Review: I purchased some coating for my deck in July or August 2013. It was running for $89/gallon and I got 5 or 6 gallons. We applied it and it turned white/grey and it was supposed to be a clear coat. The man said we did something to prepare it wrong and I explained that we did not and did everything we were instructed to do. The man did not offer any kind of resolution. He said he'd take it to customer service to see what they could do and I have not heard back from him. I sent photos around the end of September and still have not heard from them.Desired Settlement: I want them to tell me how to fix this and if they cannot do that, I would like for them to pay to redo it.

I spoke with [redacted] customer service spokesman with National Coatings on November *, 2014. His offer was to refund payment for the product but would not agree to do anything concerning the removal of the product.

As of to date I have not received refund for the product.

Review: I was contacted by Mr. Stewart C[redacted],GM on 7/**/15 after inquiring, on-line, about floor sealant/paint for my doggie daycare center. Mr. C[redacted] assured me that his product would work for my purposes and went on to further state that they were having an inventory reduction sale and would sell me the product at a reduced rate. I ordered the product at that time and my credit card was charged $750.35. I further researched the product and found complaints about the same concerns of non-adherence to specific surfaces that I had. I called Mr. C[redacted] on 7/**/15 and cancelled the order. He confirmed that the product had not been shipped. The payment had already been processed so I requested a refund. I called Mr. C[redacted] on 7/**, 8/*, 8/**, and 8/**. Each time he stated that he needed to check on the status of the refund and would call me back that day or the next. He has yet to return a call and no refund has been received. I called and got Mr. C[redacted]'s answering machine on 8/**. On 8/**, I called and got Mr. C[redacted]'s answering machine again. This time I left a message with my phone number to call me back immediately with the status of the refund. I also left the same message on the listed business number.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $750.35 that was charged to my credit card.
