Kathie C*** worked with my husband and I to get us qualified for a mortgage This company is amazing to work with Kathie made it an amazing experience!!!

I spoke to one of their lenders several times and sent over all of my husband's personal information I told her several times not to run his credit1st not until we found a house and 2nd not until she was sure that based off our tax returns they could lend to usShe assured me several times that based off our tax returns that they could in fact lend to us as long as my husband's credit was goodI told her that his credit was excellentShe ran his credit, after telling me she had already looked at our tax returns and said they were okay to use but in all realityShe hadn't looked at our tax returns She then called after she ran his credit and said that based off our tax returns they couldn't lend to usSo not only were we lied to, but my husband's credit dropped a couple points because it was ran for nothing, and we lost out on a house that we really wantedWe have the down payment sitting in the bank and the income to pay the mortgage, with a high 700s credit scoreThe next time we need a lender, we will NOT use nationsYou can't build a professional relationship with a client after you made a promise you couldn't keep because you didn't do your work properly

We were supposed to close on May 20th and the mortgage banker had assured me every step of the way that we would close on timeRegardless of what the reasons and excuses were, we had completed everything on our side in a timely and orderly fashionIt was however, the mortgage banker's responsibility to make sure everything on his end would go through, as well as plan for contingencies as this is part of his job responsibility
In addition to the failure to close on time, I was also assured several times by the mortgage banker's supervisor that we would close on May 20th which then changed to May 25thSubsequently we were not able to get possession of the house due to the title company that Nations Lending chose, which could not get everything completed on timeAnd to add more insult to injury, closing was scheduled at 1pm and the mortgage banker did not inform me that the title company on our side was rescheduling at 3pm, which then delayed taking possession of the home to

This was my first mortgage and first home purchaseShuntay helped me through every step of the wayShe was there from the beginning in getting my pre-qualification to questions I had right before closingShe was extremely knowledgeable and always made herself available- even on weekends! My credit had some blemishes but Shuntay was able to make it happen! The experience was a bit stressful at times but Shuntay was always calmingAs it turns out my interest rate was lower than expected and I closed on my dream home on timeWould definitely recommend Shuntay and will be using her if I have mortgage needs in the future!

My experience at this business was horrible, and was over a month process just to get a fha loansThier communication are below poor, we were at the closing point over timesAt every closing date the would then request more information that was already given and up the closing cost every time and have some reason why it jump and I'm taking about a everytimeNow money ain't the problem it's the fact that when they tell you it's one thing then it changes and they can never actually tell you for sure when your going to close and what is due from you at closingMaybe it is just me but I can not hit a moving target when it comes to money I have to save it upOn top of all this they had fried the frist lender I was dealing with and there supposed branch manager Jason C*** had taken over on itYou would think it got better form there, wrong even worse and they act like it's a process to let you wait tI'll the closing date to change everything on it Worse experience for a frist time home buy like me or any oneI take that back I'm not a frist time home buyer cause I walked away from it, if this is what buying a home is like then I do not want itSo please don't be fooled by there slogan or there review page it's all lies, only thing they are to stars on is **

We stand by our claim that we repeatedly contacted Ms*** prior to September 6, to let her know the plates were in Ms*** signed paperwork during the purchase process agreeing to pick the plates up, and since the required completion of the e-check, they are now available. In an effort to accommodate her work schedule, the license plates will be at the Information Desk at our Fred Martin Superstore main building at Barber Rd, Norton, OH This location has extended weekend hours so that Ms*** is able to arrange for pick up. Approved for financing a new home given a closing date the closing date was extended by three days on the third day was sent an email telling me that I had to close on my current home before I could close on my new home, even though that had never been a concern prior

In my opinion, Nations Lending Corporation is the most dishonest, unscrupulous, manipulative, and corrupt company I've ever dealt withThey promised me things they knew they couldn't deliver just to get me to close the loanThey took exceedingly longer than they assured me it would take to close the loan, and at the last minute at the closing table, I didn't get back the money they quoted in the documentsThe applied most of my down payment money for closing cost, which left me with a larger loanI should have walked away from the closing table, but Nations Lending put us in such a bind, I really had no choice but to go through with itI WOULD NOT REFER A DOG TO NATIONS LENDING!

I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke with Mike H[redacted] on Wednesday 8/31 and in that phone call he was aware that I had gotten an echeck and was waiting for them to get the plates. They DID NOT CALL me to pick up the plates until after my tags were expired on 9/6. In that phone call which I HOPE was recorded I told Mike I work from 8am until 9amnall week long and I cannot make it out there to pick up plates until this weekend so he can shove it with his bullcrap lies!!! I'm getting EXTREMELY upset with this company!!!!!!!!!!
