You should really read the reviews and stick to your gut instinctI wish I hadThis all begun with my initial phone call stating that I have a "Manufactured Home on Leased Property"After agents later, a termite bond, an appraisal, and credit report the company stated that "were sorry but we do not do Manufactured homes on leased property"They took all the information from me at my personal residence and was aware of it at the time of filingThe appraiser was awareThe inspector was aware. They were all made aware multiple timesOUt all the money and still no loanLoan Manager FC would not return my email or phone calls.I would say go somewhere else or DO Without

We have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in our lives! We own our home free and clearWe were contacted by them after submitting a request on lending treeI told the loan officer that we wanted to take out a home equity loan so we can pay cash on another home to "flip" I was told that this would not be a problem and the process would only take about a week to days GreatOr so I thought The appraisal company was very inexperienced as he had to call me AFTER he did the appraisal, to see if we had a front porch, deck and pool When the appraisal came back, it was extremely low At this point, we were willing to just take whatever we could get out of the house, and come up with the rest through private partnersAfter I submitted all the paperwork they requested, I could not get an answer on the closing Keeping in mind, we were taking the loan for a cash out flip, the loan officer gave me advice on how to deal with the realtor and how to submit the offerSo she knew from the beginning, that this was for another homeIt would go several days before I had to call and check on when we would be closing I was assured that we would close very soon Stated that the paperwork was sent to the underwriter, and would close in a week months later, and many requests for unnecessary paperwork, we still don't have a loan They came up with every excuse to keep delaying the loanThey wanted more paperwork that we already sent to them, they wanted copies of our retirement, they even had the nerve to ask for our account number and password for our retirement account! Who, in there right mind, who has never met these people and are getting the feeling they are not legit, would give them such private information?! That was the turning point for us I would daily email and ask when we were closing and would always get a runaround vague answerThen, at the last minute, when they couldn't come up with more excuses to delay, they wanted all the information on the flip house we were investing in This was a home equity loan on our house that was owned by us free and clearWhat we do with that money is our businessThey knew from the start what we were using the money for, so why were they acting like this is a problem months after we started the loan process? I was given a bunch of lame excuses on what we do with our money has a direct impact on themThen, after going through all that, they said that they couldn't give us the loanWhy? Because of some lame excuse that we might use the "flip" house to live in?!?! They tried lying about when they found out about the "flip" house and other documents The manager even said that they only found out about the house that day and insinuated we didn't disclose the information previouslyI told him that wasn't true and that the loan officer knew from the very first day Of course more vague answers from him I have all the emails to document to show how cooperative we were and how they had us jumping through hoops with unnecessary paperworkThen, when we were told using the money for a "flip" house might not be possible, I told him we were just going to use it for personal use Then he started threatening me about what the real use was for and that I could go to jail for lying to himHe knew I was saying that so we could just finish out the loan and go our separate waysBut then he made a whole big issue about the use of the moneyI stated, again, what we do with the money is our business
To sum it up, I don't think they even have the money to lend I think they start the process and then realize they don't have the cash backing them up to loan, so they stall for as long as possible until they can find an excuse to say no or the client says forget itStay away from this company or you will be pulling your hair out trying to deal with themThey will tell you everything you want to hear and then twist everything around to stall the loan

Trued to collect a debt from a bank rubtcy
Also mi represent the process
Was not told of a foundation inspection needed prior to contract
Was told I qualified for more money then estimate
Was told no out of pocket expenses except for the appraisal
Was told that I had to have an appraisal at least
And that loan was all good to go was told not to make any payments to credit established as a result I had to pay out because of late payments
They had foundation inspection set three days before the scheduled close day
Told me that if I went with there company they could add to the loan a few more dollars and then it would go through and I would not have to get another inspection and report

On June 16th, 2017, I entered into the process of refinancing my mortgage with Nations Lending Corporation This would be a 'VA' loan I was told that the process should be easily concluded before the end of July I was told that they finance their own loans and do not sell the loans I was told that after months of paying on the loan, the loan would then be monitored over the next years and if the interest rates dropped, I would be given the new lower rate with no additional fees, etc - this would be done as often as the rate dropped within the years, and would not go up
As the process continued, there were the requests for documents, etc, which I complied with immediately each time A VA appraisal was arranged and performed, which I received a copy of dated 07/06/ There were other things asked for which we also complied with, but now it was dragging out to J 07/19/ The rate had been 'locked' in June, with the expectation of closing in July Now, at the

Shuntay and NLC loans were absolutely amazing!
This was my first mortgage and first home purchaseShuntay helped me through every step of the wayShe was there from the beginning in getting my pre-qualification to questions I had right before closingShe was extremely knowledgeable and always made herself available- even on weekends! My credit had some blemishes but Shuntay was able to make it happen! The experience was a bit stressful at times but Shuntay was always calmingAs it turns out my interest rate was lower than expected and I closed on my dream home on timeWould definitely recommend Shuntay and will be using her if I have mortgage needs in the future!

