Ms [redacted] currently has an open case investigation at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities that is the state agency that regulates National Grid As such, Ms [redacted] needs to follow up with the Consumer Complaint Officer assigned to her high bill complaint When there is a open investigation at the MDPU Consumer Division, a consumer needs to deal directly with the Complaint Officer as they have contacted the state agency to intervene on their behalf with their utility company Thank you

Mr [redacted] ,There was no earlier request to stop the gas in your name until today.It is the account holders responsibility to call and request a final reading to end the account However I went and cancelled back to the 7/reading and prorated a bill til July which is the when you say you moved out of the old address A new final bill will go to the new address in [redacted] You have a credit after the rebilling of I will have a refund check sent out to the [redacted] address as well .IF you have any questions or need additional information, please call Customer Service at [redacted] available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or, for your convenience, visit us at [redacted] Sincerely,National Grid

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below In the first place I was told by National Grid (recorded conversation) that if I had paid something (I paid $but as explained before it went to the electric not the gas) my gas would not have been shut off but, because I did not pay anything towards my gas (again, I paid a 2nd payment on electric by accident instead of my gas bill) and they did not accept their own transfer as a payment, (transferred my $extra payment from my electric to my gas bill) so they shut off my gas.The only acceptable outcome is to refund me the $I paid so I can repay the loan I took out to pay National GridAfter that is refunded I will enter into payment arrangements with National Grid to pay them back sense they keep saying they can and will do that Regards, [redacted]

The doctorss letter was received yesterday and account is protected until 3/13/ You can call the billing office and set up an agreement on the overdue bill as well The attachment that you sent is just an notice telling you can view your new bill If you go into the bill there is a shut off notice on the bottom in the comments section Below is the notice on the last bills ----- BILLING ADVICE NOTICE ------ Despite our prior notices we have not received full payment of your past due balance Therefore, your account remains scheduled for shutoff unless the bill is paid in full immediately -----BILLING SHUTOFF NOTICE----- IMPORTANT NOTICE...Your past due balance is now days old and your gas service is subject to termination Your account will be scheduled for a field collection call for full payment or to shut off your gas service

This customers issue is being resolved In some cases a tenant will call to establish service and give us the wrong address or meter number When this happens a customers account could be finaled in error This is what happened in this case When we became aware of the error we placed the service back into the customers name He should be all set going forward

Dear Mr [redacted] I see by my review of your account that you did in fact speak to one of our call center supervisors on 7/ I see by the notes on the account the supervisor explained the budget plan to you and set you on another paymnent plan for your balance Based on the notes and agreement this seems to have resolved your issue However due to the confusion over this problem and the orginal plan not being explained fully to you I will issue a goddwill credit of $to your account

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below National Grid should provide information to the customer when they decide not to show up for appointments that are scheduled in advanceAfter I placed calls to customer service, I was reassured twice on the afternoon of July 5th by National Grid that the technician would show up rather than being told that the appointment would need to be rescheduledAs stated in the file for this service call I wanted to be present when the technician visited for multiple reasons (reps can't locate or read meter and they estimate reading incorrectly, dog in fenced yard, I need help interpreting meter) There is a long standing problem with this meter, and I was told by National Grid that it should have been replaced once already; however, I don't know if that ever occurredI have documented readings that include digital pictures that never match the bill that I receiveI had hoped that finally National Grid would assist in solving this problem rather than creating obstacles, which it did once again last week by keeping me on alert for the entire day and then not showing up for the scheduled appointment - A customer service policy change is needed Regards, [redacted]

The billing practices of this organization are still atrocious I have to call up every month now to give them my credit card number
