I too have been scammed! I ordered on 6/28/and today 7/I'm being charged another $When I called to have it removed they said I authorized it by not stopping it before my day trial ran out...so now it's $for green coffee bean extract pillsRidiculous! The first rep I spoke to was totally unprofessional once I started demanding that I get my money back and that I wanted to speak to a manager Don't bother trying to explain any extenuating circumstances...they don't care The manager was also belligerent...really good at lecturing as if I was a childHe said he was the only supervisor when I asked to speak to his managerHis name is LeoHe agreed to refund 50% of my money but I doubt I will see itMy conf # is He went so far as to tell me that even if I called the president of the US I wouldn't get all my money back I supposedly didn't read the small print (if it exists) and that authorized them to steal my money! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY it's a shame they are allowed to use Dr Oz's good name www.thetruegarcinia.com

I had called to cancel my order within the cancellation period after I fully researched the company and realized it was fraudulent Later, I noticed a pending charge on my account and called the company They said they had no proof of me canceling and that I would have been given a cancelation number and received an email with that number I did not (I cancelled again on this phone call and had to ASK specifically for the cancellation number) The company offered me a 35% refund, I said no, that I would file a fraud complaint with my credit card company Was then offered a 50% refund, again I said no Was then offered a 75% refund, again I said no and reiterated that this was fraud and I would go through my credit card company They tried to threaten that the credit card company would receive all documentation and decide in their favor and that I should take the 75% refund I again said no, I wanted 100% back and that the continued bargaining was evidence that this is a fraudulent company just trying to get something I stated that I know how my credit card company works and that they would refund me 100% of the disputed amount then investigate the charges with the company This finally got their attention and they authorized the FULL refundKnow your rights and the facts Your credit card company does not want to lose you They will fight on your behalf and this smaller scam company is no match for a credit card company

My entire statement is true , I was told that my money would be refunded but I have not received a penny of it from this companyIn fact I was originally told I wld only get 50% then after she supposedly spoke with a supervisor I was told I would get 75%I did not under any circumstances agree to my account being debited any money other than the original $and, I would never agree to receiving 0r 75% of my money I requested all of the money that was taken without my permissionAs of this date 2/29/2016, I still haven't gotten it returned I am requesting legal action be brought against this company for fraud and theft

Their "records" are incorrectWhen I ordered the Cambogia, the site added the coffee & the third item, as if they went together.I called immediately, that moment to cancel the coffee & third itemI've got four emails that confirm then VOID the extra items all on 8/Because I called immediately! I'm having trouble attaching themI also called to ASK WHEN MY TRIAL ENDED! I was told, over the phone, by their customer service that I needed to cancel by September I marked it in my calendar while on the phoneI called on the 18th of September & was given the big run around that I've already written aboutI received a call after filing this complaint & then they tried to be so helpfulI asked them to delete me from their filesI wouldn't buy a thing from themThenGET THISThis "Supervisor " asked " would you like to buy more Cambogia @ a 30% discount"! They have an F rating here, if only I'd checked here first
