I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me.  Although NES says that it was inadvertently calling us constantly over some unknown debt because they mixed up the phone numbers, they only say that will not call on THAT matter again. We do not want them ever to call us again. We have no debt other than our home mortgage and there is no reason whatsoever for NES to call us on ANY matter. We are on the federal DO NOT CALL list and we monitor each and every unwanted call and report it to the appropriate authorities. From what we observe, and have heard from our friends and relatives who also have received numerous unwanted and improper calls from this company, we just don't believe them. It's an harassment machine and their robo call message can only be construed as a scare tactic to frighten unwary people into sending them money.Again, never call us again for any reason on any matter.  Thank you for your help.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is perhaps the most shady response they have given to date.  The University of Texas is the school I went to.  They were never the creditor of the loan.  They certainly would not be in possession of the loan now.  They do not buy loans.  When I search under Student Loan Finance, several entities with somewhat similar names come up.  None of these match entirely and there are multiple such "almost matches".  It's like if they were asking me to pay a car loan, and I asked which loan company, and they responded "The Car Loan Company".  I just don't undestand why they won't give me the actual name of the company I currently owe money to, along with contact information.  I feel like it is my right to know who I am supposed to be paying back.

NES does not own the account but was attempting to collect the total outstanding balance on behalf of [redacted]. In [redacted] complaint, she states she was getting calls and mail regarding two pay day loans. The account for which we have tried to reach [redacted] is for utilities, not payday loans. So that we may help validate the account information, NES has requested documentation of the account from [redacted] and we will forward the documentation to [redacted] once received. [redacted]'s complaint also states she spoke with us and told us the loans were taken out by her ex-husband and that she has sent us documentation of her divorce decree. Our records show that we have not spoken with [redacted] or received any correspondence from her. If [redacted] would like to send NES correspondence, she may send U. S.
