National Student Loan Solutions Inc Reviews (195)

Review: I had signed on with National Student Loan Solutions because I work in government and saw where they can get loan forgiveness. I am still in school so I started the process because with work, school, and family takes a lot of my time. Since signing on I have gone back to check my status with FAFSA to find nothing has been done since February. Along with this, I have had to correct a issue I had with the fall semester in my FAFSA to find they set a password and username which I cannot access. This has caused me to delay school for two months so far and has pushed back my graduation time next year causing me to loose out on a raise in my employment.Desired Settlement: My resolution to the situation would be a refund of the monies paid and all information the company has received to be shredded.

Response:

Dear Mr. [redacted] and Revdex.com,

Review: I paid National Student Loan Solutions to work with my student loans to find me a smaller payment plan. This is something I know I can do myself, but I chose to pay someone else to save myself time (which I am having to make up for with this process). Last week, I received a notice that my payment was late. Last I was aware, I was still in deferment and did not have to pay. NSLS did not change my address back to me, so I never receive my bills. In addition, my bills were more than I was led to believe. After hunting down contact information because my contact was no longer employed there. and expressing my disgust at paying a company $500 to cause me to be late on a bill, I was informed I would receive a refund. I have now been informed that is not the case. This is unacceptable. Their "service" is worthless and expensive and they literally lied to me about a refund. When I mentioned contacting the Revdex.com, they directed me to [redacted] in an attempt to discredit your service.Desired Settlement: I would love a refund. $500 is a lot of money to pay for a service I didn't receive. However, this company has to be held accountable. I was delinquent on a bill because of their lack of organization. This company should not be allowed to work with finances. In addition, others need to be aware of this company's skill level so that they do not repeat my mistake.

Response:

DEAR Revdex.com AND MS. [redacted],NATIONAL STUDENT LOANS SOLUTIONS WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS OUR SINCERE APOLOGIES FOR THE MISCOMMUNICATION THAT SEEMS TO HAVE HAPPENED BETWEEN US. BASED ON THE INFORMATION THAT WE HAVE ON MS. [redacted] IN OUR FILE, THE PAYMENT THAT WAS QUOTED TO CLIENT HAS BEEN ACHIEVED. NATIONAL STUDENT LOAN SOLUTIONS (NSLS) HAS PROCESSED THE FILE CORRECTLY WITHIN THE APPROXIMATE TIMEFRAME THAT WAS GIVEN AT THE TIME OF SIGNATURE. PRIOR TO COMING ON BOARD WITH NSLS MS. [redacted] STATED THAT HER PAYMENT WAS $250.00 FOR A 20 YEAR REPAYMENT PERIOD. NSLS QUOTED THE PAYMENT OF $72.95 (INCLUDING ALL FEES) FOR A 10 YEAR PERIOD WITH CERTAIN QUALIFICATIONS TO MEET. THAT WOULD BE THE SAVINGS OF OVER $51,000 OVER THE TERM OF THE REPAYEMENT AS LONG AS ALL NECESSARY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (THAT HAVE BEEN ALL DISCLOSED TO THE CLIENT BASED ON D.O.E. PROGRAMS) ARE MET THROUGHOUT THE REPAYMENT PERIOD. NSLS HAS RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION OF THE NEW REPAYMENT FROM THE NEW SERVICING AGENCY THAT TOOK OVER MS. [redacted]’ LOANS ON BEHALF OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. THE NEW PAYMENT CAME BACK @ $57.27, WHICH IS EVEN LOWER THAN WAS QUOTED TO THE CLIENT.THERE ARE VARIOUS TYPES OF DEFERMENT THAT ARE AVAILABLE ON FEDERAL STUDENT LOANS TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO PAYMENTS DUE WHILE THE NEW LOWER PAYMENT IS BEING PROCESSED. ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR IS GENERAL FORBEARANCE, WHICH NSLS IS ALWAYS HAPPY TO PROCESS ON CLIENT’S BEHALF TO POSTPONE PAYMENTS. ALTHOUGH AS A COMPANY, WE CANNOT MAKE A DECISION TO POSTPONE PAYMENTS, WE CAN ONLY DO WHAT A CLIENT IS ASKING US TO. NSLS BELIEVES THAT IT HAS DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE IN OUR POWER TO CORRECTLY PROCESS THE AGREED UPON DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR MS. [redacted]. THE BENEFIT THAT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IS VERY SIGNIFICANT. THUS, WE DO NOT BELIEVE THAT MS. [redacted] QUALIFIES FOR A REFUND IN ALL FAIRNESS TO THE WORK THAT HAS BEEN DONE ON HER BEHALF. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US IF THERE ARE ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS.

