After many unsuccessful attempts to reach the customer, we ask that he give us a call at ###-###-#### to help him resolve his issue.

After speaking with the customer, we will be sending product that should resolve the issue they are having.

After purchasing 3 gallons of their paint for my garage floor, I hired a pro to estimate the cost of preparing the floor. When he opened one of the cans, he informed me that the paint was not epoxy as I was led to believe. After checking websites, I have read numerous complaints about the product re: peeling, too long to dry, slippery, etc, I called the company and informed them that the product was not acceptable based on my current epoxy coating. I feel I was ripped off. $300 worth.

Review: On 5/**/13 I purchased power solve from this company in the amount of $309.56. I complained about the price being too high so the credited me $100.00. We never received the product. Have made numerous calls and sent many e-mails to try and get my credit of $209.56. As of todays date still no credit. Always promises of its coming.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for a product I never received.

A refund was given on 8/**/13, the customer stated that she had not received it at that time. Upon further investigation our merchant did not issue the refund. Review: After receiving the product I was not satisfied with it. I called the company and received a RMA . The product was shipped back, product was unopened in its original packaging on March **, 2015 with return receipt request to their shipping department a[redacted] RMA #[redacted]. The box was signed for on March **, 2015. My wife called in April and left 2 messages asking to check on the status of our refund for the retuned product leaving my husbands name since he is the one who made the purchace and my home phone number. Neither phone call was returned. She then called and spoke to [redacted] and gave him the RMA # and he said he would call back and has not. When we try to call now, it just goes to voice mail.Desired Settlement: Refund of original full price including shipping in the amount of $109.95

Review: I have sealed our garage floor according to specific directions and have taken pictures of the entire process. I took extra care to let the floor cure for two weeks before driving on it. The floor has failed... The clear coat has yellowed and car tire marks are yellow and brown. Under a protective mat in third stall is completely yellowed. I have contacted the company and sent pics.. That they verify they received. I was assured by [redacted] that this would be taken care of and several emails have been left unanswered and phone calls not returned. Our home is 3 years old!Desired Settlement: I want the floor fixed! I am so embarrassed that we fell for the confidence that [redacted], the salesperson, assured me that they would stand behind the warranty...as well as [redacted] reassuring me that someone would get back to me and take care of this. We have people going thru our home who are considering building and this has put a bad mark on our home. Please help us. Also, please direct us in next steps...do we contact the attorney general In NY?

They have not called. I have pictures/ times/dates of everything we did to apply this product correctly and according to their instructions. I also tripled checked by calling and getting reassurance that I undersood exactly what I was supposed to do. [redacted], reassured me that I had it right and that the product was good and warranted for 15years. They should stand behind this!

Review: Ordered and received paint product. ALSO received 3 other unidentified- but NUMBERED - products with NO instruction ref how to use them with the paint products. Have sent at least THREE emails and have placed at least THREE phone calls, with a promise that they would call back, BUT NO RETURN CALLS. Guy who answers seems to be gruff and evasive. Will provide NO info ref how to use this product.NONE of the cans has been opened. Have only removed some of them from the shipping containers to examine the labels.Have NO idea how to mix the paint items with the other numbered items, or even IF I should mix any one with any other., Each can says "One Part System," but... why are there 3 other items included with the paint products ?Desired Settlement: Would like to have this product picked up (12 1-gallon paint cans in two separate shipping cartons), return shipping cost paid for by the supplier, and a refund of all charges (over $1100 dollars US - including shipping).

The person with whom I FINALLY spoke to told me to just apply the "hardener" product to the surface AFTER I applied the paint product. Problem is that EACH can says "ONE STEP." Could NOT get any explanation or description of the "hardener" material - and the person didn't even want to bother with the identifying product/part numbers, and the guy at National Coatings seemed annoyed that he even had to actually speak to me. STILL have no idea what the "one-step" process is supposed to be IF I need to apply another coating on top of the FIRST "one-step" coating.Still have no idea what the numbered product(s) are and why they're there IF this stuff IS supposed to be "one step."Dissatisfied, but not surprised, that the National Coatings guy says this issue is resolved. They probably want me to just go away. I NEED ANSWERS to what I thought were simple questions. If I can't get them, my complaint still stands.Have not opened any of the product cans.

