Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Again You sent out pre-approved notices and that was the reason for the communication you miss lead me and the general public and for that reason you have violated my credit and were not justified in your actionsI see this as going nowhere because your company onloy cares about their self and not the customer which I would now never except a loan from your company do to this heinous behavior Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not completely resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. While I am glad that the business has agreed to remove my name and that of my business from its records, I have already received a second mailing from the same company with the same misleading content, same extremely large “pre-approved credit line” and a longer answdate This has absolutely ZERO to do with [redacted] - this has to do with financial solicitation which, if not specifically illegal, is certainly skirting the lawRevdex.com needs to step up and investigate this business, or turn its investigation over to the proper authorities, and take the Revdex.com logo off this company’s solicitations Regards, [redacted] ***

Good Morning, I have received the response from the customerThe attached invoice does not make this a rent to own agreementThis bill is the customers first bill for interim rentThe last few sentences of section one of the agreement explains that there is an interim period equal to 1/30th of the monthly payment multiplied by the number of days lapsing between the date on which the payment is made to the supplier and the agreed upon first payment date Our funds were released on 4/28/and the agreement was commenced 5/15/which means the customer owes a prorated amount for that time period Please let me know if you have any additional questions Thank you National Funding, Inc

Roman #464646">We are writing in response to the consumer's complaint of [redacted] Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention Mr [redacted] received a membership card in the mail, not a credit card The mailing of unsolicited credit and debit cards is an illegal practice National Funding has never sent such an offer While there are design similarities, the differences between what we mail and a credit card are significant: The National Funding marketing piece contains no association logo (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and there is neither a magnetic strip nor a signature strip on the back of this card Furthermore, the card specifically states that it is a ‘membership card, not a credit card.’ The package is designed to gain interest in our financing services, and is a commonly used format in the financial services industry Neil’s business was prequalified for our membership card based on the business information provided to us by Dun and Bradstreet To activate the account, additional information would have been required from [redacted] LLC We also check additional business sources, such as the Secretary of State We apologize for any concerns that our marketing piece may have caused Mr [redacted] and we appreciate the opportunity to address themWe will ensure [redacted] is removed from our system Thank you National Funding, Inc

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I have already spoken to agents from the servicing company which is called [redacted] They informed me that National Funding is the only one who CAN make changes to the agreement and change the payoff amountSo your answer is another lie] Regards, [redacted]

As with any attempt to obtain credit from a company there will be several factors taken into account and not everyone can be approvedWe notified [redacted] as soon as we were aware he would not qualify for a lease and gave him additional options to try to qualify himWe feel we made every effort to help [redacted] but in the end were unable to Thank you National Funding

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The company is engaged in an annoying and misleading blitz mailing campaignMonth after month you receive complaints from consumers about something that looks like a credit card (Company response "it's a "Membership" card") For an approved loan (Company response, "not approved, but pre-approved" whatever the hell that is supposed to mean) in some ridiculous loan, which bears no relation to the capital requirements of my businessAnd contrary to their assertions, this is NOT a marketing practice for a financial services companyTheir peers advertise in the small business journals, and build their business through honest, competitive service and word of mouthThis crowd of shysters did a blitz e-mail campaign using the entirety of the Florida Department of State database of small businessThey know nothing about meThey don't know what my business actually does, and they sure as hell do not know whether I need a business loan, and if so, in what amountAn appropriate response would therefore be "We will stop this annoying and deceptive practice forthwith, and conform to the business standards of our peer companies"Their suggestion that they will simply remove me from the mailing list after I complained is just a further insultAs for their assertion that it may take to days to stop the mailings, I assume that is a joke? I mean, you know what a database is, don't you? You go in, find the entry, hit the delete button, and if you print a mailing list three seconds after hitting the delete command, that entry will not appearUnless of course they are suggesting that, notwithstanding the June reply date to their initial begging letter, that they have mounds of follow ups ready to go out? Seems a funny way to run a businessIn any event, in this regard, I have a counter-offerIf I receive anything further from them by mail (other than a complete and abject apology) I will take this complaint to the California Department of Business Oversight, and to the Florida State Attorney General (because I have a pretty shrewd idea that they are not licensed to offer financial services in Florida, and even if they have an associated company there who originate the loan, then from a legal standpoint they should have sent the mailing) To you in the Revdex.com, if you receive the same complaints month after month, and the same anodyne response from the company, why do you not punish it with lower ratings? Regards, [redacted]

Good Morning,Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to change the agreementIf the customer would like to payoff the agreement I can reach out to the servicing company and find out what the current payoff is and see if there is anything I can do on the total payoff amountIf this is how the customer would like to proceed please have him email [redacted] Thank youNational Funding

I am very pleased with national funding, with your help I could increase my business [redacted] is very communicative and friendly and has been a very quick and easy process

My wife, co- owner of our business received a mailing from National Funding with what looked like a credit card, with a statement pre-qualifying us for up to $150kI immediately checked the Revdex.com website and confirmed that I am not alone in my concern over what I consider to be misleading and deceptive business practices I have no interest in their services, and request that any data gathered by this company be expunged from their database, and not be sold or offered to another company or institution in any form or formatI request that this assurance be provided in writing and by 1st class mail, not email

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below National Funding claims that the contract states that [redacted] *** owed them $389, However the contract very clearly states the Total Repayment Amount is $386,and they admit to taking $389, If the origination fee was additional, it should state that somewhere in the contract National Funding has not been able to provide anywhere in the contract that states that the origination fee is not part of the of Total Repayment Amount Safe Haven will not be satisfied with any answer other than a refund of the $3,overpayment which National Funding withdrew from our account Regards, [redacted]
