The purchase was for 4 SQ green support level pillows for a total of $209.92, which includes shipping. On 11/10/16, you contacted MyPillow to exchange 2 SQ green support level pillows for pillows for 2 SQ white support level pillows and return 2 SQ green support level pillows for a refund.... Mypillow received 2 SQ green support level pillows back for the exchange. On 12/15/16, you contacted MyPillow to return the 2 SQ white support level pillows. On 12/28/16, we received the 2 SQ white support level pillows and issued a refund of $99.97 that same day. According to our records, you still have 2 SQ green support level pillows.

In April of 2016, MyPillow sent the customer standard/queen premium pillows and goanywhere pillow to replace the damaged pillow and didn't request the customer to send any pillows backIf the pillow has a hole in it, please contact us at ###-###-#### to send you another replacement pillow

I am sorry but we took down the buy one get one free offer in January, (no ads have ran since with that offer)We recently launched a pack offer and with a promo code you receive free shipping The price for the pack offer is $99.98, plus tax where applicable

I am rejecting this response because:This business has zero integrity The package was NEVER shipped within the advertised timeframe The tracking number they provided only indicated a label was created I did multiple follow-ups and I believe they finally may have shipped the product today And it will arrive days after orderingnot the 10-biz days they advertise.Instead of acknowledging they have sloppy fulfillment and poor customer follthey opt to blame the carrier Should have known And of course there was certainly no delay in their order management system getting my credit card payment processed immediately.Clueless and my will certainly not be a repeat customer
