges by the job and not by the hour. The office staff are not plumbers. Each job is different that is why we have the technicians come out and give a flat rate price quote for each job. Also we are not the only service company who charges a dispatch fee. All
pricing is clearly given to the consumer before any work is done, including the collection of a dispatch fee for coming out. Consumers are also informed that the dispatch fee will be credited to any work being performed during business hours. All calls are recorded for quality assurance in case any questions ariseMr*** received a phone call from the landlord in regards to a clog in their line. The landlord requested pricing for the job. Our dispatcher replied with a drain pricing beginning at $and clearly stated it goes up from there. *** also informed the landlord of the dispatch fee of $for our technician to come to the property. The landlord agreed to the dispatch fee and had us make the appointment for the technician to come out and assess the situation. Upon arrival, our technician called the landlord with the pricing to fix the issue. The landlord stated that the price was too high and agreed to pay the dispatch fee. Mr*** does have a special on drain cleanings right now for $up to feet with available access point. This is for an outside drain only. The clean out for this drain was inside and in the basement, of course there are additional charges for additional labor of taking a pound machine up and down basement steps. In retrospect we could have applied the appropriate discount to the basement cleaning price, and we will fix that for future calls. If the customer would still like the job to be completed, we will credit the dispatch fee and apply the appropriate discount for the job. Please call the office for details

Prompt response Presented options for repairs Got on the repairs right away Some equipment problems but overall great service

*** and his crew did a quick and fantastic job with the work that we needed done in our place of businessHe was here within two hours of calling, and was finished with his repairs, which were major, very quicklyThe service was outstanding and I would recommend his service to anyone needing repair, large or small
