The prepaid rewards card issued for this rebate has expired, and was unable to be reissuedWe had escalated this to our card holder services who have confirmed a re-issue was able to be completedAs per the terms and conditions of card holder services, the following fees have been deducted from [redacted] card: $re-issue fee and a $maintenance fee [redacted] card has been re-issued in the amount of $and can be expected within the mail in to business days

I purchased four GE Cafe appliances to the tune of $8500. I was told by Tri City Sales that I would be eligible for a $200 rebate from Neco Alliance because of this purchase. I had to order the appliance package in June so that I could assure delivery of the appliances in August. I put a down payment down in June of $2500 so the appliances could be ordered. I paid the remaining $6000 when the appliances came in. Now I am being told that because I ordered in June and got the appliances in August that I am outside of the rebate window. Terrible. Please keep your $200 Neco, I guess your company needs it more than I do.
