Response:

Account was canceled on 4/16/2014 and no further invoices will be processed. Account has been closed.

Review: Nationvoice [redacted] server stopped working with no notice or any information given to as why this happened, that was april 18th 2014. The nationvoice website did allow for you to login into your account and do a server restart which did not help. The online chat was down and a ticket was placed withing hours after the server going offline. There has been no response to the ticket. Today May 15th 2014 I logged into my [redacted] account and there was a service warning message saying we are aware of a network issue and are working to resolve please do not place a ticket for this. This clearly indicates that Nationvoice is not addressing the issue of not paying their license fee for [redacted] hosting. I placed good faith in Nationvoice when I purchased a lifetime server for [redacted] it would be nice to get more than what seems to be complete deception about what is going on.Desired Settlement: I would like Nationvoice to provide me with a lifetime 25 user voip service to replace the one they took away without any notice or explanation. I can understand that problems may occur in a business but to act the way Nationvoice has on this issue deserves compensation for the products purchased. Nationvoice is still running a website for [redacted] voip services which is linked to their [redacted] website I see no reason they should still be conducting business this way for this long.

Your Lifetime Membership will be honored, please read and follow the instructions below to reactivate your service.

Dear NationVoice Lifetime Members,

On April 16, 2014, our [redacted] license, which was issued in 2005 was revoked by [redacted] Industries. Since that time, we have not billed or accepted any further orders from new or existing customers. We have also disabled the ability to purchase any services from our website. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests, we have not responded to any NationVoice Support or Sales inquiries via our ticket or phone systems. However, over the course of the last few weeks, my[redacted] has received several commendations from Lifetime members that have already signed up with our new [redacted] brand and have had their [redacted] server ported over to a [redacted] server.

From 2004, NationVoice was the #2 most popular search term for signing up for [redacted] services, and over the years, Nationvoice has contributed support to the community in many forms, to include Technical Support on the [redacted] forums, gaming conferences, tournaments, financial sponsoring of major gaming groups, and events at our own expense. We did so to offer not only our customers, but gamers in general, the experience that is associated with [redacted]. This was not something we saw from our competitors, particularly upon the developmental stages of the [redacted] brand.

Since the summer of 2012, NationVoice has been under the primary operation of a single employee, which, under normal circumstances, did quite well with regards to customer support and service. NationVoice has had a few subcontractors to do some maintenance work to keep the servers online with minimum interruption. However, due to unforeseen acts of nature, deteriorating relationship with [redacted] Industries, server compromises, and the removal of several untrustworthy contractors, the business end of NationVoice has been handled personally by the owner. The NationVoice website was also removed repeatedly (May 2010 and April 2011 respectively) from the [redacted].com hosting providers page. This repeatedly caused severe loss of business, as that was the primary source of our website traffic, next to industry word-of-mouth. The decision on both occasions to remove Nationvoice as an official provider of [redacted] services on the [redacted].com hosting page were not related in anyway to unpaid license fees.

The hosting page removal from April 2011 was due to a non-violation of our License Agreement, with [redacted] Industries and all attempts to communicate with [redacted] Industries over the last 3 years to restore our listing and reputation which included emails, phone calls, text messages, and confirmed postal mail have gone ignored. Our most recent attempts, as of April of 2014 in attempt to resolve the license fee issues with [redacted] was met with the same treatment. As such, NationVoice is no longer sponsoring or endorsing or providing the [redacted] software.

As NationVoice was terminated from any and all agreements and support for the [redacted] software, NationVoice would like to extend an invitation for continuation of service with our [redacted] brand, [redacted]. If you are receiving this email, it means you are a Lifetime Member. As such, we would like to extend to you the option of resuming your Lifetime account with [redacted]. All you need to do is open a Sales ticket, and provide your email receipt of payment for your Lifetime membership. We will then provide you with a 100% one-time coupon good for a [redacted] server with a slot count equivalent to your Lifetime purchase.

The Nationvoice Lifetime memberships has always included the option for [redacted] and [redacted] service. In 2012, we did launch our [redacted] division, along with the option for customers to switch from [redacted] to [redacted] as needed. At this time, my[redacted] is only providing [redacted] software, which NationVoice has found to be far superior, and dramatically easier to maintain and support. NationVoice would like to thank all of it’s customers for the years of service, and the community support received since it’s inception.

