Dear Ms. [redacted] and Revdex.com,Based on the work done on Ms. [redacted]' file and 2 years worth of maintaining the account, we believe that we doesn't deserve a refund based on the agreement signed with us. NSLS has reduced Ms. [redacted]' payments by over $150 a month for over 2 years,...

which we have backup documentation to prove.In all faith, we still would like to do the right thing as a reputable business and have decided to issue 50% Refund. A check has been placed in the mail for Ms. [redacted] already. Please feel free to contact us if there are any further questions regarding this complaint.

What makes a difference in the company you choose is how responsive they are to your inquiries and their customer service. I shopped around looking for a combination of the description above and low rates. National Student Loan Solutions offered both and I am a completely satisfied customer. Thank you Isabelle

Each conversation that is had in our office with a client is recorded for quality assurance purposes. We are working on attaching these conversations to our response to the client in order to show that absolutely no bullying was done to the client. None of our employees represent the company in such a manner. We thoroughly explained each step of the process to the client and went above and beyond in trying to accommodate her needs.

Dear Ms. [redacted] and Revdex.com,In response to complaint made by Ms. [redacted], we'd like to mention that we have been in business for over 4.5 years and have not had issues with our accounting system. As the outcome of the services received by Ms. [redacted], the monthly payment on Ms....

[redacted]'s federal student loans were reduced from $200 to $0.00, which would constitute a dramatic difference. We'd like to mention that monthly maintenance fee payments that were being withdrawn from Ms. [redacted]'s account are due on a monthly basis on certain date per mutual agreement that was signed and dated. Looking back through the account, we have not noticed any inconsistencies with withdrawals.NSLS is an equal opportunity employer and we believe that hiring personnel with an accent would not take away from productivity or well being of the company. [redacted] is our Accounting Manager and was instructed to make such decisions on behalf of the company.The Director of Operations tried contacting Ms. [redacted] via phone and email to resolve any issues with her account, but has not received any response. Here are the emails that NSLS stated they did not receive regarding end of full time enrollment status, and loss of employment.  I was responsive in a timely manner and this is my complaint, that the information was given, and did not have any action taken on its behalf.   The second email referring to Sergie's stated lack of response by me regarding loss of employment. This email was never responded to by [redacted]ary despite attempts by me to verify that it was received. I have attached screen shots of the email correspondences. I did speak with both [redacted] and [redacted]- and both times I felt bullied into simply agreeing once again to cont. use their services despite my discomfort.   I returned the call to [redacted] on June 28th at 136 pm. with no response.

We guarantee money back in the event we cannot get you in some sort of program by preparing the paperwork on your behalf. We did the documentation the client hired us to do and by doing so, client obtained a $0.00 payment from a $710.00 monthly payment she was paying on before signing up with our company. When client enrolled, one of the questions we go over in our compliance call is do you work for a nonprofit or government organization, client stated yes. We cannot be liable for client not knowing if her employer is in the public sector. We have made several attempts to contact [redacted] with no response, I have placed a request for cancelation per clients request, and a confirmation of cancellation Email has been sent to client.[redacted]Client Relations- Processing Department

They provided me with 50% of the fees they charged me. And the statement that they reduced my payments was due to them spreading the remaining balance across 10 years instead of the 5 I already had setup.

Dear Revdex.com and Ms. [redacted],Until today we have been in constant communication with Ms. [redacted]. Our Processing Manager has personally handled the file. It is very unfortunate that because of the student loan servicing agency mistake, our company is the one to receive bad press. NSLS...

has proof that all loans were originally included into the consolidation application, but unfortunately were never verified by AES (Ms. [redacted]'s student loan servicing company). As of today, we have received the confirmation from the Department of Education that Ms. [redacted]'s AES loan is being paid off in full and the confirmation of that was emailed to Ms. [redacted] on 10/19/15 via email.We request to please place this complaint as resolved since we have actual hard documentation that AES loan is being paid off.Thank you greatly.NSLS Team

So far so good. The process is fairly easy and one thing that stood out from the rest is their website clearly states the fees, unlike most companies who try to hide it. The representatives I dealt with were also very nice and helpful.They understood my situation and actually worked with me, like we were all on the same team.

Mr. [redacted] has last spoken with our Processing Manager regarding his account. He received the necessary information for logging into his student loan account and per his words he wanted to proceed working with NSLS after he graduates...

college. We would be happy to provide any reasonable settlement to make sure Mr. [redacted] is a satisfied client. The refund was never brought up in the conversation we last had with Mr. [redacted]. We strongly encourage Mr. [redacted] to contact the Processing Department directly and all necessary actions to resolve the account to satisfactory standing will be taken right away. Thank you and we'll be waiting to receive a call from Mr. [redacted].

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After several days of calling National Student Loan Services, I received a call from the Loan Processing Manager, [redacted] (or [redacted], depending on who you ask) on 9/25/15.  Since they claimed on their response that I do not work for a nonprofit organization I offered to again give him the EIN number to confirm that I in fact do work for a nonprofit business.  He declined needing the information.  He continually wanted to discuss my student loan, which I declined to discuss with him since they were unable to assist me per the contract/ agreement.  He requested that I forward emails previously sent to me stating that I would receive the remaining refund 'shortly'- which I did send to him immediately.  He stated he would follow up with me on Monday- which he did not.   He has not returned any of my calls or emails since then. I would have been satisfied to accept the offer of the remaining refund due, just to have closure in this ordeal.  Unfortunately I can not get the company to uphold that agreement.  Their response to this complaint was clearly false and just an attempt to avoid the need to refund the money.  Regards, [redacted]

They falsely advertise on there website http://www.my-nsls.com about 100% money back.After weeks and weeks of calling and having my calls ignore by [redacted] and the original person I spoke with [redacted] they did nothing. They gave me false information and reassured me if I was unhappy with the service I could cancel and receive a refund. At first they told me they would take care of it, then they told me these people don't work for them any longer, then they told me they would deal with it the next day. After 3 weeks of calling them every day I still have not gotten 100% of my refund. They sent me half, I decided not to use there service but they kept my money anyway. Honestly, now I am afraid they will use my information for fraud.

National student loans got me help with my sons debt Ive been paying off for years. I didn't realize how much I was paying in interest until we looked at my account together. So glad I got into a new program and I can afford the payments. Thank you Jimmy!!

  My bank went through an reversed ACH and retained funds. The check arrived on 1/02 at my home.  I will shred the check.  Please continue to do what you can to question this company.  They need to be stopped.   Regards,
