The
order was shipped and arrived at her residence in good condition.
The client alleges in the Revdex.com complaint that she was guaranteed results, no product can be guaranteed to work on everyone every time, this is why we offer a trial period
All sales have a recorded verification detailing how billing works and authorization to charge client
Client was billed for the cost of the product 10/4/the day after the day trial ended
When client called in on 10/8/14, days after the trial period had expired she was advised by agent *** we would be able to offer half back even though she is well beyond her trial period
Refund was issued
Client called back in sounding upset and hung up with agent after being given information on when her product was purchased
As per internal policy manager *** called client back to be sure agent handled the customer service call correctly because of the abrupt disconnection
*** verified that the refund was processed properly and that no future orders were scheduled

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not satisfied with this offer as the representative said she would show me the web location of the offer, but could not provide the exact page that proved that I had accepted a trial offerJust as there are two different entities ( or business names) that charged my account, there are at least two different websites that somehow intermingle, but provide differing information, so the consumer believes they are getting one offer when they are actually tricked into anotherThe negative customer reviews prove the unethical practice of this company

Please remove this complaint from our account, The customer is fabricating this story from start to finish.Our website fully discloses its terms and conditions at the time of purchase, please see: Https://***.com/order.php and http://***.com/trial.php for the
checkout page with T+CAlso, on the customers FIRST and only contact attempt she was issued a full refund with no undo delay, Please see attached FULL refund receipts dated the same day her trial expired and was billed

Our website(s) clearly state the full cancellation and billing policy at the time of checkout Ms. *** was issues a full refund per her request the same day her order was processed

Per our previous response, ANV has already stopped all collection attempts and closed the account

I ordered the products from this company online and they said the products were free I only had to pay for shipping and handling, which I did A week and a half later, this company takes out another $which was not approved by me or was I given notice that I needed to pay more for the products than just the shipping and handling that was offered This company need to warn their customers that they will be charged the full price for the product after they get your credit card information, and not just the price of shipping and handling

I'm on the phone right now with a rude customer repNow I got the free trial I called back the next day after ordering to make sure it was a one time chargeI was assured I wouldn't be charged yet here I am missing from my account for no reason! I don't have any product because I told them I didn't want it anymore but I sure as hell did not ask to be charged either! I have no product and they are saying I can have a 35% refund???? So I paid for no product but can get 35% back ? One way or another they will have to fully refund me! You can't get my money for free! And this rude April lady won't go back and listen to my recording telling them I don't want the product I want out of this whole dealFYI if you are taking money from unsuspecting fools and not even sending them the garbage you are trying to sell you could at least not be so rude and arrogantIf something pops up under here saying I was refunded No I wasn't ! I'm on hold right now and the lady has told me repeatedly I won't get a real refund! I submitted my order on May 27,2015 at 2:47 pm; I received a confirmation of my order being shipped on June 4, 2014; I received my package in the mail on 6/8 and because I worked that day, and got home in the evening I didn't start the trial till 6/9; Today is 6/11/2015; I called to cancel my order because the three days I took it I had liquid diarrhea. I am diabetic and cannot have diarrhea at all. Prior to calling I noticed my bank account charged 89.64 two times for this product. I spoke to [redacted] that informed me according to the agreement, they can charge me for a 30 day trial after 14 days. I only had the product for a total of 4 days. He apologized and said he didn't know why it took them so long to ship it and that they usually ship out their product the next day?? So, I was charged over $160.00 for a 14 day TRIAL that I have only had for four days??? I was not given a fair chance to try this product without them charging me.
