For this rebate you had to purchase qualifying models all from unique categoriesThis claim was declined for having models purchased only from categoriesFor us to fulfill the rebate they would have had models purchased from different categories to qualifyAs this application did not meet the

promotionAfter reviewing all of the details of the models purchased, it appears that *** does not qualify for any promotionsIn order to qualify for this rebate, a top load washer AND dryer need to be purchased, or a front load washer AND dryer need to be purchasedBased on what was purchased, there was one top load and one front load, which does not meet the program requirementsAs the terms and conditions are not met, we will not be able to have this claim approved for processing

I have been on the phone for one hour and 20 minutes trying to get my rebates submitted for three appliances system continues to not show my download of my invoice however says it has been submitted and accepted rep continues to tell me not there nothing she can do I need to go back to my dealer have him take care of it. first she tells me glitch in system the amount she is telling me I should get back was totally wrong then comes back says glitch caused it which we all know means someone messed up I want managers name said not permitted to give it to me and I would have to hold again after being on hold for almost an hour and a half asked for corporate number says doesnt have that information.
the most terrible customer service of any company I have ever encountered. website is incompetent as is its reps!

This rebate claim was declined for having a duplicate serial number against a claim in the system from 2015, this means that a rebate had already been paid out against the appliance. We have e-mailed [redacted] requesting that he provide us with his serial number tag. Once his serial number tag has been...

I am rejecting this response because:I've been told three other times that the issue would be resolved over the past three months. This seems like another promise that may or may not be kept. So based on my past experience with NECO's promises, I'll trust their response when I actually receive the promised rebate. Their statement that they have fixed the problem is the same one I've heard for the past three months. And then each time another issue arises that they do not correct unless I find out and call them.I spoke again with Andrew yesterday, and was left on hold for 20 minutes while he was supposedly finding a supervisor to discuss the issue. I finally hung up. It's unfortunate that this company is allowed to operate this way. It really erodes trust.

However, we expect that the card will be loaded and mailed within the next two weeks