Review: I submitted an online inquiry regarding student loan help. I was harassed by the customer service representative , [redacted] "senior loan consultant." He called me every evening for three evenings in a row and emailed me three times. When I responded to his email indicating my specific concerns and apologizing for my delay in responding to him he was extremely rude and stated that he refused to help me through email and that I would need to call him just like everyone else who wanted help. I gave a short reply indicating that I felt his response was rude and that I would be going somewhere else for help. He responded by insulting my intelligence saying any smart person would know that meant to call him. I find his behavior completely unacceptable and a disgrace to this company. The fact that he is a senior consultant does not speak highly of the company if someone like this is representing them. How sad for the company to have such an egotistical jerk working for them.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from the president or owner of the company. I would like the company to be aware of this persons actions and I am happy to share the email communication. I believe this employee should be reprimanded for his intolerable behavior and rude comments to this potential client.

Review: In an effort to consolidate and pay off my student loans I paid National Student Loans Solutions to help me with all of the crazy paper work involved with consolidating and loan forgiveness that is available to me. They have been taking my money but have not done anything except change my email with Fedloan so I did not receive emails informing me of my delinquent account. I was told by one of their employees that they would be receiving a refund because nothing was done, the next day I was told by an employee that I would not be receiving a refund. I then told her that I was told other wise. At that point she offered to refund a very small amount of money compared to what I have paid. I repeatedly asked to speak to her boss. I was placed on hold for unreasonable amounts of time and her boss the "owner" continued to refuse to speak with me. I have spent a large amount of money including a $995 "processing" fee that they are refusing to refund. They have not provided any service to me. This company is very difficult to communicate with due to their lack of knowledge and dishonesty.Desired Settlement: In order to correct the problem the company needs to refund ALL of the money that I have paid to them.

Response:

Dear Ms. [redacted] and Revdex.com,

Review: I was contacted by National Student Loan Solutions to reduce my student loans from 16,000 to1,200. I paid them $395 and sent my 2014 Tax return. But when I didn't send some paperwork that they requested they, sent me an email saying that I was no longer in the program. They DID NOT return my $395.Desired Settlement: I hope to receive my money back.

Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

Review: I was promised a 100% money back guarantee if I was unhappy with the service. It also state this on there website (http://www.my-nsls.com/). I payed them $595, they did NOT proceed as promised after receiving my payment. I decided to cancel before starting the "new" loan payments. I have called multiple times, I have been given the run around. I am an educated person, I know this is a scam. They refuse to give me my money back, every day they state they will call me back the next day but they do not. I am told that the person I spoke with the day before no longer works there, and then another person tells me they are in a meeting. I have been calling for a resolution for over 3 weeks every day, they state they will handle it the next day but they do not. I am a nurse who was trying to get help understanding the best ways to pay her student loans but instead I have lost my money.Desired Settlement: I would like my 100% money back refund as told when starting the process

Response:

Ms. [redacted],

I originally made contact with National Student Loan Solutions on April 1, 2015 regarding the consolidation program. On April 2, 2015 I was sent an agreement to sign indicating that the services would be completed and I would begin paying them instead of the individual loan providers. Weeks and months would pass until I finally attempted to make contact regarding my loan consolidation progress on April 21st and again on April 28th as I hadn't heard from National Student Loan Solutions. April 29th I was told that my case would be deferred until closer to graduation date of July 5th. They stated that they didn't like to do it earlier than a month from the graduation date.

