(10 days + 4 days for shipping) to avoid the purchase price of $89.95 and enrollment in the auto-shipment program. Thirty days after you start your trial and every thirty days thereafter, we shall send you a fresh 30 day supply of Garcinia Cambogia and charge you $89.95. You may cancel at any time by calling ###-###-####."After his third shipment he called in stating he was dissatisfied with the product and requested a return. Unfortunately he spoke with a new customer service agent who did not do a good job resolving his issues. When Mr. [redacted] sent an email in complaining of his customer service experience the call recording was pulled, the agent was put back into training. A Manager called Mr [redacted] back later that day to apologize and issued a full refund on his most recent order:"09/29/2015 09:02pm - Nick H. - PILive - Called customer to advise that we have issued a full refund.Advised that I was a supervisor and wanted to ensure he was satisfied with the service provided.Customer stated he was more upset that we were attempting to charge him a restocking fee and states he is now satisfied with the outcome."We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused to Mr. [redacted].

According to our records,customer ordered our Garcinia and Green Coffee on a 14 day trial basis back on 02/15/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.95.Additional to the trial orders the customer had also added the Raspberry Ketone to the order and was charged $27.96.The trial expired on 03/02/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 03/02/2017 $89.95 for the Garcinia and $84.95 for the Green Coffee.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect.The following month on 03/15/2017 the customer was charged for new shipments,$89.95 for the Garcinia and $84.95 for the Green Coffee.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 03/31/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did.Our Customer Service also issued the customer a refund of $84.95 for the Green Coffee charged on 03/15/2017 as well as the $84.95 charged for the Green Coffee on 03/02/2017 and $44.97 for the Garcinia charged on 03/18/2017.However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund $44.98 for the Garcinia charged on 03/15/2017 as well as the $89.95 charged for the Garcinia on 03/02/2017 for any misunderstanding when placing the order

The customer was also offered an extension to experience maximum results of using our garcinia product. The customer called us to cancel on 09/18/2017 and spoke with our representatives who attempted to save the customer’s account with a discounted rate. When the customer declined we cancelled her account as requested. We hope this response concludes this complaint.

The customer was also given an extension on their trial order to allow the customer more time to try.Customer was informed they had  till 08/27/2017 to cancel if they wished.Due to no cancellation the customer was charged $44.97 on 08/28/2017 for the original shipment of Garcinia supplements.Customer contacted our customer service on 08/28/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a refund for the charge on 08/28/2017, $44.97 for any misunderstanding when placing the order.Here is the refund confirmation:$44.97 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 09/12/2017.     Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 7 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

Their "records" are incorrect. When I ordered the Cambogia, the site added the coffee & the third item, as if they went together.I called immediately, that moment to cancel the coffee & third item. I've got four emails that confirm then VOID the 2 extra items all on 8/19. Because I called immediately! I'm having trouble attaching them. I also called to ASK WHEN MY TRIAL ENDED! I was told, over the phone, by their customer service that I needed to cancel by September 19. I marked it in my calendar while on the phone. I called on the 18th of September & was given the big run around that I've already written about. I received a call after filing this complaint & then they tried to be so helpful. I asked them to delete me from their files. I wouldn't buy a thing from them. Then... GET THIS... This "Supervisor " asked " would you like to buy more Cambogia @ a 30% discount"!  They have an F rating here, if only I'd checked here first.

The trial expired on 10/05/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/05/2016 $89.95 for the Garcinia Cambogia and $84.95 for the Green Coffee.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 10/05/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Customer then requested a refund.Our Customer Service had issued a 50% courtesy refund of $44.97 for the Garcinia Cambogia and a 50% courtesy refund of $42.97 for the Green Coffee which the customer accepted.However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund of $44.98 for the Garcinia Cambogia and $41.98 for the Green Coffee charged on 10/05/2016. I honestly did not see the part about canceling within 14 days, but if the amount of $89.95 that was said I still owed and was sent to the collection agency is no longer trying to be collected, and I do not owe Natural Vitamins anything then Yes, I am happy.

I had seen a lot of advertisement about Garcinia Cambocia and Green Coffeeand when I saw an advertisement about it on my [redacted] I decided to try it. I thought it was a free trial, but when I spoke with a representative from the company, they said it was a 14 day trial and any unused product if you didn't like it or get the results you wanted needed to be returned within 30 days or you would be billed for the products. If that return information was easily displayed, I totally missed it. It was not a nice surprise that I was billed $89.95 and $84.95 respectively, for those products. I had not reviewed my bank statement in a couple of weeks and by chance I did on 06/13/2015 and noted the charge. I called the company and the gentleman I spoke with was very nice, he credited my account for the charges that day,stopped future
shipments, and cloed the account for me as I did not realize that the company would be sending monthly shipments as I thought I had just ordered a trial. Today I received another shipment, so I checked my statement and there was no bill on 06/13/2105, however I looked back a little farther and there it was. I was billed on 05/27/2015 for the original product. I called the company again this evening and did not get satisfaction with my complaint and was told a supervisor was not available, so I called right back and asked if there were any supervisors working this evening. He said he was a supervisor so I told him my story. I don't remember seeing the return product information, pricing for the products, or that monthly shipments would commence. I t must have been really fine print on my phone. He said that on some smart phones the info might auto fill, gloss over the information, and go to the check out screen. It must have happened numerous times in the past because he stated that those were the main complaints that he received. Didn't seem to bother him that that could happen. He would not authorize a refund if I returned the remaining product because it was over 30 days. I didn't see the FINE PRINT , but I think that is the intention. What a surprise to pay over $170 for 2 bottles of supplements that didn't begin to work! I think their advertising technique stinks and would like to warn others of this. It's hard to read something you can't readily see. Sure would like to have my money back.

I orered bottles of pills on a trial. I received two bottles of pills on the 8th and they are telling me that the post office told them that I received the pills on the 1st. when I explain to them on the day that I called that it hadn't been 14 days then they told me it's 14 days from the day you order. it's obvious that this place is scamming people because I've read like 8 more Reviews on the Revdex.com website basically saying the same thing. so if you have been scammed by this business please contact the Revdex.com in Arizona by going to www.arizonaRevdex.com.org and file a complaint. I too have been scammed! I ordered on 6/28/16 and today 7/12 I'm being charged another $85. When I called to have it removed they said I authorized it by not stopping it before my 14 day trial ran out...so now it's $90 for green coffee bean extract pills. Ridiculous! The first rep I spoke to was totally unprofessional once I started demanding that I get my money back and that I wanted to speak to a manager. Don't bother trying to explain any extenuating circumstances...they don't care.
The manager was also belligerent...really good at lecturing as if I was a child. He said he was the only supervisor when I asked to speak to his manager. His name is Leo. He agreed to refund 50% of my money but I doubt I will see it. My conf # is 187145.
He went so far as to tell me that even if I called the president of the US I wouldn't get all my money back.
I supposedly didn't read the small print (if it exists) and that authorized them to steal my money!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
it's a shame they are allowed to use Dr Oz's good name.
