*** *** provided everything I could ask for as far as support and guidance in providing information and a direction for consolidating my student loans, loan consolidation and forgiveness As a single parent of three teenagers and trying to keep our head above water, then faced with student loans dragging me down financially, he provided a life preserver so my children can see first hand that education is possible and there are good people out there to assist you if you just keep looking

I did not agreed for them to continue working on my file I told them I would no longer use their company and I would like to speak with someone in the cancellation department and to refund my all paymentsNo one that I stated in the first complaint as contacted meAlso I never agreed that it was a misunderstanding on My side, the letter they stated that was forwarded to me was not a Summary Sheet from the Department of Education (because I have spoken with them) the summary is attached below with National Student Loan Solutions with their letterhead.
After speaking with the Department of Education and my new loan provider we reviewed all documents and the paper work they had provided on my behalf where documents I had to correct several incorrect information and provide them with the correct mailing address.
My banks is stoping all payment from being drafted out of my account No I will not contract the Processing Department for any further assistanceThey are no help, if they Do Not refund my full refund within a week I will take the next step! I will post this information on all social media network

one of our agents contacted *** to let her know that her finalization documentation has already been received and it all will be finalized.National Student Loan Solutions has dropped ***'s payment from $to less than $a month based on income and family size information.NSLS has issued a 50% refund of all payments made to date, even though everything has been already processed and the quoted payment was already achieved.NSLS feels that we went beyond the call of duty on resolving the satisfactory outcome for Ms***, since the service was completely processed for 50% of the original fee.Please feel free to contact us if there are any additional questions***

I was responsive in a timely manner and this is my complaint, that the information was given, and did not have any action taken on its behalf The second email referring to Sergie's stated lack of response by me regarding loss of employmentThis email was never responded to by ***ary despite attempts by me to verify that it was receivedI have attached screen shots of the email correspondencesI did speak with both *** and ***- and both times I felt bullied into simply agreeing once again to contuse their services despite my discomfort I returned the call to *** on June 28th at pmwith no response

*** *** in Client Relations- Processing Department this last time and she very reassuring that all was well and everything was on track

We have canceled the client's account per her requestWe regret that the client feels that her experience with us was not satisfactoryAfter looking into her account, we performed our obligation under the contract and we are in no way scamming this client or any other, and are canceling her
account in good faith although we have completed all work appropriately.

Our office has communicated with Mr*** on 12/21/We thank him for the opportunity to address his concerns and have provided him a resolution.

great forgiveness programsWe just got do going through all these major life changes and we fell behind in all our bills, we had credit people calling us, and telling us we need to pay this this and this, and we thought there was no end in site till we looked uo a loan forgiveness company to help keep us out of default and could help us get back on track and get us in a better program These people are great and friendly, they are there to help youI now can see a light at the end of the tunnel

has proof that all loans were originally included into the consolidation application, but unfortunately were never verified by AES (Ms***'s student loan servicing company). As of today, we have received the confirmation from the Department of Education that Ms***'s AES loan is being paid off in full and the confirmation of that was emailed to Ms*** on 10/19/via email.We request to please place this complaint as resolved since we have actual hard documentation that AES loan is being paid off.Thank you greatly.NSLS Team
