So I came to this location based on all the good reviews and it definitely did not disappoint there is a reason why they have more stars and reviews than any other Student Loan Debt Company. First off their service is amazing as soon as I put in my inquiry, a customer service rep called me very enthusiastically. Usually you call student debt loan companies and they sound like they don't want to help you but Taylor was very willing to help me and, since I was in Orange County on business, I decided to come in. When I did come she did everything possible to get me in the best program which I really appreciate. If anyone is looking for payment relief, consolidation or forgiveness programs, make sure to make this spot the one you pick it will not disappoint. As a bonus they are open on Saturdays as well.

I couldn't have asked for more when dealing with a company. Isabelle was very patient, although she was feeling under the weather due to illness. She walked me through the process, without leaving anything out. I just signed the documents and Not only a couple hours later My Forbearance to Servicer was sent out. I'm allready impressed with the work they have done as well as making me feel like I choose the right company to help me with this.

My wife and I file joint tax returns so When I heard "Income based"repayment plans I was scared to see what my payments would be. My Mother passed away this last year, right after she saw me graduate. With my Student Loan Debt at an extreme high, this being the first time that I had to deal with ANYTHING on my own, to say it was one of the hardest things ive ever had to deal with in my life, would be an understatement! I had SO many questions.I talked to Isabelle for about 15 minutes during my first discussion. She was extremely helpful and patient. She always called me back when she said she would as well. Now that I am enrolled, we have been exchanging e-mails and she has been extremely nice and helpful. She always responds your e-mail within a day. I have addressed my issue, and now all I have to do is to wait for my forgiveness to take effect!!! All these consultations were totally free btw!

A salesman from National Student Loans told me that their services would save me an extreme amount of money. I am a teacher, but because my loans are parent plus loans and under my father's name, I do not qualify for the government relief programs. The salesman knew I was in over $100,000 of debt from my degree, and had extreme interest rates, yet claimed that he could enroll me in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program through the government. I specified several times that the loans were in my father's name, not mine, and he was 100% certain that he could get us in this program which would forgive all of my debt after making 120 payments. Although National Student Loans charges a service fee of close to $1,300, it seemed worth it to sign a contract with them because it would save me over $30,000 in the end. I asked to have this in writing, and the salesman told me he would 'get it to me soon' but to sign and return the context. After signing the contract, I was denied access into the PSLF program by the government, and once again told that my dad is not working in public service so my loans could not be enrolled in this program. I had to call several times to get ahold of the salesman who was working with me, and when I finally Got ahold of him, he claimed it was a "mistake" for telling me this, and they could do nothing to help me or refund the $1,300 service fee I paid them. I called a manager who apologized but still did not help me. I feel completely taken advantage of. This salesman understood I was a teacher and in more debt than I can handle, yet he scammed me into paying them another $1,300. I have called several times and not offered even a partial refund, yet they continue to apologize for their mistake of telling me I could be enrolled in the public service loan forgiveness program. I would absolutely never recommend this company to anybody. They do not care that you are in debt and just want to lie to you to make money. They make false promises, and skew their words into telling you that what they are doing cannot be done for free anywhere else - when in the end, you can do all of their services for free. They have terrible customer service and Are a complete scam.

Mr. [redacted] contacted us about the billing error, and after researching his account we realized that he was correct. We advised him that we would issue the refund, and we issued a refund to his bank account for a portion of the amount and mailed him a check for the remainder of the amount. The...

Until today we have been in constant communication with Ms. [redacted]. Our Processing Manager has personally handled the file. It is very unfortunate that because of the student loan servicing agency mistake, our company is the one to receive...

bad press. NSLS has proof that all loans were originally included into the consolidation application, but unfortunately were never verified by AES (Ms. [redacted]'s student loan servicing company). 
As of today, we have received the confirmation from the Department of Education that Ms. [redacted]'s AES loan is being paid off in full and the confirmation of that was emailed to Ms. [redacted] on 10/19/15 via email.
We request to please place this complaint as resolved since we have actual hard documentation that AES loan is being paid off.

National Student Loan Solutions is amazing. I thought I was going to be paying my student loan debt off until the day I die. But, by them finding a resolution and putting me into a program that will have my loan paid off in years has changed my outlook on higher education to the fullest. To think I was debating my children through college because the debt is such a mightmare. I couldnt have done it without them.

