This consumer is working with our third party claims administrator.  They attempted to contact her via telephone on 01/11/2016 and 01/12/2016, leaving voicemail messages for a return call.  The consumer did not respond so letters were sent via postal mail on 01/11/2016, 01/13/2016, and 02/15/2016. An additional letter was sent to the consumer via overnight mail on 3/21/16.