I was continuing to get charged the $166/mo fee without having seen any action. On July 22nd I requested a progress report as I hadn't heard anything and got no response. I attempted again August 13th and received a request for a proof on income again as they couldn't find record of the one I had submitted in April. Proof was faxed that day. August 17th I received notification that the process had been started and to expect the consolidation to be done in 60-90 days. I then contacted them on Sept 15th regarding an update. I received no response. I again contacted then on October 28th regarding progress. I was then notified by another representative that the file had just been submitted. I requested to cancel at this time. A representative then requested to speak with me Monday, November 2nd regarding this matter but never got back to me.

Finally, on November 4th I spoke with accounting and had arranged to finally cancel the consolidation process and receive a refund for services not rendered. November 5th there was another payment for $166 taken out of my account. I, again, called today, November 18th, for an update regarding the refund/cancellation and nobody seemed to know that I had canceled. I have paid a total of $995 for services not received. They ultimately, notified me that the request was denied and that I would not get a refund as they felt their job was done as requested...really?!

Review: I USED THIS COMPANY TO CONSOLIDATE AND NIGOIATATE WITH MY STUDENT LOAN LENDOR TO LOWER MY PAYMENT UNDER THE PUBLIC SAFETY STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS ACT. THE COMPANY DID WHAT IT SAID IT WOULD AND CONSOLIDATED LOANS FROM 2 DIFFERENT COMPANIES INTO 1. I PAID WHAT I WAS TOLD WAS A 1 TIME FEE, AND ADVISED THAT THEY WOULD MAIL ME MY BILL EVERY MONTH AFTER A 3 MONTH PAYMENT FREEZE.

I BEGAN GETTING BILLS FORWARDES FROM THE COMPANY FOR DIFFERENT AMOUNTS. WHEN I WOULD CALL I WOULD BE ADVISED THAT THOSE WERE WRONG AND TO IGNORE THEM, I SHOULD NEVER HAVE RECIEVED THEM. AFTER RECIEVING ANOTHER BILL FOR ANOTHER AMOUNT 10 DAYS AFTER THE DUE DATE I CALLED TEH LOAN COMPANY AND WAS ADVISED THAT THE LOAN IS PAST DUE. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND WAS ADVISED THAT THE LOAN COMPANY IS INTENTIONALY SENDING THE BILLS OUT LATE. I THEN RECIEVED A UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE AGINST MY BANK ACCOUNT TO WHICH I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD ITS IN THE CONTRACT. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND ADVISED THEM THAT I WANTED THEM TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND WAS ADVISED IT WOULD BE DONE. I WAS WAITING ON A BILL TO BE FORWARED TO ME FROM 05/2015 AND STILL AS OF 06/15/2015 HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THE BILL. STILL HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT. I JUST RECENTLY CHANGED THE BILLING BACK TO MY SELF AND HAVE HAD NO ISSUES FROM THE LOAN COMPANY. THE COMPANY AFTER BEING CANCELED IS STILL CHARGING ME A MAITNANCE FEE THAT SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED DUE TO MY ACCOUNT BEING CANCELED. I HAVE HAD TO RECONTACT MY LOAN COMPANY TO WORK OUT A PAYMENT PLAN DUE TO THE CANCELATION OF THE CONTRACT. THIS IS DUE TO THEIR INABILITY TO PROPERLY MANAGE A FININCIAL ACCOUNT.Desired Settlement: I REQUEST A REFUND OF ALL MONEY PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR A SERVICE THAT I DID NOT RECIEVE. I PAID A LUMP SUM UP FRONT FOR THE WORKING OF THE PAYMENT AMOUNT TO WHICH I HAD TO CONTACT THE LOAN COMPANY TO WORK OUT THE AMOUNT MYSELF. THEN HAD 1 UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS COME THROUGH FOR ACCOUNT MAITNANCE FOR WHAT IS NOT IN MY CONTRACT. I RECIEVED MY BILLS LATE AND MY ACCOUNT WAS NEVER MAINTAINED DUE TO THEM NOT BEING ABLE TO PPROPERLY PROVIDE ME MY BILLS. I ALSO REQUEST A LETTER IN WRITING ADVISING ME THAT MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND WILL NEVER BE BILLED AGAIN.

