Upon receipt of the paid in full invoice from [redacted] on February 23, our initial team looked at the claim and was unable to process due to the program being closed. I am rejecting this response because:  I purchased both a front load washer and front load dryer.  There response is new information to me as they originally rejected my claim stating my submission was outside offer period.  I provided them with a new invoice from group I purchased in showing actual purchase WAS in offer period and they rejected rebate anyway.  They are making up new reasons to not honor my rebate and I DO NOT accept this.

submitted claim November 2017, still no rebate information, phone call, or email message back to me addressing my claim, count me in joining a class action lawsuit against this ripoff company...

When I spoke with her she told me it could be another 10-12 weeks before I received my rebate, but she is checking to see if they can expedite this since it's been so long already. When I have the rebate in hand, I'll be happy to close this complaint.

Upon investigation of [redacted] claim, it appears that the rebate had paid out and re-issued twice, but has not yet been received. As this card was last re-issued on June 8th, 2017 and has not been received, we are recommending that a different address be provided for a re-issue. We have reached out to [redacted] via e-mail requesting this information be provided. Once confirmed, we would be happy to have this card re-issued to the preferred updated address.

[redacted] claim has been resolved. The initial claim was entered online and into a program that did not cover his purchase. We have moved his claim into the correct program and have processed the claim. We have spoken with [redacted] to make him aware.

They can reach me at [redacted] (cell) and leave a message to call back or some kind of message of notification. They can email me at [redacted] which was provided to them as well as the stated cell phone number in this message.

I have tried to contact the business several times to speak with a supervisor with no success. Hopefully we can follow up in a month and see if I actually received the refund.

I am rejecting this response because:
With all due respect to Neco Alliance, as I told the representative on the phone before she hung up on me, the submitted document was in error. The actual sale (as the attached correct sales order shows, as well as documented payment) was during the promotional period. Had I been informed of this in a timely manner, the correct document would have been submitted. Neco Alliance should honor their contractual obligation for the rebate as ALL purchase requirements were met.

Customer has received and used the rebate card at this point. Our apologies for not stating such in the complaint response.

We will reach out to [redacted] to resolve the situation. Our system shows that both $100 cards have been mailed, however the address that was provided on the mail in forms is different from the one provided in this complaint. We would invite [redacted] to do a quick check of the address provided on the forms...

to ensure the card has not arrived.

The claim was not accepted because the dealer [redacted] is not a member of a NECO chapter rebate. If the dealer has provided this rebate as a tool for the sale, we recommend that you visit to dealer to follow up on the rebate. There also maybe be a Frigidaire specific rebate available...

that is not through NECO.
