resolved because:Their response was only partially truthful. They did not send me more product and instructions on how to fix my problem. I, in fact, returned three gallons of unopened product to them as they requested. They did issue a partial refund. This, however, does not take into consideration the time and effort to apply the product, nor does it fix the problem I am now faced with on having it removed. Their product was not as advertised

I spoke with *** *** customer service spokesman with National Coatings on November *, 2014. His offer was to refund payment for the product but would not agree to do anything concerning the removal of the product

[Your Answer Here]The agreement was SUPPOSED to be ref the return of TWELVE gallons STILL DID NOT GET AN EXPLANATION of all items stating that they were "one-part" while the rep stated that I needed to apply a "hardener" on top of the main coat I seriously doubt that this company has any idea what the item numbers mean.Further I can't move the cartons by myself, and I need the company to pick up the items for return They were anxious enough to deliver them but are reticent to pick them up.Product is still unopened Would like somebody who actually KNOWS what this stuff is and can actually describe what all of these "one-part" systems are.Still think this company is a scam

The person with whom I FINALLY spoke to told me to just apply the "hardener" product to the surface AFTER I applied the paint product. Problem is that EACH can says "ONE STEP." Could NOT get any explanation or description of the "hardener" material - and the person didn't even want to bother with the identifying product/part numbers, and the guy at National Coatings seemed annoyed that he even had to actually speak to me. STILL have no idea what the "one-step" process is supposed to be IF I need to apply another coating on top of the FIRST "one-step" coating.Still have no idea what the numbered product(s) are and why they're there IF this stuff IS supposed to be "one step."Dissatisfied, but not surprised, that the National Coatings guy says this issue is resolved. They probably want me to just go away. I NEED ANSWERS to what I thought were simple questions. If I can't get them, my complaint still stands.Have not opened any of the product cans

I received a refund from National Coatings yesterday. Thank you so much for your help in getting this settled, I don't think it would have happened with out you

After speaking with the customer we sent him more product and how to resolve his issue, as well as issuing a partial credit

I never did receive the refund that National Coatings said they would send me…as soon as the complaint was closed they were done with it I tried calling them back to find out where the check was and they brought another person into the mix They said I would have to deal with John M*** now because that is the "person who cuts the checks" So I talked to John M*** and he said he would need to speak with Jim R*** who is the one who said he would refund all my money And of course I haven't heard anything from them on several attempts to contact them
