I am rejecting this response because: I sent the piece back days ago and I get nothing but the same lies from these people ever since
I'm sick and tired of saying their going to contact me blah blah blah and never heard a peep No emails, no direct messages on social media, nothing in the mailI'm BEYOND TIRED MY NEXT MOVE IS MOVE IS TO CONTACT A LAWYER AND SOME OTHER PLACES IM NOT HAVING MY CAT HURT BECAUSE So called lying conversation with tidy cats with UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES WHO LACK COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND OBVIOUSLY WORK SKILLS

We are familiar with Mr***’s ongoing concerns regarding the loss of his dog, ***. We understand the heartbreak that losing a pet can bring and we continue to offer our sympathies to Mr***. As we have shared on several occasions with Mr***, we take product safety and
quality extremely seriously and only use approved pet food ingredients and conduct thousands of food quality checks every day to ensure the quality and safety of every Purina product Additionally, we also take it seriously when a consumer contacts us with their concern that one of our products may have contributed to the illness or death of their pet. As a result, ***’s veterinary records have been reviewed by a team of individuals at Purina, including veterinarians and toxicologist, and we also spoke with Mr***’s veterinarian, Dr*** After careful review, we believe that *** had end-stage liver failure due to chronic hepatitis. The cause of chronic hepatitis is often not able to be determined but the best way to find a definitive answer is through a necropsy, which was not performed at the time of ***’s passing. Based on the available veterinary literature as well as the history, blood tests, chemistry panel and ultrasound performed by Dr*** in April 2015, we are confident that Purina products were not the cause of the chronic hepatitis that progressed to liver failure. Regarding Mr***’s ongoing requests for product testing, as we shared with Mr*** we do not conduct testing on open bags of our productShould Mr*** have additional concerns, he knows he is welcome to call our Claims Administrator ***. I do not have a active phone I was told correspondence would take place via email,as proof when I faxed over the invoices and the notes giving the reason why my told was seen by the vet ,as embarrassing as it is I had to pawn some personal items to repay someone that took my dog to seen by a vetI have a minute phone with less than minutes available *** *** *** ,I have used majority of my minutes were used to trying to resolve this issue .I have called the person assigned to work on my claim over times and left messages and all calls ,voicemails, emails has been ignored

I have read the email, and I have spoken to the claims manager.  However she did not request vet documents from me, rather, she was going to request the same directly.  Until this claim is resolved through insurance, my complaint is not resolved with Revdex.com.Thank you .

because they have told me that they will follow up before and all I did was receive another rude call from Sedgwick claims saying  hat they couldn't it do anything for me. So I will accept the response when I hear from the company .

We continue to work with [redacted] regarding the refund she is requesting.   A new check was mailed to her address - as the previous check was returned to us - earlier this week.   [redacted] agreed to notify us when this check is received via the USPS.  Thank you.
