Review: About a week ago the Ventrilo server that I paid a lifetime subscription for from Nationvoice went down. The error message is currently displaying that the server's license was suspended and that the hosting company has not paid their fee. Nationvoice has provided good customer service in the past so I immediately sent in a ticket. There has been no response from Nationvoice and today I've found the problem is widespread and Nationvoice is not responding to anyone. The existence of the company is even in doubt. There has been no official announcement from the company regarding these issues. As I've had the lifetime server over a year now I doubt I can get a refund but I feel this business needs to be reported and action should be taken. This is unacceptable treatment.Desired Settlement: I'd like at least a partial refund for the time I have used on the server. I paid for a 25 slot server which cost $250. If Nationvoice still exists or not, I have no way of finding out. But either way this is unacceptable treatment for their customers. If no refund can happen then I'll be at least glad to know they are being investigated. Thank you.

Your Lifetime Membership will be honored, please read and follow the instructions below to reactivate your service.Dear NationVoice Lifetime Members, On April 16, 2014, our Ventrilo license, which was issued in 2005 was revoked by Flagship Industries. Since that time, we have not billed or accepted any further orders from new or existing customers. We have also disabled the ability to purchase any services from our website. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests, we have not responded to any NationVoice Support or Sales inquiries via our ticket or phone systems. However, over the course of the last few weeks, myMumble has received several commendations from Lifetime members that have already signed up with our new Mumble brand and have had their Ventrilo server ported over to a Mumble server. From 2004, NationVoice was the #2 most popular search term for signing up for Ventrilo services, and over the years, Nationvoice has contributed support to the community in many forms, to include Technical Support on the Ventrilo forums, gaming conferences, tournaments, financial sponsoring of major gaming groups, and events at our own expense. We did so to offer not only our customers, but gamers in general, the experience that is associated with Ventrilo. This was not something we saw from our competitors, particularly upon the developmental stages of the Ventrilo brand. Since the summer of 2012, NationVoice has been under the primary operation of a single employee, which, under normal circumstances, did quite well with regards to customer support and service. NationVoice has had a few subcontractors to do some maintenance work to keep the servers online with minimum interruption. However, due to unforeseen acts of nature, deteriorating relationship with Flagship Industries, server compromises, and the removal of several untrustworthy contractors, the business end of NationVoice has been handled personally by the owner. The NationVoice website was also removed repeatedly (May 2010 and April 2011 respectively) from the Ventrilo.com hosting providers page. This repeatedly caused severe loss of business, as that was the primary source of our website traffic, next to industry word-of-mouth. The decision on both occasions to remove Nationvoice as an official provider of Ventrilo services on the Ventrilo.com hosting page were not related in anyway to unpaid license fees. The hosting page removal from April 2011 was due to a non-violation of our License Agreement, with Flagship Industries and all attempts to communicate with Flagship Industries over the last 3 years to restore our listing and reputation which included emails, phone calls, text messages, and confirmed postal mail have gone ignored. Our most recent attempts, as of April of 2014 in attempt to resolve the license fee issues with Flagship was met with the same treatment. As such, NationVoice is no longer sponsoring or endorsing or providing the Ventrilo software. As NationVoice was terminated from any and all agreements and support for the Ventrilo software, NationVoice would like to extend an invitation for continuation of service with our Mumble brand, myMumble. If you are receiving this email, it means you are a Lifetime Member. As such, we would like to extend to you the option of resuming your Lifetime account with myMumble. All you need to do is open a Sales ticket, and provide your email receipt of payment for your Lifetime membership. We will then provide you with a 100% one-time coupon good for a Mumble server with a slot count equivalent to your Lifetime purchase. The Nationvoice Lifetime memberships has always included the option for Ventrilo and Mumble service. In 2012, we did launch our Mumble division, along with the option for customers to switch from Ventrilo to Mumble as needed. At this time, myMumble is only providing Mumble software, which NationVoice has found to be far superior, and dramatically easier to maintain and support. NationVoice would like to thank all of it’s customers for the years of service, and the community support received since it’s inception. If NationVoice has already refunded your Lifetime Membership, either through PayPal, or through the dispute process with your card issuer or bank, then unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with the Lifetime server coupon. You can, however, sign up for a free 5-slot Mumble server, which we provide on our website. No payment information is required for our free 5 User Lifetime Mumble service, but we do ask the you use the original email address you used at NationVoice to sign up with, so we can correlate your signup to your Lifetime Membership account. NationVoice can no longer reply to any support or billing requests via the NationVoice.com website or phone systems. That being said, at this time, we will respond via the myMumble.com Billing system to process any new support or sales inquiries.Regards[redacted]Owner, NationVoice Communications, LLC
Review: I have been a Nation Voice customer since October of 2007. I have purchased 100-person Ventrilo Voice over IP server hosting from them on an annual basis since that time. Beginning on April 19, 2014 the server became unavailable for all of my users and we have been unable to use the service that I purchased.Desired Settlement: I would like the services restored or my money refunded for the remainder of this year's subscription to hosting.

