Hello,We are currently working with this consumer via our 3rd party claims administrator, [redacted]. She spoke with [redacted] on 9/5. She's not supplied the records we have requested and have mailed her 2 letters (8/22 and 10/18) asking for her to provide this information to us. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me. I do understand being that there is more than three bags of dog food that a receipt is needed but I place that's complete at least two months ago. I no longer have that receipt, and the store is unable to re-create it because they no longer have it in their system, so that leaves me without z200+ dollars so with all due respect I cant except that resolution, I was very patient and waited too long months to hear that my problem so won't be resolved completely, and I just find that extremely still unprofessional

I am rejecting this response because:A supervisor named [redacted] approve the $158 or two bags pro plan if bright mind and one bag of lamb and rice. It was mailed through ups and returned ,I was told that it would be reissued and that never happened.I did have the case number and changed phone numbers therefore no one would assist me with my refund.I faxed in the receipts from 2015 and I never received my second refund .