Response:

DEAR Revdex.com AND MR. [redacted]. WE WOULD LIKE TO SHOW OUR SIDE OF THE STORY AND EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT HAS BEEN DONE ON YOUR ACCOUNT. THE CONTRACT BETWEEN MR. [redacted] AND NATIONAL STUDENT LOAN SOLUTIONS WAS SIGNED ON 02/06/2015. ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE CONTRACT THERE IS A FULL BREAKDOWN OF ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH FURTHER PROCESSING OF THE FILE. THERE IS A SPECIFIC SEPARATE INITIAL ON RIGHT NEXT TO THE DISCLOSURE ABOUT THE MAINTENANCE FEE THAT IS BEING CHARGED.NATIONAL STUDENT LOAN SOLUTIONS (NSLS) HAS PROCESSED THE FILE CORRECTLY WITHIN THE APPROXIMATE TIMEFRAME THAT WAS GIVEN AT THE TIME OF SIGNATURE. PRIOR TO COMING ON BOARD WITH NSLS MR. [redacted] STATED THAT HIS PAYMENT WAS $418.25 FOR A 20 YEAR REPAYMENT PERIOD. NSLS QUOTED THE PAYMENT OF $194.94 (INCLUDING ALL FEES) FOR A 10 YEAR PERIOD WITH CERTAIN QUALIFICATIONS TO MEET. THAT WOULD BE THE SAVINGS OF OVER $76000 OVER THE TERM OF THE REPAYEMENT AS LONG AS ALL NECESSARY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (THAT HAVE BEEN ALL DISCLOSED TO THE CLIENT BASED ON D.O.E. PROGRAMS) ARE MET THROUGHOUT THE REPAYMENT PERIOD. FIRST WEEK OF APRIL 2015 NSLS HAS RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION OF THE NEW REPAYMENT FROM THE NEW SERVICING AGENCY THAT TOOK OVER MR. [redacted]’S LOANS ON BEHALF OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. THE NEW PAYMENT CAME BACK @ $167.11, WHICH IS EVEN LOWER THAN WAS QUOTED TO THE CLIENT.NSLS HAS ALL NECESSARY PROOF TO BACK WHAT IS SAID ABOVE. GENERALLY, IN THIS CASE THE CLIENT WOULD NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND FOR THE REASON THAT ALL DOCUMENTATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED ON THEIR BEHALF. ALTHOUGH IN GOOD FAITH AND TO MAKE SURE THAT WE PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EVERY CLIENT, WE HAVE MAILED A CHECK TO MR. [redacted] FOR A 50% REFUND. WE BELIEVE THAT WE HAVE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITIES AND FAIRNESS. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US IF THERE ARE ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS.[redacted]

Review: I was billed through ACH of $198.50 from this company last week 12/04 - Came through my back on 1/07- I had asked them to not run ACH on 12/03 and cancelled service before it has even begun. I have called all week for refund. They are claiming that did not receive it and now will not answer the phone as I return a phone call. [redacted] told me I did not pay -- I showed him documents that proved I did , called the next day and told me I did not pay. [redacted] called and said she could not get refund to process so needed to write a check to return funds. Currently the phone will not keep me on hold -- Cuts me off when I try to return calls. They do not respond to email.Desired Settlement: I need $198.50 returned IMMEDIATELY>> Took funds without service adn without permission. I had denied all permission within hours of speaking to their reps.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

My bank went through an reversed ACH and retained funds. The check arrived on 1/02 at my home. I will shred the check. Please continue to do what you can to question this company. They need to be stopped.