Subscribers of NationVoice On April 16, 2014, our Ventrilo license, which was issued in 2005 was revoked by Flagship Industries. Since that time, we have not billed or accepted any further orders from new or existing customers. We have also disabled the ability to purchase any services from our website. Nationvoice would like to extend a formal apology for the lack of communication during this service interruption. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests, we could not respond to any NationVoice Support or Sales inquiries via our web based ticket or phone systems. Going forward, we will no longer be doing business with Ventrilo. We will instead be continuing service for all customers with myMumble. This is our second attempt to reach out to those whom were actively using our services on April 16th, 2014. If you’re receiving this email and have already received a refund from Nationvoice directly, or through other channels such as PayPal or your card issuing bank, then we cannot qualify you for the offer below to re-establish your service. We are going to be providing FREE service for the term of your paid service subscription. All that you need to do is submit your proof of purchase of your Ventrilo monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or yearly service, and email address used to register your account via a Sales ticket to myMumble.com. We will also be including our proprietary AFK/Idle script, which will move inactive users to the channel of your choosing. Please also include your preference of location from our Network Map as well, as we offer many new locations that Ventrilo did not offer. In 2012, we did launch our Mumble division, along with the option for customers to switch from Ventrilo to Mumble as needed. At this time, myMumble is only providing Mumble software, which our user base has found to be far superior, and dramatically easier to maintain and support. I am rejecting this response because:
I don't want Mumble services, and regardless we have already moved on to another more reliable VoIP provider. This offer is not useful to me. Don't try to spin this as me having already used half of my service. I paid you in advance for a specific thing. You can't provide that thing, and you left me with no word at all long enough that I had no choice but to pay someone else to do what you could not. Maybe if you had made this offer within days of losing your Ventrilo license for non-payment instead of after more than a month of complete silence and non-responsiveness, I would be inclined to continue to use your service, but at this point I would simply like a refund.

Review: I have purchased a Lifetime membership to Nation Voice's communication service and recently that service has been shut down. I have tried emailing, opening a ticket and calling this company with no luck at all. I know I am not the only unsatisfied customer and I am hoping someone can make this right for all the customers that have lost services. For a company to just outright shutdown without any warning is just wrong!Desired Settlement: I chose other because I honestly would like a letter, phone call, email or any form of communication explaining the situation. A refund would be great or exchange of service (since they do have other services out there). But some form of explanation would be appreciated

Review: I've had Nation Voice's Ventrilo service for approximately 8-9 years. We purchased a lifetime subscription last year in February for 250 dollars. April 14th, we realized that we could no longer connect to our server. That date could be off by a couple days. We cannot contact customer service, my wife left them a voice message and placed a ticket on their website stating their service was not available. The error message we got was that they didn't pay their licensing fee. We also placed in a ticket on their website, that seems to still be working, but no response. Their facebook is no longer there and they haven't posted on twitter in months. We cannot contact them on the phone either. It's May 4th and we still aren't able to contact the company and as far as we know, no one can.Desired Settlement: 250 dollars, what we paid for our lifetime subscription.

