We will issue a full refund to the customer.

As was explained in the previous response, I fully explained what everything was for. If the customer is unable to move the box that we agreed he would return, I need his email address to send him a return label and schedule a pick up for him. Tell us why          After speaking with [redacted], we assured her that we were appalled andoutraged in learning of the behavior of one of our salespersons [redacted] incontinuing to call you after you admittedly expressed that you did not wish totalk to him...

regarding our product. Although we are a company that generallyonly speaks to individuals who have inquired about our product and want to hearfrom us, we greatly appreciate and understand any individuals wish not to becontacted further by us, regardless if they had inquired about our productbeforehand or not. As we respect your privacy and request to be placed on ourdo not call list.     Upon training of new salespeople we emphasize that it is a privilege for us to beallowed to call our prospective customers and the individual has the right todecline to speak with us, If this occurs our reps are instructed to cordiallyrespect the individuals wishes and not call them again and also mark the fileas a do not call and give to their [redacted]. Upon learning of a reps behavior inany way shape or form that fails to comply, we do a thorough review of theincident because although we can not control one individuals thoughts oractions, you can rest assured, we will not compromise our integrity, standardsor the respect or privacy of our customers or potential customers in any wayshape or form. Upon receiving of your email and reviewing the incident we wouldlike to let you know that [redacted] has been terminated and is no longer a part ofour organization. We are thankful that you brought this to our attention, as hehas only been with us a short period of time, and is clearly someone we do notwant representing our company.      As a small business struggling to survive in a tough economy, we humbly asked that sheaccept our apology, as these are actions of a disrespectful, unprofessional,and now terminated, rep that does not reflect our standards in any way shape orform. Again when operating a business while it is difficult to control any oneindividuals action on any given day. We can certainly take immediate actions toensure an incident like this will not happen again. Since the customer did not choose a color at time of purchase, the merchandise was not shipped to the customer, so we will be issuing a full refund.

 I spoke with John M[redacted] at National Coating Inc....

today (3/*/2016) at 11am. I also received the Merchandise today, but did not open the case. I inform Mr. M[redacted] that I will be returning the merchandise. Mr. M[redacted] inform me once they received the merchandise back they will credit my $200 back to my account. I will ship the merchandise today or no later then tomorrow (3/*/2016) He never indicated that they received corresponds from Revdex.com. I want to thank for your wiliness to help.

resolved once I receive the credit of 50% of the material cost back to my credit card as was verbally agreed to over the phone. This credit was said to appear on my card in approximately 15 days. I would like to keep this complaint open until payment is made.

 THE RESPONSE WAS ONLY AFTER FILING WITH Revdex.com-------NO RESPONSE FROM NUMEROUS CALLS BEFORE FILING COMPLAINT.    I HAD TO PLACE TILE ON THE GARAGE FLOOR AS THE COATING DID NOT EVER SET--I DO NOT WANT ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY EXCEPT TO MAKEBE SAVE  SOMEONE ELSE THE DIFFICULTIES [redacted]

We have tried to get in touch with this person, with no success. We do not have a person with this name in our list of customers, if this individual can call us we would gladly have customer service work with him to solve his issue with the product, also to find our the name the product was...

purchased under so we can identify what product was used. Please give us a call at ###-###-####.
