I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I never had a discussion about anything that [redacted] said in his response. I filed the complaint and the next day he finally came out after trying to get these repairs addressed. Then I was called by his secretary and told because of the complaint it would be at least two weeks until anything could be addressed. He is once again not a man of honor and talked horribly to me yelling and telling me that he had me by the short hairs. He is unprofessional in all aspects of his job.
The screen was installed and was part of the initial job but the job was done so poorly that it partially fell off the wall not two weeks after they put it up. He also has not taken care of the dead plants. I would hope that people would head my warning and not do any business with this company.
Mr. [redacted] is a past client whos project was done minus a pool light and back wash valve and this was to be done by Murray and Sons upon his return to Arizona. Instead of allowing Murray and Sons to do the work, Mr. [redacted] called and used an unlicesed poolman introduceted to him by us to repalce...
his light and at this time (the area of concern is under pavers and 4 feet of dirt/ab/sand the light looks to have leaked and caused a sink hole under the pavers. This leak and corresponding sink hole had absolutley nothing to do wth the work completed by Murray and Sons and became an issue months after the install and weeks after the light was removed by Mr. [redacted] pool guy. Murray and Sons offers to open up the area, inspect and get a thrid party professional opinion and Mr. [redacted] has refused this offer unless we accept responsibility for the pool guys error and that we cannot do. We anticipate this will be resolved once the ROC is involved and is able to expalin to Mr. [redacted] that we are not liable for a third parties actions even if he did work for us at one point because we did not direct him to do the work, again Mr. [redacted] did.

To Whom it may Concern, To date all work contracted for has been repaired/redone or corrected. The screen in question was NOT part of the written contract but was built by our salesman as a favor to the client. At this time, we are willing to build and install the same type/style of screen to settle this matter as "satisfied" with the Revdex.com by Murray and Sons.