We did so to offer not only our customers, but gamers in general, the experience that is associated with [redacted]. This was not something we saw from our competitors, particularly upon the developmental stages of the [redacted] brand.
Since the summer of 2012, NationVoice has been under the primary operation of a single employee, which, under normal circumstances, did quite well with regards to customer support and service. NationVoice has had a few subcontractors to do some maintenance work to keep the servers online with minimum interruption. However, due to unforeseen acts of nature, deteriorating relationship with [redacted] Industries, server compromises, and the removal of several untrustworthy contractors, the business end of NationVoice has been handled personally by the owner. The NationVoice website was also removed repeatedly (May 2010 and April 2011 respectively) from the [redacted].com hosting providers page. This repeatedly caused severe loss of business, as that was the primary source of our website traffic, next to industry word-of-mouth. The decision on both occasions to remove Nationvoice as an official provider of [redacted] services on the [redacted].com hosting page were not related in anyway to unpaid license fees.
The hosting page removal from April 2011 was due to a non-violation of our License Agreement, with [redacted] Industries and all attempts to communicate with [redacted] Industries over the last 3 years to restore our listing and reputation which included emails, phone calls, text messages, and confirmed postal mail have gone ignored. Our most recent attempts, as of April of 2014 in attempt to resolve the license fee issues with [redacted] was met with the same treatment. As such, NationVoice is no longer sponsoring or endorsing or providing the [redacted] software.
As NationVoice was terminated from any and all agreements and support for the [redacted] software, NationVoice would like to extend an invitation for continuation of service with our [redacted] brand, my[redacted]. If you are receiving this email, it means you are a Lifetime Member. As such, we would like to extend to you the option of resuming your Lifetime account with my[redacted]. All you need to do is open a Sales ticket, and provide your email receipt of payment for your Lifetime membership. We will then provide you with a 100% one-time coupon good for a [redacted] server with a slot count equivalent to your Lifetime purchase.
The Nationvoice Lifetime memberships has always included the option for [redacted] and [redacted] service. In 2012, we did launch our [redacted] division, along with the option for customers to switch from [redacted] to [redacted] as needed. At this time, my[redacted] is only providing [redacted] software, which NationVoice has found to be far superior, and dramatically easier to maintain and support.
You can, however, sign up for a free 5-slot [redacted] server, which we provide on our website. No payment information is required for our free 5 User Lifetime [redacted] service, but we do ask the you use the original email address you used at NationVoice to sign up with, so we can correlate your signup to your Lifetime Membership account. I am rejecting this response because: MyMumble.com is not what I paid for. Responding to my complaint with a subpar voice server compared to Ventrillo is not the same as a refund. I feel like I should receive a refund. The voice quality of Ventrillo like I stated exceeds the quality by far of mymuble.com servers.

Review: Paid for a lifetime service of ventrilo hosting, and today I cant connect to my server. States "the server has been remotely shutdown, The license has been suspended. Hosting company has not paid their license fee."
and I cant contact nationvoice in any way even though they state 24/7 customer support, live chat does not work, no one picks up the telephone, their facebook page is no longer there.Desired Settlement: I would of liked to continue this service but dealing with such a company that wont even pick up their phone during phone hours and other such "disappearing acts" are very shady and I no longer trust them, I would like a full refund of the lifetime subscription.