Review: On 11/23/15 I contacted this company through an advertisement on [redacted] that was aimed at Public Service Employees stating that there are options for student loan forgiveness. I was contact by an employee named [redacted] who provided me with information about a service they provide that would have my student loan consolidate through the Department of Education at a 0% interest rate. I asked her several times if the 0% interest rate was correct because it sounded to good to be true. She assured me that the number was correct. I filled out all the paper worked and paid them around $233 in processing fees. I received a letter from them stating that my $7600 student loan that was previously at a 3.125% interest rate was consolidated into a new loan with a 3.125% interest rate. The took my loan that I would have had paid off in 5 years and consolidated it into a loan with the exact same interest rate but instead I would take 10 years to pay it. On 1/19, I called and spoke with [redacted] about not getting what [redacted] told me I would be getting. She stated that [redacted] is "new" and explained the program to me incorrectly and should not have told me that I would get a 0% interest rate.. [redacted] stated that she was looking into the issues and would call me back on 1/22 she never did. Every time someone from that company told me they would call me back they never did I would have to call them. I spoke with [redacted] today and she stated that there is nothing they can do about my loan already being sold to another lender. She stated that she would make sure that I will not be charged any fees by the company but stated that her "superior" whose name she would not provide stated that I would not be refunded the fees I had paid because "the did work on the file." If I had known what this company really was doing with my loan I would never have used them. If I had kept my loan how it was I would have paid $600 in 5 yrs, with them it would be $1500 over 10 yrs plus feesDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of the fees I paid them expecting them to save me money. I am now stuck dealing with a new lender and since dealing with this company have not paid towards my student loan for 3 months.

Hello [redacted], My apologies for not being able to close that complaint # [redacted]. Could you please post this response as the reply to this complaint. I would really appreciate it. “Dear Mr. [redacted] and Revdex.com, As a growing company we strive to provide excellent service to all our clients and make sure we resolve any issue that may arise along the way. Based on our records, NSLS has already finalized the most important process that Mr. [redacted] has hired our company to do and have reduced his federal student loan monthly payment significantly. We were in the process of finalizing the application for student loan forgiveness, when Mr. [redacted] has decided that he could do all this on his own, which was not the case ever since he took the loan out originally. In fairness to our company, we have provided the knowledge base and complete explanation on the available programs that fit Mr. [redacted]’s situation and have completed the documents for 1 of the 2 discussed programs. The statement about 0% interest rate was a simple misunderstanding. The statement was that all principal including any accrued interest would be completely forgiven as long as all discussed eligibility factors are met. NSLS believes that Mr. [redacted] doesn’t qualify for a refund, but as a reputable company has still given a 100% Money Back into Mr. [redacted]s account in hopes that how we do business is appreciated. Thank you and best regards,” Thank you very much in advance, [redacted]

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

They provided me with 50% of the fees they charged me. And the statement that they reduced my payments was due to them spreading the remaining balance across 10 years instead of the 5 I already had setup.

Business

Response:

Mr. [redacted] is correct, we have placed his account into one of the repayment programs that allowed him to apply for a lower payment. It was specifically explained in detail by Mr. [redacted]'s account manager and reiterated by the Compliance officer later.

Review: Hello. I called National Student Loan Solutions yesterday to cancel my account. I was forwarded to [redacted] to proceed with that process and he began by asking me why I wanted to close the account. I informed him I no longer needed the services and that I didn't understand why they were charging me a monthly fee. During our conversation, [redacted] lied many times. He continued to say that he had already closed my account (after I told him I was going to check with the Department of Education to see if he was telling me the truth about fees he said I would incur without their services) when in fact he hadn't. He admitted to this when I asked him point black if the account was closed, to which he answered, "Well there's a process for that so no it's not closed." He also mentioned he would send me an email stating my account was closed, which I have not received. I asked him to send documentation to me that states the account was closed and he said he wouldn't. I asked him for his last name and he refused to give it to me. If the call was recorded, you will hear him lying and hear his tone of voice. As it stands, I have no way of knowing whether or not the account was closed because they are refusing to send me documentation and without it, I'll have to pay a fee to my bank to block them from having access to my bank account.Desired Settlement: I would like NSLS to send me documentation stating that my account was closed on November 17, 2015 as requested by me so that I can be sure that they will no longer try to access my bank account. What I am asking for is what every business I've ever dealt with does. They sent me tons of paperwork when they were signing me up. The least they can do is send documentation now that the account was requested to be closed.

