October 22, 2015 [redacted]Revdex.com 2800 Euclid Ave, 4th Floor Cleveland, OH 44115-2408 Re: Complaint ID# [redacted] [redacted]: We are in receipt of your correspondence concerning the complaint made by [redacted] against National Enterprise Systems...

("NES"). We have conducted an investigation with respect to this matter and we appreciate the opportunity to respond and provide you with our position. On July 21, 2015 there was an account placed with NES for collections. NES does not own the account but was attempting to service the account on behalf of our client. October 20, 2015, NES spoke with [redacted]. It is NES' policy not to discuss details of accounts we manage until we verify that we are speaking with the correct party so as to avoid unlawful third party disclosure. Unfortunately, [redacted] would not verify her date of birth, her address or her last four digits of her social security number so we could speak to her about the account. We would like to note that we did not request [redacted] to provide her full social security number, rather just the last 4 digits. On this call, [redacted] requested to have her phone number removed from our caller list. There were no further calls made after that request and we have taken appropriate steps to ensure she is not called by NES with regard to this account in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience that [redacted] may have experienced. We hope this brings this matter to a conclusion but please contact me if any additional information is needed. Sincerely,Eric T[redacted],NES

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I would like National Enterprise Systems contact [redacted] to place my account in good standing so that my credit report reflects the good faith payments.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
There was no attempt to make arrangements other than offer me a settlement on the debt.  When I ask the representative what the minimum payments were, I was told they would not do me any good due to the interest on the account.  I will contact the compliance department of NES in an attempt to make some arrangements on this account.

investigation with respect to this matter and we appreciate the opportunity to respond and provide you with our position. On August 20, 2017, there were two accounts placed by [redacted] Solutions, Inc. ([redacted]), with NES for collections. NES does not own the accounts but was attempting to collect the total outstanding balance on behalf of [redacted]. NES spoke with [redacted] on August 29, 2017. At that time, [redacted] was offered the phone number to reach [redacted]. Our representative also explained that, since the account is placed with NES, [redacted] may forward the call back to NES. The phone number [redacted] may use to contact [redacted] is [redacted]. During the above referenced phone call on August 29, 2017, NES discussed settlement options with [redacted]. Our representative expressed that he would contact [redacted] to see if he was able to gain authorization to accept an amount lower than that which was offered at the time. [redacted] stated she would call NES the following day. On August 30, 2017 [redacted] called NES and was advised that we received authorization for a reduced settlement amount. Mrs. Williams stated she would need to make the payment the following day and would call back on August 31, 2017. We have not received a call back, although it should be noted that on September 5, 2017 we did receive a correspondence from [redacted] requesting verification of the debt. Documentation provided to NES from [redacted] was sent to [redacted] on September 8, 2017. We are sorry for the inconvenience that [redacted] may have experienced and hope this brings this matter to a conclusion. [redacted] may contact our compliance department at [redacted], if she would like to discuss the accounts. Sincerely,Eric T[redacted]Manager, Regulatory Compliance [redacted] [redacted]

have conducted an investigation with respect to this matter and we appreciate the opportunity to respond and provide you with our position. On March 11, 2010, there were two accounts placed by [redacted], Inc. (T51), with NES for collections. NES does not own the accounts but was attempting to collect the total outstanding balance on behalf of [redacted]. NES started receiving payments from Ms. [redacted] on May 21, 2010. We continued to receive monthly payments via the U.S. postal service through November 2010. On December 1, 2010, NES had a phone conversation with Ms. [redacted] and she agreed to have NES draft monthly payments, from her checking account. After these payments ended, NES placed calls to Ms. [redacted] between December 3, 2015 and January 4, 2016, in attempt to see is she would like to continue making payments. NES was unable to reach Ms. [redacted]. The accounts were recalled from our office by [redacted] on January 27, 2016. We are sorry for the inconvenience Ms. [redacted] may have experienced. Ms. [redacted] may contact [redacted] at [redacted] to discuss the accounts. We hope this brings this matter to a conclusion but please contact me if any additional information is needed. Sincerely Eric T[redacted],  Manager, Regulatory Compliance NES