Review: For the past five days, the service of my Ventrilo server with NationVoice has been inoperable because the license has been rescinded by Ventrilo. I opened a ticket within the support system, but it has not received a reply and the service is still unavailable.Desired Settlement: I would like a service credit in the amount equivalent to the number of days the service is unavailable, or a refund of all remaining service time from the start of the service interruption. If a full refund is provided, the service should be cancelled.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: On 6/5/2010, I purchased a 25-slot [redacted] server "lifetime" plan from NationVoice.com for a one time payment of $250. I used the service from the date of purchase until the afternoon of 4/18/2010.
On 4/18/2014, after being online all morning, I find out via calls from friends that they can no longer access our chat server. When I attempted to login I recieved the following:
This server has been remotely disabled.
This license has been suspended. Hosting company has not paid their license fee.
I filed a support ticket that same day and didn't see the ticket status change for three(3) days at which time it went from an "unassigned" to "assigned" state. No email or phone correspondence from the company indicated what their issue was.
I found access to the control page had been removed when I attempted to view the status of my ticket on 4/28/2014. Subsequently, I found other services they offer were also broken or removed all while their main page looks like an active business supports it.
I accuse them of not standing behind their guarantee of "100% satisfaction" and "lifetime" services for a pre-paid lump sum of money, as well as, misrepresenting themselves and their organizations standing in the business community.Desired Settlement: I desire a refund or a pre-paid multi-year support agreement for similar ([redacted]/25-slot) services with [redacted].

Your Lifetime Membership which was sold to you in June of 2010, included the use of not just [redacted] but also [redacted] and TeamSpeak. Moving forward, it has been almost 4 years since you have purchased your service at an original rate of 249.99. If your plan was charged monthly, then your total to date due would be $479.52. Your savings over the time has been significant suggesting you have received equal value or greater over the years. Moving forward the only option we can offer you would be to reinstate your membership on our [redacted] network. To ask for a refund for a service which you have been using without interruption for 4 years is simply out of the question, considering we are offering you an equal if not better service. Most importantly, we are keeping our commitment to Lifetime members for continuation of service.

Review: I have purchased a "Lifetime" subscription from the company, "NationVoice Communications, LLC" based out of [redacted] NJ. This service was interrupted, and I can no longer log into the voice server that I paid for. When attempting to log into the server using the correct settings and credentials, I get the following message:
This server has been remotely disabled.
This license has been suspended. Hosting company has not paid their license fee.
Which lets me know that NationVoice Communications, LLC has not paid the appropriate fees to the underlying hosting company. I have attempted to contact their company via the phone number listed online - it goes straight to voice mail. I have attempted to submit a support ticket to resolve the issue, but with no response. I have attempted to contact their "Live Chat" service during appropriate hours, but it is no longer functional. I have also checked multiple media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, which are linked from their main website for any notification of an outage or a problem, with no success. It seems as though these people have taken my money, are not providing the service they are contractually obligated to provide, and have shut down all forms of communication with me as a customer.Desired Settlement: First, I would like my services restored as per our agreement. Second,, I would like a response from the company acknowledging the issue. Third, I would like an explanation of why I received the notification that I did and why it was necessary. Finally, I would like to know what mechanisms are now in place to keep this from happening in the future. I would like all of these in writing and via a direct phone call from someone who was directly responsible for the situation's resolution with a direct contact number for them, should this happen again.

Response:
Dear NationVoice Lifetime Members,
On April 16, 2014, our [redacted] license, which was issued in 2005 was revoked by [redacted] Industries. Since that time, we have not billed or accepted any further orders from new or existing customers. We have also disabled the ability to purchase any services from our website. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests, we have not responded to any NationVoice Support or Sales inquiries via our ticket or phone systems. However, over the course of the last few weeks, [redacted] has received several commendations from Lifetime members that have already signed up with our new [redacted] brand and have had their [redacted] server ported over to a [redacted] server.
From 2004, NationVoice was the #2 most popular search term for signing up for [redacted] services, and over the years, Nationvoice has contributed support to the community in many forms, to include Technical Support on the [redacted] forums, gaming conferences, tournaments, financial sponsoring of major gaming groups, and events at our own expense.
As NationVoice was terminated from any and all agreements and support for the [redacted] software, NationVoice would like to extend an invitation for continuation of service with our [redacted] brand, [redacted]. If you are receiving this email, it means you are a Lifetime Member. As such, we would like to extend to you the option of resuming your Lifetime account with [redacted].
At this time, [redacted] is only providing [redacted] software, which NationVoice has found to be far superior, and dramatically easier to maintain and support.
NationVoice can no longer reply to any support or billing requests via the NationVoice.com website or phone systems. That being said, at this time, we will respond via the [redacted].com Billing system to process any new support or sales inquiries.