Review: ,On June 30th 2015 I was solicited from National Student Loan Solutions to refinance my student loans. I told them I had just refinanced them on my own on June 16, 2015. He assured me he could get my payments as low as possible (45.00 a month based on my pay-stubs). because that's what they specialize in. I believed him and proceeded to cancel my loan that I had already refinanced myself, which my payments would be 129.00 per month. I paid the 800.00 processing fee, as well as a 24.95 monthly fee. Come to find out, my refinance was never cancelled, and my payments are still 129.00 a month which I refinanced myself in the first place at no charge. I spoke to Fedloan servicing and they confirmed to me that that is what indeed happened. NSLS offers a 100% money back guarantee if they cannot help you, which is what I am seeking. The people at NSLS will not reply to any of my emails regarding this.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of the processing fee, and/or at least the 24.95 monthly fee stopped.

Review: This company claimed to be able to enroll the consumer in a Loan Forgiveness program, and this was not carried out. When the company was contacted regarding their 100% guarantee for their services, it was stated that an error had occurred and that more paperwork had to be done. [redacted] provided everything I could ask for as far as support and guidance in providing information and a direction for consolidating my student loans, loan consolidation and forgiveness. As a single parent of three teenagers and trying to keep our head above water, then faced with student loans dragging me down financially, he provided a life preserver so my children can see first hand that education is possible and there are good people out there to assist you if you just keep looking.

Review: NSLS guaranteed to refund any fees ($396.67) if they were 'unable' to assist the client receive the Public Service Loan Forgiveness. After months of nonpayment to my student loans (all of which they assured me was fine) they informed me that unless I file my taxes as 'single' then they would not be able to help me. I am not single, so I declined. They agreed to return all of the fees that I had already paid to them immediately as they were unable to help me to receive the Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Unfortunately, they only returned half of the money ($198.34). After months of calls- which are never answered or returned, and several emails that always claim I 'will receive it shortly' or they will 'look into' the delay. I have not received any further due refund, nor any correspondence since June 27, 2015.Desired Settlement: I am seeking assistance to receive my remaining refund of $198.33.

Review: I have now contacted five people who have all told me I would receive my $198.33 refund. I have yet to receive it. I even have it in writing that I would receive this money. After I did not have any luck with that I tried calling the company, as well as sending an e-mail. They have lied about several things, including telling me that I was still under contract with them. They also did not have my Power of Attorney before forging my name on documents, according to a representative at my student loan company. Review: I was contacted by this company about consolidating the parent plus loans and my student loans. They told me that since I was a public service employee they could have a portion of it forgiven and it would save me thousands but all it has done so far is cause problems with bill collectors and now I have a bad credit rating because of it. They failed to include all of the loans in the consolidations loan and every time I call them they say they are going to take care of it but they don't. I have submitted they paperwork that they wanted me to several times I've done the paperwork over and have sent it in. They have sent me other peoples bills and information by mistake so I am sure that my information was probably sent to the wrong place too. I have call them at least once a week since May trying to get this resolved but nothing has happened yet. They give me different reasons saying they have not gotten my paperwork or that they are working on it. All the while, the bill collectors are calling me. They told me that they had taken care of it and to just to ignore the bill collectors. They said that it would not affect my credit rating and that my loans on hold until all of the paperwork goes through. Now they are not returning my calls at all and the one loan that they did not include is several months behind and I have a bad credit rating because of them.Desired Settlement: I want they to resolve this problem with American education services and to correct my credit reports. Review: I received a letter from the National Student Loan Solutions stating that my loan was consolidated under the Income-Based Repayment Plan. I applied for the Public Service Loan. The next page proivdes a Loan to be consolidated and etc. The last page is my repayment plan which Per my conversation with [redacted] my repayment would be only $31.00 a mth. However the payment plan states my intital payment is $288.88 and the Max payment is $288.88.The last pargraphy say "we were not able to determine your repayment plan.I have called and left [redacted] a message no return call. Talk with several people is the Processing Department. First person I spoke with was [redacted] in the Processing Department after speaking with her I asked to cancel my service she placed me on hold for serval minutes. Then someone name [redacted] comes on the line and ask me to contitnue to hold on longer. Then [redacted] comes on the line and I have to explain my concern all over again [redacted] stated that my paper work that I received is misleading and confusing to the customers. At this point I asked for the cancellation department, [redacted] stated that we dont a have a number to provide you with, but he will have them to put me on the cancellation list and give me a call back.Once again Sergey I think that is how he spelled his name another rep for the Processing Department returns my call and wants me to explain again.No one from this company can provide helpful nor any detail information. I ask once again for the cancellation department no one has any information to provide me with. But they can contract the cancellation department to see what they can do about my monthly payments they draft every month.Also Sergey stated that I cannot cancel my service with them, what document you have that legally states that I can not cancel my service.National Student Loan Solutions, INC appears to be a scam!