If NationVoice has already refunded your Lifetime Membership, either through [redacted], or through the dispute process with your card issuer or bank, then unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with the Lifetime server coupon. You can, however, sign up for a free 5-slot [redacted] server, which we provide on our website. No payment information is required for our free 5 User Lifetime [redacted] service, but we do ask the you use the original email address you used at NationVoice to sign up with, so we can correlate your signup to your Lifetime Membership account. NationVoice can no longer reply to any support or billing requests via the NationVoice.com website or phone systems. That being said, at this time, we will respond via the [redacted].com Billing system to process any new support or sales inquiries.

Review: I started renting a [redacted] server from Nation Voice Communications LLC around two months ago. One week ago my [redacted] server was shut down and the error message said and I quote "your server has been remotely suspended because your server company has allowed their server license to lapse" the problem I have with this is I have been paying for something that they quit paying for. I attempted to contact them via their so called 24/7 support back on 4-18-2014and then again later that day on 4-18-2014. I have had no responses. Furthermore I cancelled my service with them on 04-19-2014 after not hearing back from them. Their so called automatic cancel service informed me that I had 48 Hrs to reopen the server or it would be auto deleted. It had been roughly 72 Hrs and the server is still there. I DO NOT WANT THE SERVER ANYMORE.Desired Settlement: I Request that Nation Voice Communications LLC deletes my server and does not bill me further. I also need to voice my concerns about their so called professionalism. Nation Voice owes me an appology for making false statement's such as claiming that they have 24/7 support and will respond to tickets within 24 Hrs. I have had no luck with their so called 24/7 chat systemj and their written support tickets do not get answered. I want nothing more to do with this company and will be checking my financial statements for further bills from them and will take appropriate action if such bills are found.

Subscribers of NationVoice On April 16, 2014, our Ventrilo license, which was issued in 2005 was revoked by Flagship Industries. Since that time, we have not billed or accepted any further orders from new or existing customers. We have also disabled the ability to purchase any services from our website. Nationvoice would like to extend a formal apology for the lack of communication during this service interruption. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests, we could not respond to any NationVoice Support or Sales inquiries via our web based ticket or phone systems. Going forward, we will no longer be doing business with Ventrilo. We will instead be continuing service for all customers with myMumble. This is our second attempt to reach out to those whom were actively using our services on April 16th, 2014. If you’re receiving this email and have already received a refund from Nationvoice directly, or through other channels such as PayPal or your card issuing bank, then we cannot qualify you for the offer below to re-establish your service. We are going to be providing FREE service for the term of your paid service subscription. All that you need to do is submit your proof of purchase of your Ventrilo monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or yearly service, and email address used to register your account via a Sales ticket to myMumble.com. We will also be including our proprietary AFK/Idle script, which will move inactive users to the channel of your choosing. Please also include your preference of location from our Network Map as well, as we offer many new locations that Ventrilo did not offer. In 2012, we did launch our Mumble division, along with the option for customers to switch from Ventrilo to Mumble as needed. Review: I had a ventrilo server purchased through Nation Voice for many years, I always paid in bi-yearly and their service has gone down even after taking my last payment. All forms of communication with them have failed and I am left without my money or a service, i'm very angry and would like this situation looked into. I hope that I can in some way recover my money as I had just made a payment shortly before the services went down. No one was made aware of these issues/problems ahead of time so they basically just took my last payment and ran with it.Desired Settlement: I would really just like my money back, I understand things happen but they need to communicate with their customers more openly about these types of things.

Review: On April 18, 2014, I had noticed my [redacted] server, which is supplied by NationVoice and has been for approximately 3 years, did not work with the error message being: ""This server has been remotely disabled. This license has been suspended. Hosting company has not paid their license fee." I contacted NationVoice customer service via their online option [redacted] (as per the note of confirmation on my ticket number). I had still not heard back from them in about a week, so I submitted another claim. After about a week and a half of my original ticket being "unassigned" the status had been updated to "Waiting on Tech." Since then, I have not received any contact from the company. I had received an email the week prior stating my account had been paid and, according to the NationVoice site, my account is paid until July 16, 2014. In addition to that, the website states my server is up and running, when clearly it is not. Today I tried to log in, and it now doesn't even show it contacting the server as it did before (to get the error message). It's acting as though my server doesn't exist. I have attempted to cancel my service, but the site just acts as though the ticket was not received.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the payment made on April 16, 2014 in the amount of $17.52 (the standard 3 month rate that was paid) and my service with NationVoice canceled.

