The previous owner of my home had a business - possibly a sham business as I'm finding out to maybe evade taxes I received a mailing from National Funding with what looks like a credit card account qualifying my name connected with this sham business for up to $150k credit I consider this to be deceptive business practices since this is NOT MY BUSINESS and my name should not be connected to it I will also request that any data gathered by them - which is horrendously inaccurate - be removed from their database Anyone interested in looking into a class action lawsuit? This is slimy business skimming at it's worst