Review: In July everyone was helpful. To get me started I had to pay a processing fee of $795. To help me out they split this payment up to help me out. On July 3rd I was double charged $132 and [redacted] was quick to refund one of the charges. In fact I received the refund on July 6th f last month. On July 16th I was charged $221. These charges of course were all for the processing fee. On august 05, 2015, I emailed Douglas Rounds (the person I was working with) that I needed to cancel everything and to please refund my money. I received no response. On August 9th I emailed him again, asking if he had received the email. On August 10th I was charged $221. I did not authorized this. I emailed him yet again that same day letting him know that I was charged and needed it refunded. I work and hardly ever have anytime to call anyone so instead I email. Before I canceled if I emailed Douglas Rounds he was very quick to respond. In fact he would respond that same day. Now that I canceled he will not respond. [redacted] called me instead to state that she would refund me the last charge. She stated that it would be 3-4 weeks and that she would not refund the other charges because they were processed. I read the document that I signed and it clearly states : "If the Client is found to be ineligible for the Federal Student Loan program through the D.O.E. and/or does not receive a benefit from said program,

NSLS will provide the Client with a 100% refund of any fees paid for services rendered by NSLS until such determination is made" I never received benefit because I canceled before the benefit started. Also, [redacted] called me because in the system I am still active and not canceled. I called Ms. [redacted] back today and still no response. A couple days ago I sent an email to her showing her that I am supposed to receive a full refund. I called her to make sure she received my email and she said she would call me back that same day. Its been 2 days.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund and I want them to cancel my account. This account should have been canceled on August 5th. I want to be refunded for all those charges. My refund should not take weeks to happen since Ms. [redacted] refunded my double charge in a matter of days. Thank you.

Response:

Dear Revdex.com and [redacted],

Review: I signed with NSLS to help reduce student loans. They charge me $700 in good faith that I would make the payment They also charged $108 to process the application. Then they charged $24.95/mo for service fees. They took out three payments on August 11,13,21 2015 instead of one payment. Since June I have been paying them only to find out that my loan payment was not being paid and that I was delinquent on my Fedloan with which they were suppose to be working. I called Fedloan in October 2015 and they have never heard of the National Student Loan Solutions. I talked to NSLS and they told the payment was not going to Fedloan as they did not responded to the application. I also called the Dept of Education and they have never heard of this NSLS. I sent the money in good faith and kept my side unfortunately they did not complete their side of the contract and caused me stress as I now owe the Fedloan over $700 to keep my loan from becoming delinquent. I have tried twice to call them since and they send me to a voice mail to leave my phone number with no call back. Because of their neglect my payments have gone from $178 per month to approximately $294 a month. The $700 was paid on a credit card.Desired Settlement: My money refunded for services not rendered. $700 for the good faith payment, the $108 for processing an application that was not applied, and $200 for the money taken out for services not met, totaling $1008. Thank you!

Response:

Dear [redacted] and Revdex.com, In response to the complaint above, NSLS wants to mention that there was a big deal of confusion going on with this account. When one of our managers spoke with Ms. [redacted], it became clear that there was another company also helping process paperwork on this account. As part of the agreement the Ms. [redacted] had with our company, we were processing the application and submission for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness. This was finalized and we have a copy of the approval letter from the Department of Education servicer. We would be happy to resolve the issue the correct way, and in fairness to NSLS, we were the company to process the documentation for Ms. [redacted], so we believe that the refund needs to be deducted from the other company that was involved.Ms. [redacted], please feel free to comment, we would like to make sure that the outcome is satisfactory for you.Regards,NSLS Team.

This company is the biggest run-around corporation I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. This mess started over a year ago when I started to consolidate. It has been nothing but trouble, wasted money, wasted time, and aggravation. I honestly would save your money and do it yourself. I spent $1000 to submit paperwork multiple times to the same person, have them lose my paperwork, be unable to contact them, and have them lie repeatedly. They agreed to terms to have me stay with the company and as soon as I signed the contract they went back on their word and said that person wasn't authorized to offer me that deal. It's absolutely ridiculous and they need to be evaluated. Every time I call the company they are "restructuring the staff" and have gotten rid of the bad eggs. Yet they never fix the issue and continue to lie. It is a huge scam.

Review: This organization lured me in under false pretenses. They charged me a fee and then continued to charge my account fees that I did not authorize. When I contacted them on numerous occasions to address the issue, they would not return my attempts to contact.Desired Settlement: If I am not returned the $653.85 that this organization took from me, I will pursue legal action within the full force of the law. Do not test me on this.
