We have been attempting to reach Ms*** in regards to her account without any successWe take her concerns extremely seriously however there are some things that Ms*** is incorrect onWe have gotten the client approved for the appropriate program with a $a month payment with her

I was responsive in a timely manner and this is my complaint, that the information was given, and did not have any action taken on its behalf The second email referring to Sergie's stated lack of response by me regarding loss of employmentThis email was never responded to by ***ary despite attempts by me to verify that it was receivedI have attached screen shots of the email correspondencesI did speak with both *** and ***- and both times I felt bullied into simply agreeing once again to contuse their services despite my discomfort I returned the call to *** on June 28th at pmwith no response

National Student loan solutions promised me a 100% money back guarantee and now will not follow through with their promiseI am going to do everything in my power to make them do as they promised but im out plus a monthAfter they cancelled my contract with them they continued to take money out of my account

I was referred to national student loan solutions by a co worker who told me about a program that helps nurses get forgiveness on student loan debtSo I called and spoke with A***a, who answered all my questions and found me a program that's income based called Re vised pay as you earn and she also told me I qualify for public service loan forgivenessMy monthly payments got cut by half and my term is only years!! Such a relief to know I wont be close to retirement and still paying on my student loans

The reason Ms*** was refunded only 50% of the fees charged is because per the contract that was signed with NSLS, the consumer agreed to not hold NSLS responsible in case the Employer does not turn out to be a non-profit
organization as was stated at the time of contract signatureWe would be happy to finalize Ms*** file to satisfactoryWe encourage Ms*** to contact our Processing Department to make sure the action is taken to get the refund outThank you and best regardsNational Student Loan Solutions Team

Mr*** is correct, we have placed his account into one of the repayment programs that allowed him to apply for a lower paymentIt was specifically explained in detail by Mr***'s account manager and reiterated by the Compliance officer later.Regardless of NSLS processing everything that we were signed up for, we have mailed the second part of refund to Mr***Please let us know if there are any other questions regarding this complaint

I did not agreed for them to continue working on my file I told them I would no longer use their company and I would like to speak with someone in the cancellation department and to refund my all paymentsNo one that I stated in the first complaint as contacted me.Also I never agreed that it was a misunderstanding on My side, the letter they stated that was forwarded to me was not a Summary Sheet from the Department of Education (because I have spoken with them) the summary is attached below with National Student Loan Solutions with their letterhead. After speaking with the Department of Education and my new loan provider we reviewed all documents and the paper work they had provided on my behalf where documents I had to correct several incorrect information and provide them with the correct mailing address. My banks is stoping all payment from being drafted out of my account No I will not contract the Processing Department for any further assistanceThey are no help, if they Do Not refund my full refund within a week I will take the next step! I will post this information on all social media network

Income based programs that could qualify her for the Federal Student loan Forgiveness programWe advised the client on how the programs work and how we could get her into an income driven program with a lower payment.When placed in these programs your given a loan term and you are required to make your monthly payment for the full term length and at the end of the term, whatever the remaining balance is on the loan is what is forgiven. We advise our client that if they get approved for a Forbearance they will not have to make payments during that timeWe do this to cover the higher payment that is due with the client and their servicer, just until the paper work is done being processed. On 04/15/we submitted ***’s consolidation application to the servicer based off the pay stubs the client provided to usOn 05/03/we received the client’s day letter from her servicer, which states what loans were included in the consolidation and she had business days to contact us to correct any mistakes, add missing loans or cancel the applicationThat was Emailed and Mailed to client. Client called in on 05/04/requesting to cancel her services with usShe spoke with our processing manager and it was explained to the client that because of the contract that was signed with our company, and because the services that we promised have been provided, she would still be responsible for her processing feeAfter discussing her options she decided to stay with the company.Client stated that she was heading out the door and would contact us at a later timeWe received her consolidation approval on 05/19/We did get her approved for a $payment for the next months and we advised the client via Email and Mail. We have attempted to contact her via phone with no responseIf she wishes to part ways with our company it’s important that she understands that because the services have been given in full effect, she is responsible for her processing fee ($for more months) Once her processing fee is paid off we will cancel her out and no further deductions will be made from her account. We would love to keep *** as a client and we are in hopes that she will contact us soon. [NSLS is not truly "working with me" to resolve this issue I have requested cancellation multiple times, both in writing and in telephone conversations My last conversation concluded when, out of sheer exhaustion, I agreed to review a new contract with the understanding that I would be able to contact FedLoan to discuss the situation and receive some assurance of the contract's legitimacy I have been unable to obtain that assurance NSLS did not wait for me to make the required contacts, and resubmitted documentation for a program I did not agree to, in my name, without my approval I have been unable to speak to anyone at FedLoan about the situation (although I have tried and been transferred to several departments who recommend I speak to yet another department), so I am again asking NSLS to terminate the contract and refund all fees accroding to their contract stipulations.]

service to all our clients and make sure we resolve any issue that may arise along the wayBased on our records, NSLS has already finalized the most important process that Mr*** has hired our company to do and have reduced his federal student loan monthly payment significantlyWe were in the process of finalizing the application for student loan forgiveness, when Mr*** has decided that he could do all this on his own, which was not the case ever since he took the loan out originallyIn fairness to our company, we have provided the knowledge base and complete explanation on the available programs that fit Mr***’s situation and have completed the documents for of the discussed programsThe statement about 0% interest rate was a simple misunderstandingThe statement was that all principal including any accrued interest would be completely forgiven as long as all discussed eligibility factors are met.
