Hello, this customer had estimates 9/21/- 10/16/and 10/16/- 11/16/15. We exchanged the customers meter on 11/17/and took an actual reading off of the meter. Based on what was actually used and what was estimated the customer was underbilled by Kwh. Her next meter
reading was from 11/17/- 12/18/and was for Kwh. This added up to a total of Kwh and a bill of $293.96. We would be more then happy to offer a down payment agreement to the customer if she would like one

I see by the notes on your account that a mix up of meters has been found at your location. apparently the meter servicing your unit actually serves a differnt unit in the building and the other units meter serves you. everything has been noted on the account
and the issue has been escalted to our Account processing unit. they will make the required corrections to both your account and the account for the other unit. there is a back log of work so as you were advised it could take up to days for the adjustments to be completed- you will not lose out on the adjustment when you move out in a few weeks. that will have no bearing on the acccunt corrections

Our records shows that no one called Nationalgrid to open an account and the gas services were turned off. Once the gas was turned off it shows that you called Nationalgrid to open an account. Your gas account was opened from the date of responsibility shown on your

It was unacceptable for National Grid to allow me and my two disabled children to go days without powerI kept calling National Grid to restore my power and they kept giving me excusesOnly after I contacted the Attorney General and the Department of Public Utilities did National Grid respond to my power outageDo you think this is acceptable for anyone? I will have our collections department contact the agency to let them know the account ha sbeen paid. I will also mail you out a letter from us indicating the accoutn has been paid in full that you can show to your mortgage company

Dear Mr ***,National grid is not in violation of the fair debt regualtions in regards to this account. All mail and calls were properly sent to the phone number and mailing addrress listed on the account at the time it was open. Again you opened the account in sept and had service thru december along with your secondary *** ***. Based on the notes on the account you and *** both called in regarding this account and the balance several times and so therefore were aware the account was in your name and th balcnes involved again the account was for service at *** *** ** in ESSEX MA. if you are trying to claim that you never resided at that address, that you do not know a *** brown and that this account was opened without your knowledge and that you are a victim of ID theft you must contact your local police department and report this as a crime. Without a policde report indicticating you are a victom of ID theft and proof of you residence during the time this accoutn was open national grid will not remove the account from your credit. we are more than happy to provide copies of the fional bill for the account to "prove the balance is legitimate". I will mail thaat informaiton to you at the address you have provided on this complaint

Gas is meter was changed on 12/26. After reviewing the records I see there was a leak at the meter that was found on 1/21. I put thru a credit for the gas used from 12/to the reading on 1/21. Goodwill applied to account of Called the customer and explained the
credit and rebilling. She took down my direct line so that if she had any questions when she got the rebilling she would call me direct

Originally I agree to resolve as case closed thinking National Grid would just be on site to fulfill the workHowever it is not the case here even though I as customer had met all the requirements eg; pay the service fee in full.One month later job still in a non active status. As a small building owner I am placed in a tremendously financial hardship keeping up with property taxes, utility expenses and so onNational Grid seems to care very little about customerPlease help

[I was not told that the only way to stop the billing was to lock off the meterWhich I can not do because I rent a apartment in said buildingI request the recorded conversations about what I was told and what was saidI one point I was threaten with turn of of the gas which I found ironic cause that what I requested a year and a half prior I was told that the pipe may freeze but that was the last Conversation after the threat..]

The gas was shut off on 8/ Customer called and paid in full on 8/and we issued an order to turn back on We went out on pm no one there and tech wrote voicemail full We sent someone back on 8/and gas got put back on that day
