I had called to cancel my order within the cancellation period after I fully researched the company and realized it was fraudulent. Later, I noticed a pending charge on my account and called the company. They said they had no proof of me canceling and that I would have been given a cancelation number and received an email with that number. I did not. (I cancelled again on this phone call and had to ASK specifically for the cancellation number) The company offered me a 35% refund, I said no, that I would file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. Was then offered a 50% refund, again I said no. Was then offered a 75% refund, again I said no and reiterated that this was fraud and I would go through my credit card company. They tried to threaten that the credit card company would receive all documentation and decide in their favor and that I should take the 75% refund. I again said no, I wanted 100% back and that the continued bargaining was evidence that this is a fraudulent company just trying to get something. I stated that I know how my credit card company works and that they would refund me 100% of the disputed amount then investigate the charges with the company. This finally got their attention and they authorized the FULL refund. Know your rights and the facts. Your credit card company does not want to lose you. They will fight on your behalf and this smaller scam company is no match for a credit card company.

[redacted] started her trial on 5.25.15 as she had stated, her trial expired 06.08.15. [redacted] was not charged for the product until 6.12.15, day 22 of her 14 day trial. When the client called in disappointed in her results she was still offered a 30% courtesy refund but declined this.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not satisfied with this offer as the representative said she would show me the web location of the offer, but could not provide the exact page that proved that I had accepted a trial offer. Just as there are two different entities ( or business names) that charged my account, there are at least two different websites that somehow intermingle, but provide differing information, so the consumer believes they are getting one offer when they are actually tricked into another. The negative customer reviews prove the unethical practice of this company.

My entire statement is true , I was told that my money would be refunded but I have not received a penny of it from this company. In fact I was originally told I wld only get 50% then after she supposedly spoke with a supervisor I was told I would get 75%. I did not under any circumstances agree to my account being debited any money other than the original $4.95 and,  i would never agree to receiving 50 0r 75% of my money I requested all of the money that was taken without my permission. As of this date 2/29/2016, I still haven't gotten it returned . I am requesting legal action be brought against this company for fraud and theft

Our website(s) clearly state the full cancellation and billing policy at the time of checkout.  Ms. [redacted] was issues a full refund per her request the same day her order was processed.

[redacted], company spokesman, reveals that their process is not 100% satisfaction guaranteed. People get very confused with a purchasing system that has no human contact. People who are not technically experienced get scammed into charges without knowing. If you have any internet contact with them be aware that it will cost you, most likely without your knowledge until you have already been billed for service or product you never get.

As you can clearly see by the previous response(attached receipts), a FULL refund was issued before this complaint was even received. As with all ALL Debit Card / Credit Card refunds issuers take 2-5 business days to deposit funds back into the original payment devise.

First the product didn't work. It may work for some people and I understand that. The issue is with billing. The free 15 day trail you must cancel with in the first 15 days. The issue is I read the statement and searched the site and couldn't find the phone number without placing another order. I placed the order according to the Call Center Rep on the Feb. 9th and was charged on the Feb 10. Then on the Feb 20th I was charged $44.97 and $42.47. Funny how that isn't within 15days. Also on the 5th of the next month I was charged $89.95 and $84.95. If this is for a 30 day supply why wasn't the bill 30 days after the first date. 30 days is still 3 days away right now. Lets not forget that I haven't and won't be getting a second order yet they won't refund me for March. If I don't have the product and you just canceled the shipment why am I still paying for it?!?!

All sales have a recorded verification detailing how billing works and authorization to charge client.

 

Client was billed for the cost of the product 10/4/14 the day after the 14 day trial ended.

 

When client called in on 10/8/14, days after the trial period had expired she was advised by agent [redacted] we would be able to offer half back even though she is well beyond her trial period.

 

Refund was issued

 

Client called back in sounding upset and hung up with agent after being given information on when her product was purchased.

 

As per internal policy manager [redacted] called client back to be sure agent handled the customer service call correctly because of the abrupt disconnection.

 

[redacted] verified that the refund was processed properly and that no future orders were scheduled.

I ordered the products from this company online and they said the products were free I only had to pay for shipping and handling, which I did. A week and a half later, this company takes out another $90.00 which was not approved by me or was I given notice that I needed to pay more for the products than just the shipping and handling that was offered. This company need to warn their customers that they will be charged the full price for the product after they get your credit card information, and not just the price of shipping and handling.

I'm on the phone right now with a rude customer rep. Now I got the free trial I called back the next day after ordering to make sure it was a one time charge. I was assured I wouldn't be charged yet here I am missing 200 from my account for no reason! I don't have any product because I told them I didn't want it anymore but I sure as hell did not ask to be charged either! I have no product and they are saying I can have a 35% refund???? So I paid 200 for no product but can get 35% back ? One way or another they will have to fully refund me! You can't get my money for free! And this rude April lady won't go back and listen to my recording telling them I don't want the product I want out of this whole deal. FYI if you are taking money from unsuspecting fools and not even sending them the garbage you are trying to sell you could at least not be so rude and arrogant. I had seen a lot of advertisement about Garcinia Cambocia and Green Coffeeand when I saw an advertisement about it on my [redacted] I decided to try it. I thought it was a free trial, but when I spoke with a representative from the company, they said it was a 14 day trial and any unused product if you didn't like it or get the results you wanted needed to be returned within 30 days or you would be billed for the products. If that return information was easily displayed, I totally missed it. It was not a nice surprise that I was billed $89.95 and $84.95 respectively, for those products. I had not reviewed my bank statement in a couple of weeks and by chance I did on 06/13/2015 and noted the charge. I called the company and the gentleman I spoke with was very nice, he credited my account for the charges that day,stopped future
shipments, and cloed the account for me as I did not realize that the company would be sending monthly shipments as I thought I had just ordered a trial. Today I received another shipment, so I checked my statement and there was no bill on 06/13/2105, however I looked back a little farther and there it was. I was billed on 05/27/2015 for the original product. I called the company again this evening and did not get satisfaction with my complaint and was told a supervisor was not available, so I called right back and asked if there were any supervisors working this evening. He said he was a supervisor so I told him my story. I don't remember seeing the return product information, pricing for the products, or that monthly shipments would commence. I t must have been really fine print on my phone. He said that on some smart phones the info might auto fill, gloss over the information, and go to the check out screen. It must have happened numerous times in the past because he stated that those were the main complaints that he received. Didn't seem to bother him that that could happen. He would not authorize a refund if I returned the remaining product because it was over 30 days. I didn't see the FINE PRINT , but I think that is the intention. What a surprise to pay over $170 for 2 bottles of supplements that didn't begin to work! I think their advertising technique stinks and would like to warn others of this. It's hard to read something you can't readily see. Sure would like to have my money back.

I submitted my order on May 27,2015 at 2:47 pm; I received a confirmation of my order being shipped on June 4, 2014; I received my package in the mail on 6/8 and because I worked that day, and got home in the evening I didn't start the trial till 6/9; Today is 6/11/2015; I called to cancel my order because the three days I took it I had liquid diarrhea. I am diabetic and cannot have diarrhea at all. Prior to calling I noticed my bank account charged 89.64 two times for this product. So, I was charged over $160.00 for a 14 day TRIAL that I have only had for four days??? I was not given a fair chance to try this product without them charging me.
