Good Afternoon,We are in receipt of the complaint filedI have gone through the file and had a conversation with the rep involvedPart of the funding requirement to payback a merchant cash advance is to have your processing setup prior to the funding of the loanThe draw that comes from the processing is how the funds are paid backUnfortunately when the final call was made and we discovered the customer was behind on their rent there was nothing we could do to fund the transactionWe have reached out to VPS to see if there is anything we can do to help facilitate the unwind of the processing but as of now the process has already been complete the customer is just waiting on their funds backWe will continue to follow up to make sure the customer receives their funds backThank youNational Funding