STILL DID NOT GET AN EXPLANATION of all items stating that they were "one-part" while the rep stated that I needed to apply a "hardener" on top of the main coat. I seriously doubt that this company has any idea what the item numbers mean.Further I can't move the cartons by myself, and I need the company to pick up the items for return. They were anxious enough to deliver them but are reticent to pick them up.Product is still unopened. Would like somebody who actually KNOWS what this stuff is and can actually describe what all of these "one-part" systems are.Still think this company is a scam.

If the customer is unable to move the box that we agreed he would return, I need his email address to send him a return label and schedule a pick up for him. Review: I have asked this organization to put me on their do not call list, only to be called today by a sales person named [redacted]. When I asked him again to put me on the do not call list, he proceeded to yell at me, telling me that there is no such thing as a do not call list, and I asked them to call me, which I did not, and continued to curse at me. When I hung up on him, he proceeded to call me, from a blocked number 30 times within a 30 minute timespan. The first two times, I picked up again, he proceeded to curse and yell. Got to the point, I did not answer and he kept calling back. Left two voice mails pretending to be someone trying to give me concert tickets if I revealed my "personal" information. I sent them an email, of which you are copied along with a complaint to the State of New York Attorney General's Office, and the United State Federal Communications Commission. I called the company back at a general number to ask for the owner and they hung up on me. Someone needs to close the is down! Sincerely! [redacted]Desired Settlement: Fire the [redacted] and force this company to stop their harassment and abuse of public phone lines.

Review: Business representative phoned and told me buy 3, get one free after I purchased the original two. I purchased 2 gallons 3/**/13 for $244.90. Purchased one gallon 5/*/13 for $122.45. Requested and received one gallon 6/**/13 which should have been free, but was charged $122.45 on my AMEX card. I placed about 4 calls to the salesman starting 6/** requesting that my account be credited. He assured me that he would send the credit through. It was never received and a new billing cycle for AMEX has begun. The prices quoted above include shipping. The last gallon cost $12.50 in shipping which I will pay. The amount I should be credited for is $109.95Desired Settlement: The business needs to stand behind its offer and credit my AMEX card

Review: I bought their garage floor coating product that was suppose to be tough, durable, and non slippery, with a 15 year warranty. it was only been 9 months since I first applied it and almost all of it is completely flaked up and the spots that have not come off are extremely slippery when wet!! I have slipped and fallen multiple times! I was contacted by a 2nd rep to see how things where going and I expressed my concern as the product had been on for about a month and a half when he called and had already started to flake off and he told me to put another coat on, which would be the 3rd coat, this did not help as it flaked off after another couple months!! I have called multiple times without any return calls.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the original $585 for the 6 gallons and shipping and an additional $215.85 for the second shipment of 2 gallons that flaked off just like the original coats! So a total refund of $800.85!

Review: Purchased concrete floor coating for my residential garage. I purchased the product and the rep that I spoke to advised the product has a 15 year warranty. I received the product and applied it per the instructions. I kept my vehicles off of the floor for a full 5 days before parking one of the two vehicles we own on the new surface. After 3 days of my wife's car parking in the garage, the coating started to peel up.

I tried to email and call to voice my concerns. I have not received any satisfaction.

Prior to the product peeling I did speak with the rep and told him I never received the written 15 year warranty paperwork on the product and I was told just to call if there is ever a problem.Desired Settlement: I paid $500 for 5 gallons of product and received 1 gallon free. I also paid $70 for shipping. I want a refund because I can park my vehicles on the flooring because the coating peels off.
