I never had a discussion about anything that *** *** said in his response. I filed the complaint and the next day he finally came out after trying to get these repairs addressedThen I was called by his secretary and told because of the complaint it would be at least two weeks until anything could be addressed. He is once again not a man of honor and talked horribly to me yelling and telling me that he had me by the short hairs. He is unprofessional in all aspects of his job.
The screen was installed and was part of the initial job but the job was done so poorly that it partially fell off the wall not two weeks after they put it up. He also has not taken care of the dead plants. I would hope that people would head my warning and not do any business with this company

hardly a solution to my complaint. When the worker doing the dry wall was spattering the ceiling for the orange peel he crossed the wires for my light ceiling fan which caused it to sparkDid not know it at the time but that spark burned out my electrical outlet on my patio and the switch for the fanThe drywall worker was a representative for this company and I want the damage he did repaired. I want this outlet repaired and it is the basis for my complaint This is a simple fix for my complaintI had an agreement with the supervisor *** for them to take care of this and their controller overrode that agreement and has offered no solution, other than to threaten to take me to small claims courtA reputable company fixes mistakes their workers make, why is this company so unwilling to follow through?

*** *** did inform us of the cracks (they are settling cracks - not typical but they do occur) and we did advise we would come out and address them but we wanted to wait 60-days to allow all of the settling to finish. At that time, we would cut in joints as needed and put a final coat
of paint on the new decking returning it to its new state. This was our agreement and the day prior to the complaint being filed, I personally walked the deck with *** *** so why she filed the complaint is beyond me?
As for the screen in question, that was not contracted for, built by nor installed by us. *** *** was a challenging client and in an effort to appease her, one of the salesmen offered to make the screen and have it installed. It was our intent again in an effort to appease *** *** to rebuild the screen in question as one last ditch attempt to make her happy but with the filing of this complaint we know now that making this client happy is not possible. The screen is a repair we do not plan on doing at this time.

We had our pool deck repaired and resurfaced, which is not a pleasant thing to do, but everyone at Murray and Sons made it a very positive experienceThe office staff, sales person (***, and both of the crews were very professional and courteous, yet personableThe price was competitive and very reasonable, and the warranty is a plusThey were eager to make sure we were satisfied and did an outstanding job making our pool deck look new again!
Based on our last conversation with *** *** his concerns where: A broken sprinkler head. A leak in the drip lineA wet area around the irrigation valve box.Answers,The head was disassembled upon our arrival (see picture) this is not a warrantable event We did replace the head as a customer service repair (see pic of the entire system working)The drip line had be cut in half and a refrigeration splice had been installed (see pic) This is not a warrantable event We did repair the cut drip line as a customer service repair (see pic)The area in question does appear to be wet (see pic) We dug up and along the pipes that feed this irrigation box (see pic) and found no visible leaks We ran the entire system for approxminutes and found no leaks that would cause the area to be wet We cannot accurately say what is causing this issue but we do not feel it is from the irrigation installed. Lastly as a point of fact, all warranties are valid once a contract is paid in full *** *** has yet to paid this contract in full so all repairs have been done in good faith that *** *** will pay this contract At this time we believe all concerns have been addressed to the fullest of our abilities and there is nothing more we can do to satisfy *** *** concerns. job lost approx 50% of the plants upon the initial completion vsa typical 15%, plant loss as is anticipated in our hot summer months) The weather was finally accommodating by Mid November and at that time we assigned this repair to our lead foreman It is my understanding (I did follow this repair thru the duration) that there were a number of scheduling conflicts and some drainage issues that needed resolved prior to the repair The week of the Revdex.com complaint I had instructed that this repair was our ONLY priority and that it must address ASAP, Unfortunately I was a day late and a dollar short on this To address the issue in its entity, we have installed a new foremen who better understands our commitment to our customers and their needs I have taken over this repair personally and I have contacted *** directly to get this repair completed in a timelymanner In this case we failed to deliver as I expected and that we will rectify We look forward to getting this completed and getting a positive review from *** when this is done Thx
We have used Murray and Sons to do stained concrete flooring for a second time! Excellent workmanship, very professional and courteous! We dealt with *** and ***, two great guys!
Mr*** is a past client whos project was done minus a pool light and back wash valve and this was to be done by Murray and Sons upon his return to Arizona Instead of allowing Murray and Sons to do the work, Mr*** called and used an unlicesed poolman introduceted to him by us to repalce
his light and at this time (the area of concern is under pavers and feet of dirt/ab/sand the light looks to have leaked and caused a sink hole under the pavers This leak and corresponding sink hole had absolutley nothing to do wth the work completed by Murray and Sons and became an issue months after the install and weeks after the light was removed by Mr*** pool guy Murray and Sons offers to open up the area, inspect and get a thrid party professional opinion and Mr*** has refused this offer unless we accept responsibility for the pool guys error and that we cannot do We anticipate this will be resolved once the ROC is involved and is able to expalin to Mr*** that we are not liable for a third parties actions even if he did work for us at one point because we did not direct him to do the work, again Mr*** did

Your supervisor [redacted] did have a repair for my outlet, not my switch scheduled and the controller overroad that and said they were not going to do that repair and also threatened me with small claims court. I don't appreciate being threatened and this complaint was lodged after many phone calls to get the job finished and done properly. . The dry wall was textured as the contract states, however you can see every seam because it was not leveled properly prior to the texturing, again no one from your company has been here to see that in person.
