I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me. Although NES says that it was inadvertently calling us constantly over some unknown debt because they mixed up the phone numbers, they only say that will not call on THAT matter again. We do not want them ever to call us again. We have no debt other than our home mortgage and there is no reason whatsoever for NES to call us on ANY matter. We are on the federal DO NOT CALL list and we monitor each and every unwanted call and report it to the appropriate authorities. From what we observe, and have heard from our friends and relatives who also have received numerous unwanted and improper calls from this company, we just don't believe them. It's an harassment machine and their robo call message can only be construed as a scare tactic to frighten unwary people into sending them money.Again, never call us again for any reason on any matter. On June 22, 2015, *** *** called our office and left a voicemail for a call backThat same day, NES returned *** *** call and there was no answerA message was left for *** *** to contact NESSubsequent to our previous response to *** ***' prior complaint registered with your office on August 22, 2015, these are the last phone calls between NES and *** ***. Our records show that *** ***' has been sending $per month to NES since August and NES has reported these payments to ***Please note that NES does not report to the credit bureaus for ***. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
According to my credit report, of which I use the *** *** *** ***, the following note has been placed on the file regarding the account: "An account provider reported that a new or existing account has a derogatory or delinquent payment status on your credit file." I will have to check to see when it updates on 11/26/(according to the tracker) to see whether or not it was not reported as claimed in the statement you made to me. Also, the claim that you have received $is incorrect. I have made payments totaling $on both accounts. If you wish to send me mail with your payment plan options, I will be glad to look at it, but I have been making payments on the account and I do not see why my account is not "in repayment" on my credit score. The payments postdate the negatives that keep showing up on the credit report and the only way this will be settled for me is for my credit report to have you report that the account is in repayment and for the delinquencies to be removed

On April 26, 2015, there were two accounts placed by *** *** *** *** with NES for collectionsNES does not own the accounts but was attempting to collect the total outstanding balance on behalf of *** *** *** accounts had been previously placed with our office in at which time he requested we cease calling a particular phone numberBecause of this, when *** *** called NES on September 9, 2015,NES requested that *** *** send us an email confirming he now wishes to discuss the accounts with us.