Your last renewal payment was on 4/16/2014 in the amount of 17.52 If you are seeking a refund then we will be able to accommodate you with a refund MINUS the setup and service fees, which on your plan amount to 11.50. Subtracting the days used on your plan, the total refund would be 6.03 total.

We can either refund said amount OR you could accept our offer [redacted], at NO cost to you, PLUS the time used on your previous server would not be counted toward your free time.

Response:

I have reviewed the offer and will accept the refund as no one I know uses [redacted] and I would have no use for it. I do think the lack of communication by NationVoice in the whole matter was atrocious and was hoping to get something in addition for the inconvenience caused by the interruption of service and then having to wait almost 2 full months before getting any sort of response from the company.

In addition, I will not recommend NationVoice to anyone asking for suggestions for [redacted] or [redacted] servers since the customer service provided by NationVoice for long term customers was so incredibly lacking and when it was finally responded to, the compromise that was come up with was less than satisfactory. We paid and entered into a contract for [redacted] service, however, though we kept our end by paying for the server, NationVoice severely failed to provide their part of the contract and had no communication as to why the service was ended.

Review: I've purchased a lifetime server from Nationvoice and it recently went down about two weeks ago. I've been diligently waiting for a response on my ticket submitted and have yet to get a response. I've received no notification that Nationvoice was going down nor did I get the opportunity to get reassigned to another vendor? I've purchased a lifetime server but cannot access it. I have friends who I stay in contact through that route as well.Desired Settlement: I want my ventrilo server back and running! Or at least provide us with a time frame where they plan on running again.

Your Lifetime Membership will be honored, please read and follow the instructions below to reactivate your service.Dear NationVoice Lifetime Members, On April 16, 2014, our Ventrilo license, which was issued in 2005 was revoked by Flagship Industries. Since that time, we have not billed or accepted any further orders from new or existing customers. We have also disabled the ability to purchase any services from our website. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests, we have not responded to any NationVoice Support or Sales inquiries via our ticket or phone systems. However, over the course of the last few weeks, myMumble has received several commendations from Lifetime members that have already signed up with our new Mumble brand and have had their Ventrilo server ported over to a Mumble server. From 2004, NationVoice was the #2 most popular search term for signing up for Ventrilo services, and over the years, Nationvoice has contributed support to the community in many forms, to include Technical Support on the Ventrilo forums, gaming conferences, tournaments, financial sponsoring of major gaming groups, and events at our own expense. We did so to offer not only our customers, but gamers in general, the experience that is associated with Ventrilo. This was not something we saw from our competitors, particularly upon the developmental stages of the Ventrilo brand. Since the summer of 2012, NationVoice has been under the primary operation of a single employee, which, under normal circumstances, did quite well with regards to customer support and service. NationVoice has had a few subcontractors to do some maintenance work to keep the servers online with minimum interruption. However, due to unforeseen acts of nature, deteriorating relationship with Flagship Industries, server compromises, and the removal of several untrustworthy contractors, the business end of NationVoice has been handled personally by the owner. The NationVoice website was also removed repeatedly (May 2010 and April 2011 respectively) from the Ventrilo.com hosting providers page. This repeatedly caused severe loss of business, as that was the primary source of our website traffic, next to industry word-of-mouth. The decision on both occasions to remove Nationvoice as an official provider of Ventrilo services on the Ventrilo.com hosting page were not related in anyway to unpaid license fees. The hosting page removal from April 2011 was due to a non-violation of our License Agreement, with Flagship Industries and all attempts to communicate with Flagship Industries over the last 3 years to restore our listing and reputation which included emails, phone calls, text messages, and confirmed postal mail have gone ignored. Our most recent attempts, as of April of 2014 in attempt to resolve the license fee issues with Flagship was met with the same treatment. As such, NationVoice is no longer sponsoring or endorsing or providing the Ventrilo software. As NationVoice was terminated from any and all agreements and support for the Ventrilo software, NationVoice would like to extend an invitation for continuation of service with our Mumble brand, myMumble. If you are receiving this email, it means you are a Lifetime Member. As such, we would like to extend to you the option of resuming your Lifetime account with myMumble. All you need to do is open a Sales ticket, and provide your email receipt of payment for your Lifetime membership. We will then provide you with a 100% one-time coupon good for a Mumble server with a slot count equivalent to your Lifetime purchase. The Nationvoice Lifetime memberships has always included the option for Ventrilo and Mumble service. In 2012, we did launch our Mumble division, along with the option for customers to switch from Ventrilo to Mumble as needed. At this time, myMumble is only providing Mumble software, which NationVoice has found to be far superior, and dramatically easier to maintain and support. NationVoice would like to thank all of it’s customers for the years of service, and the community support received since it’s inception. If NationVoice has already refunded your Lifetime Membership, either through PayPal, or through the dispute process with your card issuer or bank, then unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with the Lifetime server coupon. You can, however, sign up for a free 5-slot Mumble server, which we provide on our website. No payment information is required for our free 5 User Lifetime Mumble service, but we do ask the you use the original email address you used at NationVoice to sign up with, so we can correlate your signup to your Lifetime Membership account. NationVoice can no longer reply to any support or billing requests via the NationVoice.com website or phone systems. That being said, at this time, we will respond via the myMumble.com Billing system to process any new support or sales inquiries.Regards,[redacted]Owner, NationVoice Communications, LLC