This has been the worst experience I have ever hadIt has been year working with them to obtain and FHA loan on a house priced at $68,with a value of $195,Every time over the past year they have come up with an issues to be resolved I have resolved itAll of my requirement as far as I can tell that FHA require is above minimums and below the maximumsEver time they run my app threw there what they call automated system it declines meNow they are saying to do my apps underwriting by hand I have to lower my Debit to Income by another pointsI don't understand how they do that when the government who is guaranteeing the loan doesn't require itNow it's if I lay out the money to lower my DTI they may get approvalI have read most all the information on the FHA website and don't know where they are coming fromWe are renting now and the have been at this residence for years now the owner of this house wants to sell it and has been waiting for us to work this deal outWe don't know how long she will waitWe may end of homeless

Appalling ethicsthey employ salesmen to "get you on the hook" at any cost even at the time of disclosing all personal information "sure, all will be fine" (say anything to please) and then the underwriter will drop youDisgracefulI concluded they must pay their sales people on lead generation only Take my advice and avoid this company!

Refinance scam by Nations Lending Corporation (NLC) and it’s agent MrPaul J*** SrLoan Officer | NMLS# ***
My wife and I were seeking to refinance our mortgage, so we entered our info into an online clearinghouse at about November 16,
MrPaul J, L*** Officer, NMLS# *** with NLC contacted us, I spoke with him and told him what we wanted to do, things (1) change to 15-year mortgage from current year and (2) Consolidate a 2nd mortgage to have one payment
He assured me that he was able to accomplish those that it was doable and immediately took some personal information including social security numbers What we got was a situation of bait, switch and scamThey beat us out of our money, with nothing to show
After the documents, appraisal was done I heard very little from MrJOn April 6, I asked for a refund of the appraisal fee and I heard from him next day April I did not hear from him again until May in response to my email of May

The Senior Loan Processor was insistent that I have homeowner's insurance to cover the cost of the mortgage (as opposed to the cost t replace/repair the dwelling) which defies the reason for homeowners insurance and is illegal in the state of CAWhen advised, she would only tell me what her investors required (as if I am not an investor?) I cited the law with references to which were ignored I was told that they could not "accommodate" me which is a bizarre way to say that you are going to ignore compliance with the law Eventually, her corporate office agreed with my position Senior Loan Processor operated in bad faith with me as a lender by telling that I had to be overinsured on the home to cover the loan
Due to the constant haggling over minutiae, I lost confidence with NLC and sent, in writing, correspondence telling them to cease all inquiries and correspondence on my half with the seller regarding the purchase of the home That request was fully ignored as they hav

We applied for a refi loan with nations Lending Corporation after we spoke with them about our credit scoreThey assured me that they would be able to refinance our homeThey said the home appraisal would be $and asked for a credit cardI could only pay at the timeThe appraisal employee came to my home early and terrified my childrenMy wife came home and saw a man sitting in his truckHe got out and my wife told home he scared my kids to which he replied, sorryThey went into the home, the appraiser took several pictures, but only measured the garage and loft of the homeWhen I spoke to my Loan officer Alan L*** about our refinance, he said it would go through if we made a payment to our mortgage company before the 31st of March, we did that, then it came back that we were deniedMy wife has all of the emails to support this claimWe would like to have our $returned to us as this seems to be a scamNo contact has been made to us since my wife mentione

Nations Lending Parma Ohio, fantastic service from beginning to endThey provide excellent customer service and work hard to make sure you are well informedWe received excellent rates and terms and closed ahead of scheduleThey have great hours, we completed most of the process, including the closing after my work hours

Went to Nations Lending to see about getting financing to buy a house Things progressed until it looked like the closing date was in sight The loan officer ordered the survey of the property only to find after it was completed, that we did not qualify for the loan The title company will not release the earnest money we had put on the house because the surveyor's bill has not been paid
The lender should have made sure the loan would go through before ordering the survey We were not told it was ordered, or that it had been done We did not receive a bill for it, nor did we ever see the results of the survey