Review: I prepaid for Nationvoice services for a full year starting in October 2013 which was $60 total. In April 2014 they discontinued their services without any prior notification and several attempts at contacting them via website and phone were unsuccessful. According to their policy, a refund is due to the customer for the remainder of services if services are more than 90 days left. That leaves me with approximately 7 months of service that need to be reimbursed. They sent an email to me a few months later explaining what happened but replying to that email in regards to my refund were unsuccessful again. When I initially put in a trouble ticket to their website I even updated my debit card information so they could refund it directly. I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: Ultimately I would like to have my services refunded to the Visa Debit Card on file with them, but I will also settle for a check via USPS mail. I just want my prorated money back.

Dear

NationVoice Lifetime Members,

On April 16, 2014, our [redacted] license, which was issued in

2005 was revoked by [redacted] Industries. Since that time, we

have not billed or accepted any further orders from new or

existing customers. We have also disabled the ability to

purchase any services from our website. Due to the overwhelming

amount of requests, we have not responded to any NationVoice

Support or Sales inquiries via our ticket or phone systems.

However, over the course of the last few weeks, my[redacted] has

received several commendations from Lifetime members that have

already signed up with our new [redacted] brand and have had their

[redacted] server ported over to a [redacted] server.

From 2004, NationVoice was the #2 most popular search term for

signing up for [redacted] services, and over the years,

Nationvoice has contributed support to the community in many

forms, to include Technical Support on the [redacted] forums,

gaming conferences, tournaments, financial sponsoring of major

and service. NationVoice has had a few subcontractors to do

some maintenance work to keep the servers online with minimum

deteriorating relationship with [redacted] Industries, server

personally by the owner. The NationVoice website was also

removed repeatedly (May 2010 and April 2011 respectively) from

the [redacted].com hosting providers page. This repeatedly caused

severe loss of business, as that was the primary source of our

website traffic, next to industry word-of-mouth. The decision on

both occasions to remove Nationvoice as an official provider of

[redacted] services on the [redacted].com hosting page were not

related in anyway to unpaid license fees.

The hosting page removal from April 2011 was due to a

non-violation of our License Agreement, with [redacted] Industries

and all attempts to communicate with [redacted] Industries over

the last 3 years to restore our listing and reputation which

included emails, phone calls, text messages, and confirmed

support for the [redacted] software, NationVoice would like to

do is open a Sales

ticket,

and provide your email receipt of payment for your Lifetime

membership. We will then provide you with a 100% one-time

coupon good for a [redacted] server with a slot count equivalent to

your Lifetime purchase.

The Nationvoice Lifetime memberships has always included the

If NationVoice has already refunded your Lifetime Membership,

either through PayPal, or through the dispute process with your

card issuer or bank, then unfortunately, we will not be able to

provide you with the Lifetime server coupon. You can, however,

sign up for a free 5-slot [redacted] server, which we provide on our

website. No payment information is required for our free 5 User

Lifetime [redacted] service, but we do ask the you use the original

email address you used at NationVoice to sign up with, so we can

correlate your signup to your Lifetime Membership account.
